I felt amazing, i had a lymphatic massage for 1h and i already felt lighter. Massage lady made an great work on my body! And in general , staff is very involved in this business because they do care. Fantastic experience: Today was a great wellness/recovery day. I am very active with working out 5-6 days a week. Monica & Sonia were great during my first experience with lymphatic drainage. Monica is also very friendly & you can tell she likes what she does, also well explains every step. The procedure itself does require a lot of pressure to your body but it isn’t painful. The whole hour was bearable, I was able to see immediate results with the before & after pictures. My goal was to improve my circulation and decrease tension throughout my body. I felt very relieved after my appointment. I am also a fitness & wellness content creator and Monica was very patient and engaging while I was recording.
