Fantastic experience: Joseph is an excellent trainer. He constantly challenges you and pushes you to go further and reach your optimal potential. He makes each of his sessions fun but challenging. He is also mindful and watches your form to make sure that you don't injure yourself . He invests a lot of his enthusiasm into his classes. Since working out with him, I've noticed myself getting stronger! Highly recommended
