I specialize in helping people manage chronic diseases through food. I take my clients on a journey to become an "Intentional Eater," where they are in control of fueling themselves with the food that is right for their bodies AND they enjoy. We explore the three steps of Intentional Eating: why you eat, when you eat, and what you eat. I counsel, educate, and coach my clients, all while being non-judgmental and empathetic.

I also help clients who are preparing for bariatric surgery or have had bariatric surgery. I want you to have the best outcome possible and so I teach you exactly what to do before and after surgery and support you through the entire journey.
