Not only have I been able to quit taking several medications a day between many different health issues such as Anxiety, depression, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes but I also was able to was able to achieve a much greater lifestyle change that I never expected to happen just by working out and eating better through the nutrition program they provide. After 10 years of infertility issues and treatments I have naturally Conceived and will be expecting my 1st child in February 2022. I would have never imagined that this place would become my peace and and fill so much in my life that I was missing. FBBC has changed my life!

Experiencia fantástica: Since the day I walked into FBBC I have felt welcomed and encouraged to do what I didn’t think I could do. I am now two years in and look forward to my workouts every morning even though I am not a morning person. They keep you accountable and help you celebrate every milestone you cross. I have developed relationships with ladies that check on you, the staff is truly caring and want you to succeed. They will help and make sure you are doing everything correctly and check on you if you miss. A gym that cares, is the place for me! Give it a chance, YOU deserve it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. FBBC has changed my life. I never stuck to an exercise program for more than a few months. Here I am, 21 months later. I look forward to going. We are a family. The coaches are AMAZING. They really care that your needs are being met. They celebrate your victories with you. They can modify your workout if you have certain injuries or can’t perform certain exercises. I am 47 years old. If I can do it, anyone can. I hadn’t exercised in 25 years. I am happy to say that I have gone down 3 sizes in clothes. I am so much healthier, both physically and mentally. Definitely Recommend FBBC Wichita Falls.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member since January 2020. I started with a 28-day challenge. I was so excited with my results, I stayed. I can't tell you how much this place has changed my life. The coaches are absolutely the best in helping you reach your goals. It is not a sprint, but a marathon. You will learn how to become healthier and the version of yourself you have always wanted to become. If you put in the work and follow the plan, you will have success. The coaches also help you with structuring nutrition goals to help you achieve maximum success. But, they are also very much invested in you as a person. So, they don't just care about your "weight" or "inches", they want to ensure that you are feeling well and happy. I have not only lost weight and inches, I have learned so much about my body, the effect of workouts and good nutrition. I love this place, I love the coaches and I love my fit body family. You will always feel welcome and never alone. I have finally found, after 56 years, a place and a plan that is helping achieve success.

Experiencia fantástica: This place rocks! I’m 62 & haven’t exercised since high school, (76). Two friends encouraged me to try the 3 free days, I thought it would kill me, but I went in thinking that and that I might sign up for 3 days a week. Hello—— After my 3 day trial I immediately signed up and I go 5 days a week! Haven’t missed but 1 day in 6 weeks. You have to try it! I’ve visited other fit body boot camps, but this is the absolute best ever! From the staff Joe, Ashley, Charlotte, Kim and the one that keeps it front & center Amanda all are the best!!!! Joe and Charlotte are two of the best coaches ever! Kim is an inspiration in herself & her story. Ashley is a bomb & she’s 7 months expecting our sweet baby , & like I said Amanda is all about our FBBC Family! She’s just endured a personal tragedy and she has handled it & her job with style & Grace. That’s what FBBC is a Family full of encouragement & positivity always!!!
