Fantastic experience: Started the process July of 2022 did all my nutrition psych appointments had my surgery March 2023. Dr Nair was my surgeon, he and his team always encouraged me I felt very supported. Any questions before and post op I was able to get a hold of his team and ease my concerns. Followed all their advise to a T had 0 complications. I had an open gastric bypass so no pretty little scars here lol, Looks like I have a centipede on my stomach but I don’t care. Started at 396 and am currently 200 pounds. Will forever be grateful to Dr Nair. I used to not be able to walk more than 5min my back hurt so much my knees swollen ankles. I’m a hiker know I’ve done a 5k about to do a 10k I walk 5miles a day.

Fantastic experience: Been going through the process since February of this year and have been working with Dr Nair. And feel very confident in this team to do right by me. To any of the negative reviews just know the rules are there for a reason, if you can't show you can change your lifestyle and get to the pre-surgery weight they suggested then you probably won't do well after the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Started my process for WLS approval back in Dec 2021, every step of the way I feel like this team of medical professionals truly care about my journey and helping me make the right decision for me. Rachel is always a phone call or email away when I am anxious and have questions. I am so excited and scared for my upcoming procedure in June, but with this team I know I will succeed. Thank you for all you do and for the extra steps in this journey to make sure I have a successful surgery.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful doctors and staff! Helpful and very informative all along the journey, before, during, and after surgery! Dr. Boulay is my doctor and she is very confident in knowing all about bariatric surgery (in addition to my hiatal hernia repair) and has been wonderful in walking me through this journey! I will be going for my 18-month check up this month and can’t wait for a good report! With all the help, I’ve already realized my goal of losing 100 lbs! Now, I just want to maintain and stay healthy for the rest of my life!

Negative experience: Don't bother wasting your time they saying they are there to help you but when it all comes down they find a way just take your money and not have you go through with it because of some simple little thing that they just can't let go it's a surgery for obesity and weight issues yet if you happen to gain a couple of pounds they tell you know even though they know it's your medication that's making you gain weight and you cannot control this so by all means go somewhere else and give them negative stars if you can

Negative experience: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These folks will string you out and then lie while they are stuttering to explain why they can't do this or that...Nicole gave me a line of B.S. 10 ft long. I was confused with what she was saying so I asked if she had my primary physician's medical records. In her condescending manner she said yes, and said the name I informed her that was not my primary doctor and that I had been with my Dr. over 20 years. She immediately got defensive and began to spew lie after lie, stuttering and talking very fast. I've waited many months, this place is horrible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nair is wonderful as the all of the staff. I was well prepared for my surgery and recovery!

Negative experience: A bunch of hacks!
