That's why Maiyah is such a good fit. I can't get away with one wrong move! She is absolutely professional quality. Her attention to my technique helps me avoid injury. She tailors my workouts to my goals. She is very knowledgeable AND... she looks the part. She practices what she preaches. This is her profession in the true sense of the word. I am so grateful to have found her!!! I feel like I am in good hands and I have seen my body change and get stronger in all of the ways I wanted.

But to get more specific….she will push you, tell you the hard truth, never let you give up and break everything down to make sense for anyone wanting to just be healthier overall. She listens very well and what’s even more important is she asks questions to make sure you’re getting to most bang out of your buck and time with her. I’ve had other trainers that are closer to where I live but none can meet up to her quality of expertise and professionalism. She has become a great friend through the years and you’d be lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as Maya on your side.

She has always been able to push me past my comfort zone and for that I am grateful. She makes you strive to be better than you think you can be. I have also done nutritional counseling with her. She taught me about macros and the importance of consistent eating and having the right balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates. I do not get bored with the workouts as she continually mixes it up. Maya teaches as she trains to make sure I understand proper form and what muscle groups I am working. Her attention to details and form and isolation are so important to me and she gives 110%. Even in group settings you can’t get away with poor form.
