Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience here. The office smelled fresh and looked very clean and tidy, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I came in for a TB test, and the whole process was quick and smooth from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient, which made the visit even better. Sydney brought me back, and she was so gentle, professional, and welcoming. I barely felt the shot at all. She made the experience easy and stress-free, and you can tell she truly cares about doing everything safely and correctly because she takes the time to double-check any concerns you might have. That extra attention made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need any testing or services done. The staff is kind, the office is clean, and they work quickly without making you feel rushed. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and receptionist is really rude they should put someone else at reception.

Positive experience: So fat so good. I've been going here for years. As if late my only complaint is that when I leave a message, no one calls me back. Prior covid, if I called, I would receive a call back in 24 hours. Now I have a standing appointment for my B-12 shot.

Fantastic experience: I just want to come here and say I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this weightloss clinic. The doctor probably thinks I fell off but I’ve been taking only half of my pill a day and not every single day because I have actually made a complete change in the way I have been eating just from the way that he explained everything in my initial intake appointment about how to eat, what I should not eat, and also portion control. I have lost 25lbs and work hard everyday to keep making positive changes. I would definitely recommend this clinic the staff is very nice and respectful every time I had an appointment.

Negative experience: I just came here because the West Sac location isn’t seeing people right now. I asked a question and the male older “doctor” treated me like a was a child! Told me to sit down and asked why I asked that question, even tho the lady at the other location told me to ask this location, I felt like I was in trouble, which I told him. He was quite honestly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable! I’d never go back nor recommend anyone.

Fantastic experience: I love it here the prices are great and I'm losing weight my food cravings are gone I have more energy I would recommend this place for sure

Fantastic experience: Spoke with Katelyn and she was so nice and helpful. She is going above and beyond to get me in as soon as she can. Super sweet and totally recommend this clinic to everyone. Went here 5 years ago also and everyone was super kind.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE SERVICE! I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE WITH MY HEALTHCARE. WARNING. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. UTTER DISRESPECT AND DISREGARD. I initially called the Natomas clinic, and was informed that they were booked out 4 weeks for new patient appointments (which is totally asinine) so I then called the West Sacramento location and left a voicemail stating that I was interested in scheduling a new patient appointment and specifically asked to only return my call if they had appointments earlier than 4 weeks later. I received a return voicemail from a woman named Katelyn. I called back and spoke to Katelyn and was placed on a 5 minute hold. Once Katelyn took me off hold, she proceeded to state that the West Sacramento clinic was also booked out 4 weeks. I asked her why she returned my call when I specifically asked not to unless they had appointments earlier than that 4 weeks. I proceeded to state that I felt that my time had been wasted and Katelyn responded rudely “well our time has been wasted too.” Then she proceeded to hang up. Katelyn was incredibly unprofessional and a despicable representation of a business and a clinic that manages people’s health. She deserves to be fired. I take grave issue with the fact that this business is tolerating this type of behavior especially in the healthcare industry. It’s clear this facility is only about profit and not about prioritizing the well-being of their patients.

Negative experience: A year ago with the first doctor I encountered I would have given 5 stars. Today I called in (natomas location) to have appointment since the person that recommended this place said they where open again. Nurses there are amazing thats how they got the first star this time. The Dr. I spoke too, different from first time, was very rude, arogent, and legit scared me. When I asked for reasoning for different answer from previous doctor he stated, "your a nurse right? Nurses are all different." That's not an answer Sir! When this has to do with something serious I believe you should be passionate and willing to answer questions correctly. I got off the phone with him and called back to speak to his supervisor. He stated he was the supervisor. I'm glad I'm in medical because I knew that wasn't true. I called the west Sac location in tears trying to find someone to make sense of what he just said. The reason for the second star is for the very educated professional Doctor at the west sac location. She was patient and willing to explain why he scared me and correct all of his misunderstandings. As well as have their Supervisor contact me, the one he protrayed he didnt have. They listened and understood my goal for what I am trying to accomplish. I will not be doing business with this clinic due to this one rude arrogant Doctor. I do not want my health to partake in any of this Mans business or practice. Since he is associated with all locations. Very disappointing. For the women that have recommended this clinic, I will be sharing my story to them and others. Respectfully, A different nurse

Fantastic experience: I recommend the Spring Medical Clinic at Truxcel road. I started these journey with them since 4 months ago and the results have been amazing I Lost twenty something pounds and feel great. But its not just lossing wait but the way you're mentally changes you start eating more healthy with out even noticing it and it definitely does not feel I'm in any diet. But most of all I enjoy my monthly visit cuz the staff are so nice and both doctors are always encouring you and cheering you on. So if you're like me that really appreciate true reviews trust me these is real I try these weight loss program and it works. Hope these review helps you out in making the right decision and giving these clinic a chance you wont regret it.
