Negative experience: I have type 1 diabetes and depend on communication with staff and physician to manage my A1C, pretty much my life. They absolutely will not return calls and ask that you do not leave multiple messages. How can someone live like this with T1D? Thank God I’ve found a better practice. If you have T1D steer clear of this practice.

Positive experience: I've been a patient of Leanna Peterson for over 7 years. Initially I went in because of my sister's thyroid issues and wanted to make sure I was okay. Ultimately I had a biopsy and a total thyroidectomy as I had stage 3 thyroid cancer! Leanna is professional and caring.

Negative experience: Horrible communication! I was scheduled to see a new provider and she made changes to my medications that I have been on for 15 yrs. When I called to discuss the changes they wouldn't let me speak with the provider with the concerns I had and the provider wouldn't discuss it with me.

Negative experience: Worst doctor and worst communication of any doctor I have ever seen in my entire life

Negative experience: I have been with EDLC for several years and have seen two different physicians, both of whom are wonderful. Unfortunately, I am leaving the practice and switching to a new endocrinologist. EDLC has not returned several of my phone calls and voicemails the past couple of weeks and I have been without my medication now for longer than I am comfortable with. Despite my phone calls and voicemails, EDLC has not responded to me or to my pharmacy’s requests to refill my prescription. This is a daily medication that regulates my hormones, I have been taking it for over 10 years, and this is the longest I’ve been without it. Their office seems to be short staffed, something I understand, but I am not willing to be patient at the expense of my daily medication. It is unacceptable. I do not recommend this endocrinology group.

Negative experience: They just canceled my appointment today since I didn't get labs. I am a nurse and surely know the importance of getting, but I didn't know about the order since the last appointment was via phone to review labs I already completed. The person on the phone kept hollering at me that I didn't do what I was supposed to do and said there was no point in keeping the appt and wanted me to reschedule. Thanked her for her time and said I would get another referral from my pcp for a new referral. I guess you are supposed to get lab orders telepathically. I received 8 reminders about this appointment in the last 10 days, maybe one of those could have told me to complete labs. Edit:I received a letter about 3 hrs after this post firing me from the practice. If I get a charge for their canceling of this visit, I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Negative experience: All you need to know is that it’s been confirmed by multiple doctors that I was completely falsely diagnosed here. And also, charged 2 $100 no show fees when THEY cancelled my appointments the night before. If I could give -5 stars I would. DON’T GO HERE!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient yesterday and they informed me that the provider was running behind due to computer issues, and I appreciated the communication. I was there a total of 2 hours, and I don't even care!! This is the best specialty office I have been to. All the Staff were amazing and kind. The provider I saw Darrelan Mcbride actually listened to my concerns and actually put me on treatment for my PCOS. She actually cared that I struggled with several chronic conditions and wants to actually help treat my PCOS. hands down one of the best endocrinologist I have been to.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE customer service! Getting someone to return your phone call is HIGHLY unlikely. BACK TO BACK excuses for the poor communication. I wouldn't recommend this office to ANYONE. I was provided a wrong prescription, luckily I know enough about medication to know what was prescribed was wrong. Requested a call back from the prescribing NP took 2 weeks to get a call back. Needless to say I will be finding a new Provider!!

Negative experience: Make sure you know what your deductible is. Not only did the office charge a higher amount, but they also charged for a phone call follow up that was not an appointment. I have been calling the office for 7 months with only 1 return phone call in August to tell me that the refund would be issued. It is now November, with no refund. In addition to that, they diagnosed me incorrectly!

Roger England 1 year ago

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst and most unorganized medical assistants and doctors I have ever seen. Don't expect your persciptions to be sent to your pharmacy. 3 phone calls and no response back well over the 72 hour request!

Negative experience: I am existing patient of this office (or was until today). I recently had a total thyroidectomy (not planned) done by my surgeon's office. I was directed to follow up with my endocrinologist to discuss the pathology to see if further treatment was needed and to get a prescription for levothyroxine. When I called the office I was informed they only have 1 provider and that they are booking 6 weeks out. While I do understand their situation, there was zero effort made to try and get me seen for an URGENT medical matter as an existing patient. I would have been satisfied with a 5 minute tele medicine appointment to at least get my medication. By the time they would see me my body would be completely void of T4 and I would be sick with hypothyroidism. I would NOT recommend a doctor's office that refuse to make any effort to see an existing patient with an urgent medical matter. This is not something I can have treated at Urgent Care, and my only choice now is to hope my PCP will help me.

Fantastic experience: I've always been treated well here. They make it easy to get blood draws, and have phone appointments.

BryGuy 1 year ago

Negative experience: Went from very positive, to very negative. While they have done a good job as endocrinologists (minimum low bar, really) their billing ethics are poor enough that even their own billing team will not support them on the phone, and will absolutely bus chuck them because they get it so often. I began to notice that I was not being billed to the actual provider I was seeing last year after my thyroid cancer came under control. I am billed as seeing the head provider, although I actually only see an NP. On top of that, said NP has had multiple "family emergencies" over the last several months, so I have not actually seen or talked to them, I have done telehealth appointments with whatever backup is on hand. Also, these telehealth visits have been billed as in person visits each time. This does feel like billing fraud at this point so despite being able to uh. Do their jobs? Great? I cant actually recommend this practice based on billing ethics alone.

Negative experience: Everything was fine until I asked questions, then I was told by both Dr Kurtz and Dr Akhunji told me to go somewhere else. Very unsympathetic, not compassionate at all & very unprofessional. They must have something to hide if they refuse to answer questions.

Fantastic experience: Switched to this office after not being able to get in with my previous endocrinologist despite worsening symptoms that were severely impacting my life, Dr.Akhunji was so wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, address my questions, and clearly explain my treatment plan. Ty at the front desk is always kind and welcoming. So glad i switched to this office!

Negative experience: Have a great relationship with my NP but the office staff has gone down the toilet. I am a type1 on a insulin pump and continues glucose monitor and need a prescription refilled. It has been over 2 months and no one has returned my phone calls. Medronicss has called them almost daily and has had no response. My live depends on this prisciption refill how can they be so neglectful, my life is in their hands and no one cares. Although I love my NP I believe they nolonger care about their patients. Run fast from this practice.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE Practice! Do not go! They used to be good by the main doctor got a divorce and it all went downhill from there. They billed me 2 years after the fact and never billed my insurance. They have no real doctors left, just PAs and assistants.

Negative experience: I wanted to give Zero Stars!! Dr. Akhunji was Outstanding!! The name of the game is Customer Service and communication. In this case, lack of customer service and lack of communication!! The communication issues have been ongoing well be for Covid-19!! Over the last 2 plus years, the operation side has been poorly missed managed. This office hit rock bottom when the office decided to only work Monday through Thursday. The lack of a follow-up phone call from the office manager (who has never been in the office when I have asked for them; in the office or on the phone) or by the MA is the main reason I am left. It feels like the staff does not care. I have spoken to Dr. Akhunji many times about this issue and all she can say is “I am not the first person to voice the same concerns about bad communication.” My insurance changed and I brought the information into the office since I knew Tyrell Ball (Front Office – should be lead) would update my information. At that time Tyrell also knew that some medications and the Freestyle Libre 3 were no longer covered. I informed Tyrell to have the MA or Doctor call me, ASAP!! I NEVER got a call back. The last voicemail I left on the MA line was full of excuses. The MA line gives the excuse that they are working to return all calls as fast as humanly possible since they are understaffed. This issue has been going on far before excuses of now being understaffed. Maybe the operation staff needs to start working 5 days a week. The communication issues were happening about a year before Covid!! I have moved to a new place. The lack of follow-up and follow-through is a direct reflection of how poorly the office is managed. Poor communication is the same as Poor customer service. After reading other reviews, I am not surprised communication is brought up over and over again. Dr. Akhunji is Outstanding!!

Negative experience: I have been going to this office for the past 10+ years and will not be returning. The new staff are absolutely horrible. They completely disregard the patients concerns. Order unnecessary labs and charge an ungodly amount of money for a 5 minute phone call. I would not recommend to anyone who wants to feel heard or treated like their concerns matter. Would give a zero if I could.

Negative experience: I used to see a provider at this practice that has since left. I decided to stay considering they took my insurance, but it has been a very frustrating as of recently. The practice used to be run well, the phones were always answered, and my questions were always attended to in a timely manner. Now I can’t ever get anyone on the phone, and I do not receive calls back. Unfortunately, I do not recommend.

Negative experience: My experience with EDLC has been a disappointing one. After my appointment today, I will not return. It is less to do with the quality of the medical care than it is to do with the multiple inconveniences I have endured. I requested I be referred to EDLC even though it is more than an hour from my home because I wanted Dr. Akhunji to be my endocrinologist. Dr. Akhunji is a fantastic doctor, and I felt she was worth the drive. Dr. Akhunji moved here from another office where she was my endocrinologist for several years. However, when I initially called to make an appointment, Dr. Akhunji was unavailable. Instead, I made an appointment with Christy Kutz, a Nurse Practitioner (NP), and thought I could perhaps see Dr. Akhunji in the future. NP Kutz has treated me well and provided excellent care. I was scheduled for two appointments in May 2022 (an ultrasound and a follow-up). In early May, we had a death in the family, and I went to help loved ones in another state after the loss. I flew back early to make the appointments in May and was notified that I needed to reschedule them. Ultimately, those appointments have been rescheduled a total of four times. The office staff was mostly unapologetic about rescheduling the appointments. A month after I was supposed to be seen, I will finally be seen today, June 21, for my follow-up. I had to go to a third-party service to get my ultrasound done. During this chaos, I requested to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Akhunji because NP Kutz was unavailable. I was told that I could not switch practitioners since I did not schedule with Dr. Akhunji when I transferred as a new patient. Due to this policy, I had to wait longer for an appointment. The worst part of this whole story, more than rescheduling, long drives, or staff apathy, is that I have not seen Dr. Akhunji, nor will I.

Negative experience: I’m writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend, a former patient of EDLC. I was very appalled at the conduct of Melissa Prince. She told my boyfriend (a Type 1 diabetic and epileptic) she was “surprised he wasn’t dead yet”. My boyfriend had numerous issues getting refills of his insulin prescription (you know….a necessary thing for him to survive? Also surprising considering they’re an Endocrinologist and caring for Diabetics is their only job.) On top of all of that, at his first visit to a new Endo he was informed of an undiagnosed Thyroid problem that EDLC didn’t catch, which was the entire reason his levels were thrown off. Stay far away! Unless you’d rather be dead.

Negative experience: I am giving this office a 2 star ONLY because Dr Akhunji, who I only got to meet once in person and one time via Telemed, seems to be an excellent doctor. The staff however, needs quite a bit more training on how to communicate with the patients. I have a problem in being able to go to appointments because of a severe back problem so Telemed has been a blessing. When I started going to this office, they were accepting both my insurance and offering Telemed. Since June, the office has apparently made some changes in their procedures and insurance acceptance but fully neglected to notify ANYONE of the patient base. I had even called about two weeks before my Telemed appointment with a question about what test results she needed and NO ONE informed me of these changes. A patient has to be able to TRUST that the doctor and staff will inform them of changes, positive or negative, in their health and/or office procedures. I cannot trust this office to do that. I will be getting my records and finding a new doctor.

Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Longevity Center of Arizona
Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Longevity Center of Arizona

Unfortunately we do not have control over the insurance companies as whether they will pay or deny the claim of a telemedicine visit. Several plans have started to deny tele claims. Staff had called all patients to notify them that appointments had been changed to telemetry medicine. Sorry you did not receive that message.

Kelly Gibson 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: I have met with Dr Akunji two times. The first time she ran the tests that I was hoping for, and was able to diagnose the problem. She did not push medication, even though I have been pressured by other doctors to do so when it's not medically necessary. She made dietary and supplement recommendations which ended up being helpful and reducing some of my symptoms. The second visit was also great. Dr Akunji was very thorough about reviewing my medical history, and answering my questions. This office does not offer virtual televisits, which was a disappointment for me since I am not from Scottsdale, however. I would like the option to do virtual visits and hope they make this option available soon.

Alan Saldivar 3 years ago

Negative experience: Not planning to return back ever. A $320 bill to get a "eat more fruits" when my glucose was a bit high. Also the provider was a cold, offensive and rough guy. I mean, the visit was not for free, the very least thing you could ever do is to threat the patient warmly, because he's in there for a reason not just for pure fun.

Positive experience: It took over a month and a half to get an appt. with Dr. Nguyen. They have all these windows that are tinted and chairs in front and with the window open a huge plexiglass with a small 2-3 inch gap at the bottom. So no one can hear you and you have to talk loud so everyone heard what's going on. So much for patient privacy. The girl who took me back to the office was I felt very uninterested in her job. The Dr. was ok. She asked me to come back in a few weeks but then I schedule another appt and she can't see me till June. My appt was April 22nd.

Elizabeth K 3 years ago

Negative experience: Haven't even been in the office yet. Made a new patient appointment in February. The earliest they could see new was in May so I booked it. Got a call in april that dr nguyin can't see me that day and soonest reschedule is in June.

Herbalife Arizona 3 years ago

Negative experience: Worst customer service in the medical industry. Can't get anyone to call you back. I've called countless times and no one will refill my diabetes meds for more than a 2 week supply. WORST EVER! Dr. Monder's personality was cold and bossy. I don't recommend him. I do like Dr. Hasinski as an expert on diabetes and as a persson. He's a nice guy and very intelligent. But overall not tremendously displeased with the co. itself. AZ Endo has 0 credibility with me.

Fantastic experience: VERY THANKFUL I found Dr. Menon! She saved my thyroid! And, she is a wonderful, caring, doctor!!! I truly cannot say enough good things! Prior to finding Dr. Menon, I saw a *nightmare* of a doctor. This doctor told me that I had to irradiate my thyroid or remove it....immediately. That also meant that I would have to take hormone pills for the rest of my life. At the time, I was only 24yrs old!! Thankfully, I got a second opinion, and thankfully I found Dr. Menon. She treated me with pills. Six months later, my Graves went into remission. Im writing this post now 5yrs later and still NO Graves!!! Not only did she save my thyroid but SHE SAVED MY QUALITY OF LIFE and for that I am eternally thankful!!

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving treatment from EDLC for at least 12ys. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff and all of the Providers here are the best! Thank you to all of you at EDLC you're truly appreciated. Danielle

Fantastic experience: This office was able to see me within two weeks as a new patient. (A different place had a 2+ month wait). Dr. Davidson was great and listened to every concern I had and was able to get labs ordered that in turn lead to a treatment plan. We were also able to confirm another doctor had misdiagnosed me. The front office staff have been nothing but nice and have been on the ball to get my follow up appointments scheduled. I would reccomend this office to anyone needing endocrinology care.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone. Ever.

Scott Bundgaard 4 years ago

Negative experience: Poor communication and poor response time appears to be a standard practice. My father and I have left messages for his doctor - Maja Davidson, her MA and the office manager to ask them to be more responsive to my father, who has critical health issues. No response. The lack of care and concern by this practice is highly disturbing.

Lauren McEllen 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for 3 1/2 years now. As a diabetic for many many years, I’ve seen a lot of endocrinologists. Dr. Phillips has by far been my favorite and the most helpful. She is knowledgeable about insulin pumps and always takes the time to speak with me about my concerns. I always feels like she listens to me and she has really helped me get better control of my blood sugars. At other doctors I would often feel bad after leaving my appointment. With Dr. Phillips, I leave feeling empowered and positive. I love the portal and have had no issues with getting prescriptions filled. Wait times have been minimal and the staff is always pleasant.

Negative experience: If there was a way to give zero stars, I would have! Absolutely terrible! If they would’ve called my insurance, as they claimed, they could’ve asked the coverages instead of running me around until nearly 30 minutes past my appointment and then tell me they wouldn’t be able to see me and I’ll have to reschedule me! IT’S AN HOUR DRIVE FOR ME TO GET HERE! I’LL NEVER RETURN! Thanks to the front desk lady!

Nicole Derrickson 4 years ago

Negative experience: It has been 2 weeks since my blood draw to try and figure out what is wrong with me. I was told by the doctor that the in house lab takes 2-3 business to process blood work. I have called over 8 times and only got through once to find out if my blood work has been processed (I left 7 voicemail with no return call). I was told 4 days ago someone would call me back but never received a call. They really need to work on answering phone calls and returning them. As someone who works in a medical office, this is not acceptable to not answer a patients calls or return voicemail.

Calista Quist 4 years ago

Negative experience: I tried to get my insurance applied so I could get a correct amount for my bill, and the billing department refused to answer the phone for many, many calls over many days. When they finally answered my call, the lady was absolutely rude and told me that everything was my fault. I will not be returning.

Negative experience: Neither the doctor or nurse practitioner I see is here anymore. Even though they confirmed my appointment 2 days ago, I don't have a doctor so they'll try to fit me in INCOMPETENT

Negative experience: I'm going to cancel my appointment if I can ever find a person to cancel it. There is no email to contact, they don't answer the phone and the fax doesn't get answered to send paperwork. After reading reviews and this experience, I'm out of here. I guess I just wait until the answering service is on so someone will answer. Can't leave a message anywhere. That tells me how well I will be treated as a patient.

Negative experience: I was given a referral to set up an appointment here the phone was busy the five times I called. So I scheduled the appointment online once online it was easy to schedule and easy to find my insurance provider. Then I received a call saying they need more information ok fine. After collecting all my information she ask for my insurance carrier. I tell her and she said let me put you on a brief hold and of course I say ok. She the comes back to the phone and stat that they don't accept my insurance. I say ok but you guys might want to update your website for the future to prevent the confusion. She instantly got rude as if it was my fault their website isn't updated not very professional at all.

Fantastic experience: This place saved me! When I lived on that side of town, I was referred to them by a former co-worker, and I'm glad I went there! The office staff was friendly, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. I haven't seen them in almost two years, and even though I still owe a balance over that time, they got me my prescription refilled. I'd honestly give them more than five stars, but that's the cap on reviews - so they more than earned every single one! Thank you to all at The EDLC!

Negative experience: DR Akhunji is really nice and listened to my concerns. We worked on a game plan and she gave the imprecision that she really cares. On the other side I've been trying to reach anybody in this office for the last 7 days with no luck. My prescription change was never sent to the pharmacy and my appointment was more than 2 weeks ago. They are really pushing for you to use their patient portal and even on their call center message says they will return your message within 24 hours... 7 days later still no answer, left couple voice mails... still no answer... At this point I am not sure if will keep my follow up appointment even though I really liked Dr. Akhunji!

Fantastic experience: This practice is so professional, friendly and always on time. I’ve been a patient for years. Once I left due to the distance I had to travel when their Chandler office closed. I soon went back because I rather travel the distance and get excellent care than go down the street and not be treated well.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! I wasn’t taking serious, as I asked questions regarding my health, Dr. Maja Davidson kept looking at her watch impatiently like she had more important things to do. In desperate help and having hope I asked her “do you think I will make progress and start feeling better within the next couple weeks?” to her responds “I don’t have a crystal ball” If you suffer from thyroid, she is not the one to be seen by.

Negative experience: Stay far away from this place! They never call back and their messaging center has abysmal customer support. Dr Monder needs to work on his bedside manner. I quickly found a new endocrinologist.

Negative experience: I have gone to this office twice. The first time i left appalled. This time, the doctor was late to the appointment, so she didnt give me much time to answer my questions. I should have not come back. Waste of money to go to a specialist when you dont get any answers. Please at least treat me like i gave you 50.00 to see you. I dont recommend this place. I dont feel taken care of at all. And if you were my family member I wouldnt tell you to go here.

Fantastic experience: Melissa Prince, NP not only answered all of my questions, but also listened to me which is something I have not received from any physician within the last 10 years! As a result, my life has been changed for the absolute better! I am finally on my road to recovery and I'm feeling better than I have felt in the last 20 years!

Fantastic experience: I recommend Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Longevity Center of Arizona. This group is fantastic from the minute you walk in the door. They are polite and professional. Doctor Kristina B. Rudgear, is incredible. She takes the time to listen and, even more, remarkable taking the time to explain my treatment plan. She is very thorough and has a superb bedside manner. I trust her judgment. Finding the right doctor for me was paramount. It took visiting three other doctors before finding Doctor Rudgear and Melissa Prince.

Fantastic experience: These nice ladies literally saved my life!! In my continued care, they remain the best medical facility I have ever been to. I have never been left waiting past my appt time. In fact, at times I have arrived early & they usually get me in early.

Fantastic experience: My visit with Melissa Price, NP is alway very pleasant. She listen to your concerns and just doesn’t hand you medicine to take. She actually explain things to you and listens to your concerns. She is wonderful physician.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience with Doctor Rudgear and her crew. She and her team are interested and willing to listen to my issues and are more interested in developing a program that will work for me than force feeding me a program that is 'one size fits all'. I would definitely recommend her as an endocrinologist you can develop a rapport with and make progress with diabetes.

Negative experience: Ignoring the bad reviews was poor judgment on my part. Out of desperation, I called on September 9th to schedule an appointment with Dr. Dwivedi since my appointment at the Mayo Clinic isn't until December 10th. When I arrived for my appointment on Wednesday, October 23rd the receptionist informed me that my appointment was never scheduled with Dr. Dwivedi but was with Dr. Chong. I told her that I wouldn't have scheduled with Dr. Chong because Dwivedi was recommended to me by my neighbor (and because Chong has some very poor reviews). She was apologetic and said Dr. Dwivedi has half days on Wednesdays and she didn't know what could have gone wrong. She rescheduled me on a Friday two weeks later. I called the next day to see what went wrong and Shindi, the woman who scheduled my appointment on the 9th said she must have accidentally hit the wrong button in the scheduling system and scheduled me with Dr. Chong. Well, I received a reminder call for my Friday appointment, and on Friday morning the receptionist calls me to tell me Dr. Dwivedi has to leave early . . . .a very nice womam named Beverly tried to fit me in on couple cancellations, but with my work schedule last minute notice just doesn't work for me, which is why I called an made an appointment. I can't afford to just call out of work because I am so ill that I haven't been able to work enough. But now my Mayo Clinic appointment is only a couple weeks away , so I will just wait. Clearly Dr. Dwivedi does not respect his patient's time or schedule, and doesn't care about how ill they are. I have NEVER had such a poor an unorganized experience with a doctor's office in any of the 3 states I've lived in. With all this said, I simply don't feel confident or comfortable about seeking treatment from this doctor and would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Staff efficient, place clean. Dr. Dolinar the best ever. Takes whatever time is needed. Answers questions without making one feel like an idiot. Need labs- these guys do it there quickly & as painlessly & bruise free as possible. Their “Healow” website is annoying, but medical care is top notch

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself both see Dr. Menon and I have referred many of my friends to see her, and that's because she is one of the best endocrinologists we have seen so far. She's very approachable and she's very thorough and I trust her diagnosis completely. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a little worried going to this clinic after ready all of the bad reviews but I’m glad I still decided to go. Yesterday was my first time here and it was a great experience. The reception lady that checked me in was very pleasant. My appointment was at 9am, I arrived at 8:45am, already filled out my new patient paperwork at home so all I had to do is hand it to the lady checking me in. I was called back to see the Dr at 9:00 ( my exact appointment time ) the nurse that called me back was very friendly. I waited maybe 5 mins for Dr. Chet Monder to come in. I had such an amazing appointment with Dr. Monder. From the moment he walked in he created me with a smile and was very nice and I can tell he cared. He was very thorough asking me my medical history and symptoms. He was also very thorough with the exam. He diagnosed me with Graves Disease and he was so informative, he even explained to me using the chart in his wall about what is happening with my thyroid and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything he was saying. Together we worked out a game plan to treat my thyroid and I left feeling very happy and confident with my decision to have him be my provider for my Graves’ disease. Never one did he make me feel like a number, he never once made me feel stupid, he also didn’t rush the appointment. He spent 45 mins with me and he also walked me to the check out desk and told the receptionist to schedule me back for 6 weeks. Dr. Chet Monder is a wonderful doctor.

Negative experience: I've never been seen on time. Typically wait 45-min to 1 hour. My time is apparently not valuable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vatticuti is a gem. She takes care of me for thyroid and diabetes. She listens, she cares, her assistant always returns calls. I recently moved out of AZ and still come back to see her!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kang is the best endo I have ever been to. I was a patient of hers for at least a year and she has now left this office and I keep checking the internet to find her. I would follow her to the end of the earth...or at least Glendale.
