Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to HealthWorks for over a year. I was greeted with a “Welcome Molly” sign on my first visit. Initially I went for 2 separate issues: numbness and tingling in my hands and stomach problems. Dr. Christy and Dr. Taylor provided specialized and individualized care always showing care and compassion. I’m happy to report both of those have resolved but I continue to go to HealthWorks regularly. I’ve seen vast improvement in my sleep, posture, general health and well being. The entire team is educated and has a vast amount of knowledge that they want to share. I’ve never waited long, if at all, to be seen, and my time with the doctors is never rushed or hurried. I would give HealthWorks 6 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I'd give 100 stars if that were an option. My neck has been in pain since 2018. Immediately after my fist upper cervical adjustment last week - I was pain free - in an instant. I really am in awe. I actually had happy tears. I could turn my head and not have shooting pain. Three days later, I'm still pain free. It truly is the miracle that I had been looking for. Dr. Taylor and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'm so glad that I found them.

HealthWorks Family Chiropatic is not the typical chiropractic care as the "back injury" commercials you've seen on TV. The doctors and staff are AWESOME!!! If you arrive at their office feeling low of energy, aching or emotionally down, you will leave with a spring in your step and uplifted. The doctors are all about focusing on helping your whole body to heal itself by fixing subluxations through alignment (cervical, joints), easing tense muscles, laser treatment and other techniques. I can't say enough about HealthWorks. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I'm happy to say they are my wellness family!!❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here to HealthWorks for 3 years. I cannot say enough great things about this place and its entire staff! First of all they feel like family to me and have been with me since I arrived in Texas in 2019. Secondly the adjustments that are given by Dr. Taylor and Dr. Flick are spot on and are gentle but super effective. The style of adjustment and therapy they use is different than most chiropractic care and focus on the Atlas being in alignment. Every time I have an issue I am able to get in quickly and the results are quick and I always feel relief within hours and sometimes immediately! I recently went in with neck pain that I knew as going to turn bad quickly and sure enough atlas was out and with just a few thumps of their special atlas correcting equipment and the precision of the doctors hands and guidance of the measurement equipment, my atlas was immediately corrected and the pain in my neck subsided completely by the next morning. I don’t know what I’d do without Dr. Flick, Dr. Taylor, and all of the wonderful accommodating staff! I love you all and thank you for all that you do, you are healing people, helping them to stand straight and tall effortlessly and providing a great service to your community!

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for a very long time. I think I first started in 2013 or so. In fact, I left for 5 years when I moved further away, but during the pandemic they were the only chiropractors open that I could trust, and I've been going back ever since. Dr. Taylor & Dr. Christy are gems in the chiropractic world, and they know how to put together an amazing team. Even though I saw a different chiropractor for a few years, my health never thrived as much as it does under the care of the team at HealthWorks. I love that they're always improving their processes and adding new data points like posture checks, HRV tracking, and the occasional x-ray check up. They operate in a very holistic matter and treat the whole body, not just the symptom. I also wanted to note that Dr. Taylor has supported me during both of my pregnancies. Aside from chiropractic support which I absolutely needed, she also gave me nutrition and wellness advice which helped me have a healthier pregnancy and put my mind at ease when I was at odds with some of the advice I received from other healthcare practitioners. My whole family now attends HealthWorks, including my children. I can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jennifer Taylor is the rare healthcare practitioner that deeply cares about your personal health journey AND can rapidly help you achieve your health goals. If I was able to give Dr. Taylor and Healthworks in Plano, Texas, 10 stars, I would. My story started in 2013, with a mid-back injury. That sent me on a 4-state, 15 chiropractor search, that just led to expense, more pain, and frustration and disappointment. Then I found Dr. Jennifer Taylor. She is a world-class expert in a little-known sub-field of chiropractic called "orthospinology." I won't try and explain it to you, but my understanding of it is that it is a precise, powerful way to rapidly heal spinal issues. Essentially, it is corrective for atlas, or c1, misalignments, which govern basically all electrical impulses across your organs and limbs. When it is misaligned, the consequences reflect as so many symptoms that get misdiagnosed by western docs, and become chronic, difficult to correct health issues that diminish your love of life. In my first appointment, Dr. Taylor's orthospinology adjustment immediately took away 10 years of constant pain in my mid-back. When I say "immediate" I don't mean a day, a week, a month. I mean in the next moment. Another month of treatments saw the rapid reduction, then elimination, of my daily, blinding headaches. As if that weren't enough, by month 2 of treatments, Dr. Taylor performed some basic gut analysis through energetic techniques, and helped me to repair a decade of poor digestion and food assimilation. Our family moved in month 3, so I can only wonder what additional benefits I would have received had I continued with Dr. Taylor and Healthworks (by the way, our whole family went, and everyone had incredible healings for their own circumstances). I've spent significant sums of money on "alt" health care my whole life, but I've never received the ROI on my investment as fast, or in as great a quantity, as I did by working with Dr. Taylor and her fellow chiropractors and staff. The bonus is that if you do go there, you will be impressed and amazed, at how warm and wonderful the rest of the team is there at Healthworks. Kind, helpful, informative, and genuinely interested in your well-being professionals that come to work everyday for YOU. I've never experienced anything like it in my life. The initial evaluation is thorough, and the atlas correction is a gamechanger, not available at most chiropractic offices. The nutritional testing is spot on, offering targeted supplements that are potent and healing. The cervical traction pillow therapy is powerful, offering a simple and relaxing way to correct forward head posture. Dr Jennifer Taylor provided me, my husband, and our daughter help on a large variety of health issues, and all in just a short 2 month period. There is lots of benefit from here, definitely come in a see for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Went in there with debilitating Vertigo after having an MRI, an ER visit along with no hope after seeing my ENT, Neuro and primary care who all said they didn’t know….Dr. Taylor sat with me and told me she would have answers for me after she reviewed all my testing. With tears in my eyes, I believed her and finally had a glimmer of hope. After 1 adjustment of my axis and a thorough explanation of my findings…I walked out of there with a 30% improvement. Each adjustment thereafter continued to lessen the vertigo. 1 month later- I am % vertigo free! Sooo thankful for Dr. Taylor and her amazing staff that exercised extreme patience with my initial limited mobility and their continued kindness! Love this place!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to HealthWorks for almost 2 years now. When I started, I was having migraines 1 to 2 times a week and they were debilitating. I was taking medication to make it through the day while trying to take care of my three kids. Through weekly chiropractic adjustments and nutritional guidance, I have healed passed my wildest dreams. I use to wake up in fear of what the day would hold, and now I wake up and workout and do the stretches that Dr Taylor recommended for me. My migraines used to be triggered by anything and everything. Over the past 2 yrs, they have spread further and further apart to the point that in the past year, I have only had two. I now do not feel that I am at the mercy of my migraines, but I have a wealth of knowledge to help me prevent a migraine as well as reduce the severity of one when it starts to flare up. They helped me get back to 100% after a serious misalignment causing intense pain a couple years ago. it’s been a while since my last visit and I came back in this week for a similar “injury” and they’re helping me again. Dr. Christie and Taylor are very knowledgeable. Caitlyn is very friendly too. Some of their methods like checking leg length surprised me early on and seemed odd but I learned why and it makes sense. Also I cannot argue with the results.

Fantastic experience: Our naturopath recommended we visit health works bc my mom had severe neurological migraine headaches lasting months at a time. Her neurosurgeon and pain Dr's thought it was related to her cervical vertebrae. She had a very uneven gait and had started needing a cane to balance and get around. Immediately following her first atlas adjustment by Dr. Taylor, she walked evenly out of the office without using her cane and that week she drove herself shopping 2 days in a row which hasn't happened in over a year! After her second adjustment, she could turn her head farther than she's been able to for years. And, except for soreness, no neck pain or headaches! And you couldn't ask for a kinder staff!
