Experiencia positiva: The program is a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it you just coast along. I thought I was going to be eating real food so that took a little getting used to. No big deal, the snack bars are very good so are the shake / pudding. And if you like spinach , mushroom omelets your in luck.

Experiencia fantástica: Awaken 180 works if you commit to program 10 out 10 recommend. I am paralyzed so burning calories from a wheelchair is very hard. But halfway through program and have lost more than 20 pounds.
