Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Wendy and her tea! I came into my appointment feeling pretty anxious and not very relaxed after a previous experience elsewhere that honestly didn’t go well. From the moment I walked in, Wendy and her team immediately set a different tone. They were grounded, kind, and incredibly reassuring without being dismissive of what I was feeling. They helped me calm down quickly and I felt safe and supported throughout the entire session. The experience itself was far more comfortable than I expected, and I left feeling noticeably more relaxed in my body than when I arrived. I really appreciated the level of care, presence, and professionalism. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they’re working with, especially those dealing with gut discomfort, stress, or anxiety around treatments. Highly recommend to anyone who needs not just quality care, but a calm and supportive environment to receive it in.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here consistently for the past couple months, at least once a week or every two weeks. The open system has been so helpful for my digestive system, especially being on a keto diet with limited fiber intake. Wendy and the staff are so knowledgeable and supportive every visit. Wendy is a complete gut health and nutrition expert and is always open to answer any of my questions and gives such great feedback and solutions. Katie is such a joy to see and so accommodating to make each visit comfortable. She even made it a point to buy straws after I asked. It makes it easier drinking the electrolyte water they offer, sitting at a recline on the open system. The room itself is completely private, with a cart that has different supplies you might need, even a massager for your tummy. They also have a whiteboard with a welcome sign with your name on it, that always makes me smile when I come. It’s their expertise, support, care and results in my gut health/digestive system that has me coming back. I would recommend Refresh Your Soul to anyone needing improvement on their gut health.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I travel over an hour each way for the specialization they offer. The nutrition support they offer is also valuable. I was grieving the death of my father and Wendy taught me that the gut is the second brain and how grief can hold itself in your gut. I also had a hysterectomy and Wendy helped me with supplements & nutrition to help with my hormone changes. Fantastic experience: I brought my mama in to "Refresh My Soul" because she would be in major pain from not having a bowel movement for 2-3 days at a time! So I brought her in because she is over 70+ Years old. By the 3rd appt and in 3 weeks so far...my mother has seen significant great changes to her bowel movements! She is now having a BM every day! Fantastic experience: The best decision was was to go do a colonic, with Wendy’s services my energy is Great! I had regular bowl movements prior but My daily protein intake is above 220g. Everything I can think of was available to me with the open system. The staff were amazing and reassuring including the lil pup. Chat you all must at least try it out and see for yourself

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Wendy for 2 years now and it has been life changing. I went from having a bowel movement every 3-4 days to every 1-2 days. As for all those "Negative Nellys" who left a bad review. You have to be willing to here the truth and follow her professional advice. Wendy does not sugar coat her words. She will give you the plain honest truth about what you need to do for your situation. I find this very refreshing and think more people should. What I mean by that is Wendy, the owner, is such a beautiful soul that cares so much about her patients well being and health that she goes the extra mile to ensure your digestive needs are taken care of. She also has a very specialized knowledge in nutrition and can help diagnose food allergies that can be causing problems for you. Negative experience: There are plenty of other reviews on Yelp regarding Wendy’s customer service. So, I’m going to focus on Wendy’s “policies”, a term she frequently uses. Be careful before entering into a contract with Wendy. As it is currently written, her contract states your financial obligations only. It does not state what services she will provide in return for your payments. Any obligations on her part are verbal only. She feels that she is justified in not honoring her verbal agreements while still binding you to the written contract’s 30-day cancellation policy. Specifically, in my case, I entered into a contract with her based on a verbal agreement that I would receive a discount. The discount was the only reason I signed the contract, and she knew this per multiple conversations. Honestly, I didn’t notice it was missing from the contract. She later decided she could no longer afford to give the discount, “forgot” to tell me, and when I realized I was no longer receiving the discount, she said I still had to give 30 days notice to cancel per the contract. It is very frustrating that a business owner cannot or chooses not to see how one-sided this is. It cost me $223.92 but I won’t be going back. If I can’t trust you to make fair financial decisions, I’m certainly not going to trust you with my health.

Negative experience: For my 1:30 appointment, Wendy didn’t take me into the room until 1:55 because she was in her office trying to sell her previous client a variety of different exercise programs and was promoting her webinar. And then once it was time for my appointment, she asked me what she could do for me, and then after I finished describing my symptoms she said, “I’ll be right with you” then left to her office to call another client. Then when describing the procedure, she was speaking so incredibly fast that I couldn’t understand what she was saying half the time. She called 2 more clients to check up on them as she was filling me with water, and the second I came out of the restroom she immediately headed in and started spraying it as I was still standing there. There was a woman waiting in the lobby when I came out, I assume she was next. In her office, she gave me some recommendations and so I asked her to repeat the price of the probiotics and she said “$80. But it’s okay if you can’t afford it right now.” I felt rushed rushed, embarrassed, and like her other clients were more important at the moment than I was. So... yikes
