I got bloodwork done a few weeks ago as part of my annual physical and it looks like all of my markers of autoimmune disease as well as inflammation are back down in normal ranges! Everything is looking and feeling so much better these days and much of that is thanks to Kelly and her nutritional guidance! Thank you for helping me turn it around!

Experiencia fantástica: Kelly is very knowledgeable and experienced . I had a blood test a few weeks ago and my renal count was low (55) and my creatinine count was high (1.01). The Dr told me to drink more water. I told Kelly and she said what I need is electrolytes.she ordered me Keto Electrolyte drops . I started putting 10-12 drops in my 33 oz. Water bottle . It was 7-10 days later when I had another kidney count done and my renal count was normal and my creatinine count was 0.8. I was so HAPPY. She’s the best! thank you Kelly

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to send a quick email to say how happy I am I met you! Since our appointment, I have cut dairy and gluten completely out of my sons diet and the improvement has been amazing! He has only had two flare-ups since that very day and they were both due to heat. Of course, he has had the occasional piece of pizza for a treat or cake at a birthday party but other than that nothing else and it has really been quite easy. He is sleeping all night and so comfortably. Going to bed at the same time every night with out tossing and turning for hours, waking up early and happy, and napping at the same time everyday. He is a whole new baby! Another note: When I took him to his 18 month well child appointment (which was only three days after I met with you) his skin was horrible. So of course, she sent us to the dermatologist. When I went to the dermatologist, I mentioned taking him off of dairy and gluten. The doctor proceeded to tell me that she does not recommend restricting his diet. That eczema is a skin condition where your skin cannot retain moisture and has nothing to do with your diet. She said kids with eczema are "more susceptible" to food allergies but it doesn't come from what we eat. (blah blah blah) Needless to say, I walked out of there with FOUR prescriptions. One to help him sleep at night, oral. Second, to take for itching during the day, oral. Then two creams, one for the body and one for the face. I picked them up but I have not used any... My whole family and I are so grateful for your advice and I just wanted to say thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so thankful for Kelly!!! She is a true expert in her field, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Not only have I trusted her for years for sound nutritional advice, but she has also helped counsel some of my friends and family members as well! Though I have always benefited from following Kelly's recommendations, I was never fully ready to go the next step - to completely overhaul my diet. I knew what it would take to see life-changing results, but it had to be the right time...and that time was this last summer! It all started with me encouraging my mother (who has battled MS for over 15 years) to go see Kelly. Mom was so tired of feeling crummy all of the time. I told her, "Whatever Kelly recommends for you, I will do it too to help you!" Well, I am so thankful that I did!!! I'm over the moon with my results...just by changing the foods that I eat! I've not been hungry, food tastes better than it ever did, and bad cravings are gone! My hubby has been loving it too - we have many new favorite recipes - and all thanks to Kelly!
