Negative experience: Do not go here for mental health or well any services. The primary care I had did not take my pain seriously and after seeing someone else found out I needed a hysterectomy. The mental health provider Stephanie whatever is absolutely incompetent with scheduling! I work as a scheduler and if I performed as terrible as her staff I would be fired. The fact you can't actually make an appointment with reception is insane, you have to leave a message and then get a phone call back. I left a message on a Friday and I didn't get a call back until Wednesday. I just feel like with mental health maybe we should move with a purpose in our life. I'd rather go off of all of my medications and end up in the grippy sock Ward then see these people again. Just going to add that years ago they told me it wasn't common practice to ask a woman what gender provider they want while they're inspecting your vagina. Hope these people have the day they deserve.

Negative experience: I had a telehealth appointment that nobody showed up for. When I called to let the office know, the reception told me that nobody showed because a cat scratch is not a reason for workman's comp, I was not seeking workmans comp. I was concerned about ear pressure, air travel and I had ALSO reported the cat scratch while on the job. But for a reception to tell me that a cat scratch is not a reason for workman's comp was out of line and unprofessional. Especially considering my doctor was more concerned about the cat scratch than she was the ear pressure, the nausea, and the fever... I was given a heavy duty antibiotic. My doctor followed through and I'm glad we had the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this hospital clinic. The psychiatric clinic/ doctors are amazing & knowledgeable in their medical neurology practices. The front staff are quick to answer my neurobiological questions regarding my medical condition. I am fortunate to have an empathetic medical team that are willing to go the extra mile regarding my health questions.
Negative experience: Had a seizure at work and my doctor here refused to write a letter to let be get back to work. She gave me the run around for 3 weeks refusing to sign it now I missed out on an entire paycheck and am gonna be homeless because of it. Be very wary on going here as a patient.

So where TF do I start!? 1) The lack of care is concerning since this is supposed to be a clinic that claims "we are family" yet they hold their patients to high standards and not themselves (if you accidentally miss an appointment they will send you a threatening letter, but they can have providers who are 30 minutes late to your appointment with no accountability there!! What a joke!) 2) Getting emails, calls returned is a joke. You cannot get urgent questions answered until you book an appointment (which can be weeks out), better hope your health isn't declining or you'll have to wait weeks just to get taken care of! They will assign a stand in doctor to answer your questions if it's life threatening but that provider won't know your history and won't be able to fully help you, leaving you feeling helpless with questions unanswered. I mean obviously right? The Dr is a stand in! They don't know your history and will provide solutions that don't fit your situation. So yeah. I'm over it!!

The reasons for that is in the past when I wrote a review I did not think it would matter but I hoped people would read them and hear the pros and the cons . It is easy to write something fueled by emotion but that served no purpose. I have been seen by multiple providers here some good, and some all right but when I was introduced to Alexandra Sebela I was taken back. She will listen to you and is willing to put in the work to assist you but at the same time if you come to an inpass you can jave a conversation with her and find a common ground. I have been with Alexandra since my child was 4 he is 12 now and she has earned my respect. I trust her counsel and she is willing to help you as a person but also with your rights as a human. She has helped me more than any other PCP has in my 44 years of life. Not only with a quality of care that has made my life 1000 times better but won't B.S me when stuff is going to be hard, and I appreciate her for that. She is a true gem and I hope lancaster family health understands what an amazing PCP they jave in there Org. If she ever went anywhere else I would follow her because when I think of quality care, and quality of life I know Alexandra S will be in my corner. A little about myself ( Tourettes, PTSD, and a list of other issues ) she does care and is willing to put in the work for a person. Thank you Alexandra! You are amazing.

Positive experience: Asking for long term prescriptions is always a problem. I can get 90 days of regularly taken RXs by going to mail order. I asked for 2 RXs to be done that way as it has been done in the past that way. I went to pharmacy today to get 1 I was notified was ready and I had 2 more that weren’t ready so I sat for 1 1/2 hours to get the 2 and they both were regular RXs I had from mail order with no copays and there I got 30 pills each! I paid more money and time if my ongoing request had just been honored! SO yes I’m a bit annoyed when each had been sent to mail order before!

Positive experience: I feel like one of those people that just don't get paid attention to so I suffer in pain barely get any help trying to get some kind of pain management going on I have plenty of reasons on my record explaining why I need to be on pain meds I just got approved for 21 pills of Oxycodone they tell me I'm supposed to take it twice a day and taking it at least three to four times in the day cuz I hurt that bad because of the dose of your days and gave me only 5 mg even an hour or two after I take that my pain level is still about a six maybe a 7:00 depends if I go to the store some days I don't because my body hurts especially my foot so I don't know what we can do about an increase or being acknowledged that I got to take them more than twice a day try to explain that to the doctors and it feels like I'm just being ignored then if I get mad I get nothing because I'm rude it's only a one-way I have a two-way situation I'd appreciate if I can get some more acknowledgment with what's going on with me

Negative experience: The lack of care is astonishing. Not really though. I have been there for more than 3 years and I will never be going back. They don’t call you back or answer your messages for over a week even if it’s urgent. They offer no pain relief for anything. I would not trust them with my medical care ever again. I love American health care.

Negative experience: Today I had an appointment for a possible UTI. The medical assistant had me get on the scale and weigh in, and the scale was 90 pounds off of what my weight really is. The medical assistant was about to record what the scale said, and I told her the scale had to be wrong since I had a doctors appointment earlier this week and it was 90 pounds different. She then looked at her laptop at my past weight and said “oh you are right!” She then took me to another scale and weighed me there. When we got into the room, she proceeded to take my blood pressure while I was wearing coat. It read 80/60!! She recorded it and Asked if I was feeling alright. She didn’t retake it or anything then. When we went to take the urine sample she said she would stand right outside of the door and wait for me (the door did not lock). When I finished and came out she wasn’t there. So I stood and waited for five minutes until she came out of another room and asked me “oh, done already?” The doctor who saw me (Erin) was extremely friendly.. however she prescribed me 2 medications, one for a UTI and one for a yeast infection without even knowing the results of the urine sample I gave! I thought that was a bit odd.. At the end of the appointment the medical assistant returned to check my blood pressure once more. (Without my coat on) This time it was in the normal range. Overall, I was a bit unimpressed. I feel like the medical assistants should know how to properly record vitals. It made me wonder how many times the wrong vitals get recorded at this clinic.. the scale is 90 pounds off.. and they recorded my first blood pressure results instead of the second blood pressure results.

Fantastic experience: I’m an interpreter and today was the first time there today. I must say I left so happy the way staff works with everyone there , especially observing how well they treat their patients. It’s so refreshing so to witness such compassion and kindness , especially during these trying times. From the front desk , to the medical assistant to Erin Steiner, i give a hands down 5 star review!!!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience with this office over the past 3 months. My doctor is real receptive to my wants and needs. Check in process is always quick and easy. When I have called to have referrals sent out they are quick to do so. Overall I have no complaints.

Negative experience: I have a young lady living with my family who goes through LFHC for medical care. She's called repeatedly to get a print-off from her medical record showing that she has a diagnosis. It's been days and they haven't returned her call yet. On a side note, maybe pointing out that it's 'women led' when it's service is so poor isn't wise. Humorous maybe, but not wise.

Negative experience: I've always had terrible service. The pharmacy employee's are rude. The doctors dont care about patients time, I waited 30 minutes after seeing the doctor to see my "nutritionist" because they were all talking instead of taking care of patients. I didn't even finish my appointment because of how long they took to do their jobs.

Negative experience: Had a root canal done. 3 months later, it still hurt and bad. I had no insurance payed $300. Went back, they sent me to another dental office.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a medical clinic. Daniel Jeffery, PA-C Is a joke. Been going on 3 days I've been waiting for him to review my xrays and let me know if can return to work or if I will need to miss more time after several calls and 2 visits to the office and many "notes marked urgent" still he hasn't taken what cant be more than 5 min to look at my xrays and write a quick note to my employer. I have requested they give me a new provider to see if this resolves the issue or if the entire clinic is a joke I would not reccomend this place if your insurance will allow to go somewhere else please do I will be looking for a new clinic soon as my xrays get reviewed if they ever do

Positive experience: This place is wonderful my boys dr. Is awesome they love him and the visit went really smoothly. Also they gave my kids a large bouncy ball before we left.

Negative experience: This is the WORST medical office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only is the staff completely incompetent, but any promises of referrals to specialists or basically getting any kind of real help at all, is nonexistent. If this wasn't one of the only options for clients with OHP, I would have found another clinic by now. I would NEVER EVER recommend going to this clinic, not unless of course, you don't actually care about yours and your family's health and well-being, because at The Lancaster Family Medical Center, once you leave the clinic, good luck getting any assistance from them that requires any actual effort and/or caring. To summarize, THEY SUCK!!!!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this office:) Dr. Drapiza is the best dr. Very helpful and knows what she is doing, make you actually enjoy your appointments! Not only is she my dr but my babies as well, I would recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Been patient since 2011 and have loved it here, Dr Drapiza is the best! She started off by being my doctor and now is also my daughters.never had any complains
Negative experience: I will not be going back to this center. Dr. Drapisa would not let my husband back there for my sons circumcision so he was back there alone. Total bullshit in my opinion.
