Fantastic experience: Working with Dr. Anna, you will go on a health journey to learn all about the uniqueness of your body. Initially she had me take supplements and start detoxing. In a couple of months we started all the blood testing to see where I stood nutrient-wise. This is great because I could finally see where the red flags were in the data of which nutrients I was getting and which I was not. Using data about my body, we were able to come up with a game plan on what additional supplements I would need to start turning things around. Even before taking the blood test, I had already noticed an increase in energy that was more sustained throughout the day. Muscular pain was starting to diminish and my breathing started getting clearer. I also noticed that food cravings were disappearing allowing me to make better food choices. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Anna for 5.5 months now and I can not begin to tell you how much (and how quickly) my overall health and well being has improved. I first visited Dr. Anna for fertility. My husband and I had been trying (admittedly only on and off) to have our second child for over a year. We had taken every suggested approach from ovulation tests, to pre seed, and visits with the fertility dr., but nothing was successful. I knew in my heart that although IVF was an option I was comfortable with that my issues wasn’t fertility it was deeper. A friend suggested I try a more holistic approach before moving forward with IVF and suggested Anna. I couldn’t be more thankful. Immediately she recognized my issues were deeper. I had struggled with Hypothyroid for 10 years and how my thyroid was being treated had at one point worked but given the treatment was never appropriate it eventually no longer masked the larger problem. Dr.Anna worked to no longer mask this problem but heal my body. With treatment for 3 months meeting weekly I felt better than I ever had. My anxiety was gone, my cystic acne was gone (this was a 15 year battle)and best of all, I was pregnant! I still 2 months later see Anna weekly as I realize wellness is not a one stop cure. Even if eventually every week is no longer an option, I can’t see a time when Anna and her treatment is no longer a part of my life.

Fantastic experience: WellFit Acupuncture provided me a reeeally customized approach to my bout with back pain. 7 years ago, my MRI revealed a herniated disc in my lumbar spine (lower back) and I was told I needed surgery to make my sciatica (nerve pain in my leg) go away. Dr. Israel treated me first by asking many open ended questions about my issue and listened to how I described my pain (something my primary care doctor had no time for). After trying her concepts and practicing some movements and stretches, my back is feeling much better. I never thought this level of improvement was possible with such seemingly “simple” tools. Fantastic experience: This was my very first attempt at alternative medicine. But after no improvement with physical therapy for my lower back pain and a recommendation from a friend, I called and made an appt with Anna. She talked me through the process, told me what to expect, and answered all my questions. I had accupuncture. Infrared heat therapy, and cupping done. The space was clean and background music soothing. After a 90 min session, I left the place with a 50% reduction in pain! I left nearly pain free with advice to schedule several more sessions to sustain the improvements. Would definitely recommend Anna and Wellfit to anyone else who has back pain.
