Fantastic experience: I cannot speak loudly enough about the benefits of Optional Spine Wellness Center in Plano, TX, or Dr. Jenson and his staff. They are all very professional, super friendly, compassionate and dedicated to the idea that neuropathy can be cured, defying what my doctors have told me through the years. Their message was always “Sadly, there is no cure for Neuropathy and you will have to use medication to control the pain. I was desperate for a cure or at least some kind of assurance that there was a way of changing things. Then, luckily, I was introduced to the idea that there was a different road which might lead to a different outcome; and did it ever. With 90 days of treatments under my belt, the wellness center has given me a new lease on life. After 20 years I can now sleep through the night not only with no pain in my feet but with them under the covers. I can look forward each day to being able to walk .I still have a shadow of the pain in my feet but am convinced this too will diminish and go away. So a huge THANK YOU to Dr. Jensen, who, by the way, when I mentioned I had developed a pretty arresting pain in my hip, instantly stopped it!! Wow!

Fantastic experience: I suffered with migraines for over 35 years. As years advanced for me, the migraines seemed to hang around for months on top of months. MRI machines became so familiar with me, till they automatically starting playing my song list when I walked into their rooms, lol. They provided the same result, migraines! 13 weeks ago my life changed for the better, due to meeting the staff at Optimal Wellness Center. The first thing I love about them is no prescription pads popped out, there was no pressure or persuasions, only knowledge was presented and it was still left up to me to choose either to get healthier or stay commented to taking migraines pills for the rest of my life. Since, I choose to live a happy live and being a happier me, I chose to kick migraines to the curb. For me after 3 visits, I noticed the migraine was nooo longer in control of me. I was having a small normal headache which went away after my next visit. Of course, I would maybe get a very slight headache after adjustments, which is expected since my spine was used to being out of alignment; however, I am MIGRAINE FREE and I am enjoying living my new life! He asked me many specific questions about my spine issues He is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor on CBP from what I could observed. Everyone there seems very friendly. I have my second visit in a couple of days for the results of my X-rays and to outline an action plan for me. I’m looking forward to listen what Dr. Jensen has to say. Sorry to say that after a month with treatments, I stopped it. Why? Because it was not the right treatment for my back and neck issues. Very expensive and not what I was expecting. But I have to say that Dr. Jensen gives very good adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I am currently a patient in Optimal Spine and Wellness' Nueropathy program since mid January of this year. The care I receive from Dr. Jensen and Dr Tyler are exceptional! They listen attentively to my concerns and provide personalized treatment that is yielding positive results. The entire team at the clinic displays a high level of care and professionalism and I am made to feel comfortable with each phase of my treatment. I have noticed that the pain level in my right knee has been reduced significantly to the point that I have not had to visit my Orthopedic surgeon to receive a cortisone injection since August 2023. Fantastic experience: I found Optimal Spine and Wellness Center by chance. I was having really severe nerve pain after going to primary care providers, cardiologists, and neurologists. All I gained from those visits was a list of prescriptions to mask the pain, but not take care of the issues. From the first visit with Optimal Spine and Wellness, I felt that for the first time, the doctor listened to my problems, diagnosed, and set me up on a solid recovery plan. Now I’m feeling very minimal symptoms to go along with a staff from top to bottom that is a joy to be on this journey with.

These people are FREAKING awesome. And for me, that is really what it's all about. You end up spending time at the office here. It's a comfortable place with a cheers like vibe (where everybody knows everybody's name). Dr. Jensen got to the heart of the issues I was having on day one. I began treatment immediately, and six weeks later I'm able to take a long road trip without discomfort. The office is not only comfortable, but it runs like a top from front greeters/schedulers to the doctors and staff helping you through your treatments. I look forward to the ways my treatments will further benefit my life and my ability to enjoy it to the fullest (comfortably). Fantastic experience: I am a 60-year-old woman, obese and have been in chronic pain for several years with multiple injuries and pain in my lower back, knee and Sciatica. I saw several doctors, was told I needed surgery on my knee and needed to lose weight first. They tried to manage the pain with medications but that just masked the problems. THIS IS HOW I FOUND DR. JENSON AND STAFF! It was the beginning of April. My husband and I were going on vacation at the end of May. I found Dr. Jenson's name by searching through Google and decided to see if he could help me. At this point in my life, I had NO life. I could barely walk or stand without being in excruciating pain. Dr. Jenson took x-rays and spent a great deal of time answering ALL our questions and working up a plan to immediately start getting me some relief. After 2 weeks my back started feeling better, however, I felt the pain in my knee hurting worse. He mentioned that can often occur because your brain can handle only so much pain. Long story short, Dr. Jenson worked up a plan to help reduce scar tissue and help with the blood flow in my knee to try and heal some of the damage to allow me to start exercising and eventually lose weight. Within 3 months into the program, he prescribed for me; I have no pain in my back and my knee is feeling better. Since our return from vacation, I have NOT used my roller walker, and yesterday, I stood for over 30 min. in church WITHOUT needing to sit down due to pain. I have no pain in my back and my knee is feeling better. The staff treats you like you are the most important patient there. They each celebrate your improvements and desire for Everyone live a healthier, productive life. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jenson and his wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Chiropractic BioPhysics and was excited to learn Dr. Jensen was certified in the practice. It is truly the answer to my lower back pain and I’m working my way through a 12 week program. X-rays revealed the source of my issue as one of my legs is shorter than the other, throwing my entire spine off. I am already feeling some relief! Fantastic experience: I have had knee issues off and on the last 20 years. I have been told by an orthopedic surgeon that I need to get my right knee replaced, and eventually my left knee because there was nothing they could do. I had given up on any resolution other than surgery that I have kept putting off. I heard about the knee rejuvenation therapy from a family member. Of course I was skeptical. What a surprise! After just a few treatments under Dr. Jensen & Dr Tyler & the results are so remarkable it is miraculous! I can actually see my knees healing over a short period of time; swelling has diminished greatly, as has the stiffness and pain…It’s amazing. And I am only in the beginnings of the treatment. I am so relieved that surgery was NOT my only option. There is hope. Highly recommend this alternative to knee replacement surgery!

After years of going to different chiropractors, I finally have the relief of knowing my treatment is working and will get me where I need to be to live pain free!! Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Despite all of the great reviews, I had a terrible experience here. I’ve been to lots of chiropractors, and this is my worst experience by far. It’s a long read, but here goes: I’ve been having back problems for a few years now, lots of sitting for my job. I had visited a different chiropractor across the street from these guys, and wanted a second opinion, so I came to OSW. I let them know I had done x-rays at the previous office (cost me $300) and asked Dr. Jensen if he could use those. He refused, and said I’d have to do a full set of X-rays again with him (another few hundred dollars gone). After being called back to discuss the X-rays, I voiced my concern about the “payment package” system they have, and Dr. Jensen would not treat me unless I was on his package deal. The problem I have with “payment packages” is the fact that the package consists of X number of days of treatment. How on earth do you know treatment will take X number of days? What if I only need a few visits, not weeks or months? I can’t pay on a visit-to-visit basis? First red flag. After I declined his payment package, and he refused me treatment, I asked if he would at least do adjustments for me, and he agreed (oh and btw, he won’t do adjustments without the expensive X-rays, even though all of the other chiropractors I’ve had in the past have NEVER asked for X-rays). I went in for the first day of adjustments, and he worked on my neck for a grand total of 3 minutes (I had told him I was having low back issues, and he specifically denied me adjustments to my lower back). Then, he did the whole “drop table” scam (if any chiropractor offers you this, run, it does nothing). “Ok, see you next time” Wait what?! One neck adjustment and two seconds of a do-nothing drop table? No cracks, no joint release, and not even in the area of concern. Same thing happened again the next visit. 2 minutes of neck adjustments followed by 30 seconds of “drop table” nonsense. I didn’t get any pain relief at all. I just stopped coming in eventually. I ended up seeing an orthopedic surgeon, who determined my symptoms were caused by a labral tear in my hip. Not even close to what Dr. Jensen had diagnosed. Do yourself a favor and go to an orthopedic surgeon if you really want help. This place is extremely predatory when it comes to getting you to part with your money.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and very accommodating. I never felt like bad about asking for help even when it was my 30th time performing something. Everyone here is so kind and they've always been really understanding and kind when I have been late or missed an appointment. I also love how scientific and personalized the treatment is. From what I've heard from friends and family, most places usually just try to alleviate pain, however here they get down to the root cause and fix them. Everything goes smoothly, and despite what seems like a smaller team, I never feel like I have to deal with waits or anything.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service and incredible staff! Dr. Jensen and team are extremely knowledgeable in their field and exceptionally friendly! One of the first things that stood out to me was how they take the time to learn every single patient's name. A ton of people cycle in and out of their office on any given day, and yet each person is greeted with a warm and individualized welcome upon arrival! Another thing that consistently blows my mind is this team's efficiency—they have everything time-mapped down to an exact science! Patients rarely have to wait for their turn getting adjusted or using equipment. The whole office functions like a well-oiled machine. To top it all off Optimal Spine Wellness produces real results. People come here because it WORKS. I'm still only part way through my treatment plan, but Dr. Jensen has been taking x-rays regularly and we have seen that significant progress is definitely being made in my scoliosis. Previously physical therapists had told me it'd be impossible to improve/correct my crooked spine... well, Dr. Jensen has proved that's simply not true! :) And I feel the difference his treatments are making. Then there's the cost. It's about the price point you'd expect for dedicated treatment like this, however, I was personally super encouraged when I wasn't pressured to renew a lengthy payment plan. Dr. Jensen showed me my x-ray progress in detail, explained where we were at, gave me several options for the path forward, and then let me decide what I wanted to do next. When treatment progress was going faster than we expected (yay!) he was honest about that and readjusted his care estimates. I really appreciated and respected the fact that he didn't try force me into paying for longer treatment than I needed to make a profit. It's clear he cares about his patients and knows what's best for them! As a final note, I'm including several photos of my time at Optimal Spine so far (you can tell I have fun!). I would like to point out that, while some of the traction positions might appear painful from the photos, I actually find them extremely pleasant, because they are repositioning my spine back to the orientation it's SUPPOSED TO BE! These techniques work my muscles in all the right places, and I honestly feel great after each treatment. Come to Optimal Spine Wellness and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Optimal Spine Wellness for a about 6 weeks now. I came to Dr Jensen with lower back pain and instead of adjusting me immediately, I was scheduled for an examination and digital X-rays. Let me tell you, he took more X-rays than any chiropractor I have been to. Not only was her a super nice guy, he diagnosed the issue, provided me with a detailed report and put me on a treatment plan. I was amazed at the thoroughness of his report. I am almost half way through my plan and feel so much better. I feel like his treatment is cutting edge, modern and makes total sense. His wife Morgan and assistant Lisa are awesome as well. Great people who truly care about your well being. Don’t try to slack on your exercises , because they are always there to monitor you and correct your form, so you will have the best results as quickly as possible. Morgan is a nutritionist and can help you with a healthy eating plan as well. This place is a one-stop- shop for wellness! I highly recommend Dr. Jensen and Optimal Spine Wellness. I am so lucky to have found them... you will be too!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was great! Very polite and professional office staff. I was leased that Dr. Jensen was so detailed and thorough with questions. He used different techniques and was able to pinpoint pain areas almost in touch. He took X-rays from a variety of angles which will show us all the places to improve as we progress. I like the thought process behind his approach to getting to the root. Very nice office and physical training area. Positive environment. I’ll be going back.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for someone to actually find the source of your back pain and help fix it....look no further! I've been seen by surgeons, physical therapists, and many chiropractors over the last 20 years trying to find relief. Everyone always focused on the point of pain but never took a more in depth look at the spine and body as a whole to discover the root of the problem. Dr Jensen's comprehensive approach identified structural issues and he was able form a treatment plan that focused on correcting those issues to produce long-term pain relief! The whole team here is so professional and they truly care about their patients!

Fantastic experience: Having a great experience @ Optimal Spine Wellness. My back has been messed up for years and Dr Jensen put me on the road to recovery. I go a lot and the staff make everyone feel at home. I have had some side benefit I didn't expect - lower bp, better blood work, no more restless leg syndrome. Their in-house nutritionist Morgan put me on a supplement plan that has cut my high cholesterol numbers in half. I highly recommend Optimal Wellness - they treat the source of sickness not symptoms.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how incredible this office is. I have had extreme pain in my neck and back for a few years after a serious injury and I am only 20. I came in honestly just expecting a regular chiropractic treatment and I was blown away. Not only did Dr. Jensen find out my specific problem and cure , but he also has made me feel so welcome. The entire staff is so kind and you can tell they actually CARE about you specifically by just walking through the door. Lisa and Charlie always are willing to help and make you feel so comfortable in the office. I’ve only been going for a week now and I’m already seeing the results I’ve asked multiple doctors for the past two years.
