Experiencia fantástica: I'm 51 and in the best shape of my life thanks to my amazing trainer Josh Barrett. Josh has provided me with his expertise and guidance to increase my muscle size and strength. Along with my performance improvements he has also guided me with my diet and nutrition to support my progress in the gym and out. More importantly he has helped develop a new attitude in me. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy. The lab is a great facility. With great equipment and is very clean. I love the one on one with no outside interruptions or distractions. I also want to give a shout out to Osiel. My massage therapist at the lab who is very professional and knowledgeable. He's the best! I'm so excited to continue my journey with these guys.

He has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs- even my hectic schedule, getting up to meet me at literally the crack of dawn. He took time to listen to my goals, and has showed tons of care when teaching me what is best and will work for my body. My husband had been going to him for months before I decided to give Josh a try; the body transformation that Josh has helped my husband achieve is truly INCREDIBLE, and it was what persuaded me to give it a shot.
