At CHAS Health, we offer comprehensive services for patients of all ages. Our North Central Clinic has a care team specializing in providing specialty care for individuals over 60 years of age. We gladly accept Medicare and Medicare Advantage healthcare plans!
We are excited to offer a clinic that meets the needs of senior members of our community. At our CHAS Health North Central clinic, we have an easily accessible location, friendly providers and staff with a background in geriatric medicine. We are a full service clinic offering medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services under one roof.

Experiencia fantástica: I never wanted to go to Chas however, Chas North and the staff really changed my mind. I see Nurse practitioner Toni Keel now as my primary care person. She is amazing as is all of the staff. They are very attentive and work with my disabilities. I still won't go downtown but I am extremely happy to have a health care team that truly cares about what thier patients need. They have a pharmacy right there so you can get your medication right away. They offer mail delivery of your medications as well. They do in-person visits as well as virtual visits. I highly recommend this health care establishment.

Experiencia positiva: Boy, CHAS sure has changed over the last decade that I have been in Spokane. I am a patient, I also had my mom going there through her five years of advanced dementia and now also my dad who is 84. I feel like Covid just broke this place. Used to be easy to get an appointment, not anymore. Used to be able to call and talk to the people at your office, not anymore. You get a GATEKEEPER who makes everything more difficult. See, health care is a relationship and sometimes you want to talk to the people who you know and who care for you. Not someone who acts like security and does everything but what you would like. Anyway, you guys could sure do better if you wanted to.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m fairly new to Chas Health. I’ve been greeted by friendly receptionist’s. I’ve seen Kristi Ward, ARNP at this location twice. She’s a smart cookie and I’m pleased she’s my new primary provider. Their caring medical staff is truly phenomenal and the pharmacist was efficient. Thank you Chas Health for good experience when I’m not feeling my best!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my main office for my personal care. I have to say in my 63 years of seeing doctors there have been very few that I thought really truly cared. Then I met Christina. This woman has taken care of me with passion in medicine, understanding, and truly listens to what I have to say. This has been the best place for me and I would not go any place else for my health needs.

Experiencia negativa: Go to any other Chas clinics but don’t go here you will end up die before you find out your testing results. Very poor communication and untrained staffs.

Experiencia fantástica: Seamless connections with smiles to make your days... I wrote a review on my primary clinic yesterday and I would be remiss if I didn't write this one...I'm not sure how my brain didn't immediately redirect me. If you look at my other post, you'll see that I have a high opinion of my care team and my experience as a whole when it comes to CHAS; this also means I have a high expectation. I needed to transfer my medications here because it's closer to my house, and we all know that a pharmacy is a very important part of any treatment plan. The transitions were totally seamless and Riley along with Krista let me know of some newer program options that would make my pick ups even more convenient and easy. I really am so thankful that I have the team there in my corner now and look forward to being this lucky for as long as I can. :-) I want to make sure that I touch on the fact that this is a very new location (December opening?). New places are always intimidating and there usually isn't much in the way of experiences to look to. It is so nice and cozy inside with the ability to take it all in simply. There are great providers there and who doesn't love a front desk staff that can make you laugh? There also is a procedure room for things that can be handled on site or (god forbid) any urgent needs. That really surprised me because the first impression is that it's a small space with a lot of heart...turns out it's like one of those cafe spots that has a huge capacity in the back for parties. LOL My message here is that you will have a great team that will be excited to work with you and give you new ideas to enrich your experience. I hope this helps some of you out there that have the same trepidation that I do sometimes. I'm happy to answer any questions that I can.
