Experiencia fantástica: So far so good. I have completed 4 classes so far and feel on the way to healthier habits. I found it easier than I thought it would be to cut out the soda's and chips and replace them with "real" foods. I am enjoying exploring simple recipes and grocery shopping like I have never done before. I actually am proud of my cart at the check out lane! My partner and his kids are appreciating the healthy meals and don't seem to miss the frozen meals.
