Experiencia positiva: Excellent if you can come in the middle of the day on a weekday. Horrible if it's in the evenings. We can't to get my daughter's birth certificate fixed and the first visit was 2 hours. The second visit was ten minutes.

Experiencia fantástica: Never had a bad experience with them. It does take a while to get a hold of them but I usually just leave my info to get a call back. Staff is also very friendly when I have to go in.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionists are rude and cant ever answer a question with anything other than they dont know. They changed my moms appoitment dates and times without her permission all the time . Its ridiculous. If you can go somewhere else do it.

Experiencia negativa: The people who work here do not know anything about WIC you ask them a wuestion and they can’t answer it for you also they didn’t let anyone know that there cards wouldn’t be working for the month because they were issuing new ones now my son is without formula. Bad place don’t waste your time coming to this office

Experiencia negativa: The worst clinic I've ever been. If you want better attention go to the west jordan Clinic for me was the best to tranfer me with them. Every time I called this clinic it's an hour wait time. If you go in person they're like 5 women just sitting there talking, really ?

Experiencia negativa: They would not see me. I showed up to my appointment and waited for a half and hour to check in because they only had two ladies up front and they was taking for ever. When more lady's came up to help they said I couldn't bee seen because I was late. Even though I was waiting for them. I have 4 kids under the age of 4 and a new baby. It is extremely hard to get everyone out the door. It was a complete waste I should have stayed at the south west clinic. At least they will try and help you out especially when it's their fault.

Experiencia fantástica: I’be always had a great experience. The appointments are always quick and efficient, they are available for questions, and are always understanding when I have to reschedule an appointment. I also appreciate the reminder calls and texts for appointments. Thank you for all you do

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. The communication of this place is the absolute worst. If you need any assistance/help you’re not going to get it here. I’ve come to this place MULTIPLE times without any help because they always give me the wrong information. I was told I did not have to bring my kids to the appointment I had scheduled. I specifically called and asked if I should bring them, they told me NO, it’ll be just to reload your card and there’s no need for them to come. So I went to the appointment on my own and they didn’t help me or reload my card because I didn’t have my kids. My card doesn’t work half the time, they don’t reload it the other half of the time. Such a waste of time!!

Experiencia negativa: Worst place ever I wont name anyone places like this are supposed to empower woman not be little us my nutrionist treated me so horrible I will never step foot in this place again with any of my kids staff is horrible, I had to change my sons formula, she was petty enough to minus off a loaf of bread and minused off a can of my sons formula, like Im some kind of greedy person they made me take all his formula back in and exchange it, it was more humiliateing than anything I give this place zero stars my situation could have been handled differently than it was any mom is going to go in and get all 8 cans, or 9 even with perscriptions to have it changed my son suffered all through Janurary cause she wouldnt exchange his formula shame on all staff at this location

Experiencia negativa: Never call this clinic. If you need help, you HAVE to go in. Even if it's a 2 second question. Average phone call wait time is LITERALLY an hour.
