Experiencia fantástica: I have done CrossFit for many years and visited many CrossFit gyms. I can say without any doubt that this is the FINEST CrossFit community in the West Valley. From the facility to the coaching to the community that the owners have created, this is a place where you will not only be pushed physically, but you will also experience the joy of friendship in a place where you are instantly a part of a big family.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place all around! I was new to CrossFit a couple of months ago and was welcomed by everyone and instructed properly to avoid injury. If you are looking for a non-intimidating atmosphere to get in a good work out and learn CrossFit, this is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: As an individual who has competed in elite level sports her whole life it was hard for me to find a box that could push my physical capacity and mentality without overwhelming me. When I found Dead Red Crossfit it was a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere is amazing and the coaches are phenomenal. There are so many components that the coaches here bring up to you, whether it's getting below parallel, pacing your mile, or hitting the snatch technique perfectly. All of these are very present at Dead Red and the coaches there make it easy for beginners or former athletes to find their potential in this sport.This is an amazing facility who's community brings it up even higher than the five stars i'm allowed to post here. This box is one to watch as they climb up in the Crossfit community.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great drop in while in Peoria. I am usually disappointed in the quality of Crossfit coaching. More often than not the 'coach' is someone who took a two day course and is playing on their phone whilst drinking a iced frapachino. The coaches at DRC were very knowledgeable and engaging. The facility is first rate, minus the lack of wood oly platform... which you probably don't need anyway. If I lived in the area I would no doubt be a regular here. If you are looking for a place to improve your fitness with quality guidance, I suggest at least giving it a shot.
