3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Came here for a medical exam and highly recommend this place. The price is reasonable and everything was done efficiently. Staff are friendly and professional. No hidden costs/additional costs unlike few other places I called prior to finding this place. Dr. Naveed was recommended by someone else who used his services as well.

8 years ago Experiencia negativa: The customer service is terrible, it consists of one lady who is quite rude. She over-books appointments, and made me fill out paperwork the doctor didn't even need, even after I told her as much. THEN after I gave a 1 star review she asked me about it.. on the spot.. And kept questioning why I left the low review, I had to tell her that she shouldn't be confronting me about my review, and that she was being very unprofessional.. The front office lady sucks and made the experience bad for me, but the doctor gets 5 stars, Dr. Naveed is a really good guy.
Ant C, please update your star review to reflect a 5/5 star rating for Dr Naveed (Elite Health PLC). As a reminder, any renewal evaluation does require new clinic and state of Michigan paperwork for ALL renewals. The State changes the application forms every 1-2 years. Any paperwork that needs to be filled out is MANDATORY for any patient undergoing a new or renewal evaluation. All clinic appointments are authorized by Dr Naveed and many times patients are no shows. For this reason, when demand increases, we may have to double book our appointments to accommodate all of our patients with recent expiration dates.
In addition, when any of our staff ask for feedback from patients, it is strictly to IMPROVE the quality of service and not to be confrontational to the reviewer.
The staff informed us that she kindly asked you to wait in your car for ten minutes because it was very cold outside and the clinic was not opening until 530 pm. Unfortunately, we did not update our Google hours, and we do apologize for that. She only intended for you to not wait outside in the cold before the clinic opened for an additional 10 minutes.
Finally, Dr Naveed expects all patients and staff to be treated with respect. The healthcare field is very high pace and high stress, and personal attacks are not warranted.
