Experiencia fantástica: Working with Lynae has been life-changing. She has been pivotal as I work to heal my relationship with both food and movement. The tools and support she has shared have helped me to choose food and movement based on my values and not the rules of diet culture. Also, if you tend to have overly controlled thinking patterns, she offers a wonder class . For someone who has lived overcontrolled, this class was incredibly helpful and provided actionable tools to help add flexibility and openness into my life. Would definitely attend again 11/10

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Ruby Health and Wellness. Lynae is changing my entire view of nutritionists and dietitians. In a world of critical people (often other women), she has been so refreshing and kind! I have an unhealthy relationship with food, to say the least. I have binged and comforted myself with food my entire life resulting in obesity and GERD among other medical/mental health troubles. I had never had the courage to see a dietician/nutritionist before and was convinced it wouldn‘t help. I was wrong! I’m blown away by Lynae’s tender/nurturing approach. She is incredibly knowledgeable. This is changing my life! The connections that I’m making are astounding. I actually feel confident that I can heal. I can’t thank her enough and look forward to continuing my journey with her.

In working with Lynae, I have been able to shed some light on deeper issues in my life revolving around intuitive eating and my mental health. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about how Lynae has helped me. As a man who is dealing with body issues and eating disorders I didn’t really know where to turn. I luckily stumbled onto her clinics website and started my journey towards health and loving myself. I’m still working on it and everyday brings new challenges but having Lynae available to help has made a huge impact on my mental health and beating my inner critic. I spent years dieting and hating myself, even though I externally it appeared I had a ton of success, internally I was tortured and not sure how to keep going with dieting. I knew I had to give dieting up but by that point I didn’t even know how to eat without a guide and a calorie counter. Working with Lynae has helped with all that and more. I could not recommend her any more than I already do. She is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working with Lynae for about a month now. Due to Covid-19 all of our meetings have been remote meetings, either phone or video call. While some might feel like working with a counselor/dietician remotely may not work, I'd like to offer a differing opinion. Lynae has been incredibly professional and supportive in my struggles/journey. She's been an extremely insightful and grounding resource during a time when feeling ungrounded is the norm. I look forward to where this journey with Lynae takes me and I encourage you to reach out to Lynae if you feel you need this support!

Experiencia positiva: It was great. They did their job well. I got stubborn at times when I was struggling most with my eating disorder, but they gave me support and helped me realize the severity of what was going on. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Natalie Murphy for over a year. She has changed my life for the better. Natalie has a deeper perspective of me than I have of myself. She gets how my brain works and slowly shifted my negative self talk to body positive thought processes. Natalie was not shy when identifying the lies I told myself and suggested tools to combat my issues. The thing about changing the way you view yourself and the world is you have to put in the work. Natalie gave me challenges to work on before our next session. I trusted her and did what she suggested... I got better.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly? I was terrified to see a dietician. I could only picture food rules, shaming, and judgment. Happily, I was totally wrong. Lynae Smith, owner of Ruby Slippers Wellness, is dedicated to gently taking the fear out of food and nutrition. Kind, empathetic, and extremely supportive, she also really knows her stuff. If you've been thinking about seeing a dietician, my experiences with her have been very positive and helpful. She's great.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working with Lynae for about 3 months now, and can honestly say she's the best thing to ever happen to me as far as coping with/healing from my eating disorder and body image issues. I cannot imagine anyone more genuinely caring, gentle in approach, and well-informed - I feel so lucky to be one of her clients. Her office is lovely and very comfortable, and a very safe space.
