Experiencia fantástica: Selena is trained in neuro cranial restructuring developed by her father Dr. Dean Howell. It's really sad that this incredible treatment for concussions and other neurological disorders like migraines and even anxiety and depression is so unheard of. She does not rush through the procedure either like other practitioners (or so I've heard). It's important to do proper body work before the adjustment so you are prepared for it. She really helped me a lot and also she is a fantastic person I just wish she didn't have to climb mountains all the time! But she does know what she is doing in this area as well. BTW she is now with Qwibil Clinic in Tacoma, I don't see her as much now that I'm doing so much better but it's always worth the drive down from Bellevue for an occasional adjustment.

I started seeing her over 10 years ago and it is a real pleasure to work with her. I am very appreciative to Dr. Selena for giving me nutritional advice and teaching me the healing properties of food. She does a great job explaining what is happening in my body, and offers a variety of treatments that I can easily follow. My entire family has started to see Dr. Selena for various reasons like getting us all at a healthy weight, pain management, natural remedies for my growing boys, managing my inflammatory arthritis and natural ways to improve mental health. When seeing her for a visit, I am astonished how she observes my structure and explains why certain areas of my body are experiencing pain.
