Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client here from the beginning. I have been to many different gyms and experienced different so-called trainers. Tim is the real deal. I'm not a 20-something with a freakish ability to lose 10 pounds by exhaling harder. I'm a middle aged, mildly overweight and insanely stressed (like everyone else my age) woman who needs a trainer to motivate me to get better. I don't need a nut job like Jillian Michaels screaming at me, telling me I suck because I can't do that 100th push up. Tim is incredibly understanding and enthusiastic about my health. He listens to me, asks me what I want to achieve, and figures out a realistic way for me to get there. Because of him, I have lost 20 pounds, run the Manchester Road Race, and am stronger than ever. Tim is an integral part of my health team now. In fact, he's probably the most important part because I trust him the most. If you are looking for someone to be a compassionate, smart, effective guide to help you find your way back to feeling good about yourself, Tim's the guy.

A simple routine that effectively reduced and finally removed the pain of a rotator-cuff issue is probably top of my list, although there were other great insights that I have been using regularly. Thank you for giving me a way of staying on task without a feeling of endless repetition. I love it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working personal trainers since 1984, all but two in New York until 2011 when I moved to Hartford. When my original Hartford trainer left town and I found Tim on Eckercise, I was only hoping to hold my own in the fight against the disabilities of age. (I'll be 90 on my next birthday) Tim has me performing feats of balance, strength and agility any 40 year old would be proud to accomplish. He's interesting to talk to and fun to work with. I hit the jackpot when I typed "personal trainer' on Google and came up with Eckercise.
