Experiencia fantástica: Body Synergy has changed my life and improved my health and mobility immeasurably. Coming from Kaiser PT, I didn’t know how helpful PT could be. My primary Physical Therapist, Stephanie, is incredibly talented at both diagnostics and at interventions, mixing exercises, stretches, and body work to help me recover from a lifelong ankle injury and a difficult surgery. What truly makes her exceptionally effective is the addition of her excellent communication skills. Healing is so much easier when I understand how my body works, why a stretch or exercise is helpful, and how to work on it at home. She listens deeply, taking my input in and adjusting to make sure the treatment is effective. I leave every session feeling heard, feeling stronger and more ready for movement, and equipped to care for myself. I have seen several other PTs here, and they are all professional and effective as well. The office itself has such a positive and uplifting vibe, largely due to Reuben who works in admin, who greets everyone so warmly and keeps the office running smoothly. The facilities and equipment is excellent, and in the years I’ve been coming here I’ve never had a single problem here, if you need PT this is a great call.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for treatment for lower back pain and was assigned Stephanie with David assisting. Stephanie did a great job in identifying the root causes of my issues and working with me on exercises I could use in the future and at home - not just working on the immediate fix, but also setting me up to be able to maintain my improvements once I was on my own again. Stephanie has a great understanding of how all the different parts of the body interact and impact each other and is excellent at explaining it all in a way that's easy to understand. Very grateful to her and the whole Body Synergy team for their help. I would recommend them to all my friends who need PT.

Experiencia negativa: 0 STAR RATING. This rating is based off one person STEPHANIE, not the entire business. If I can give zero stars I would. It’s 4:45 am as I write this review, I woke up to extreme pain, icing my neck and shoulders and taking a painkiller. This was my second time being treated by a Stephaine… first time was okay also not the greatest but I felt maybe giving her a second chance which brought me back to my second appt. yesterday. Unfortunately she did not listen to my concerns from start to finish. She asked me how I felt after my first visit and I told her extremely sore for about 4 days (she worked on my mid-back, shoulders & neck), to the point I had to take pain medicine throughout those 4 days. Not once did she say anything like she’s sorry or maybe let me mange her strength on me better. Zero. Yesterday my main concern was my sciatica not so much my back or neck. Right off the bar, she went in so aggressively massaging my neck,shoulder, and back of my head to the point I was saying ouch OUCHHHH, I told her many times it hurts and can she please ease up on the pressure that she’s using and it’s hurting me. Stephaine said if I don’t use this amount of pressure then she would just be moving my skin around and there would be no point. I should have listen to my gut and walked out the room when she gave me that reply. I then proceeded to tell her i understand she had a job to do but she also needs to consider my concerns about pain I’m experiencing from her strength and for her to meet in the middle so I can handle this so call treatment. Again her response was dry with a simple yeah. This went on for 30min and not once did she considered easing up or treated my sciatic which I originally had told her it was bothering me. When she was finally done basically torturing me she had be sit up from the treatment bed and ask how I felt… like seriously I was very vocal throughout the entire treatment that she was causing me pain… I said to her I’m in pain and I’m so tense after this so call treatment she preformed on me and I feel zero relief actually 100x worse. She then said to me let me know how you feel when you come back for my 3rd visit. Unbelievable! Not once was she apologetic and had any empathy towards how she caused so much pain and discomfort. When I got to my car I called my husband in tears explaining my experience and the already pain I was feeling from the aftermath of her horrible treatment. I am praying that I able to pick up my toddler today and work because as of now the amount of pain I’m feeling at 4am is unbearable and could have been avoided she just listen. Stephaine I hope you read this, make some changes to how you can listen better to your patients, maybe show some empathy when they tell you that you are hurting them instead of dismissing & undermining their concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoyed going here for PT! Ruben at the front desk was super helpful in working with my schedule, Stefanie was wonderful in helping me with a shoulder injury, and the overall vibe in the office was very friendly and warm

Experiencia negativa: No one answers the phone and you can’t even leave a voicemail. It rings until a message says “please enter your remote access code” and then that’s it.

Experiencia negativa: I have gone 1-2 weeks at a time without an available appointment. They take too many people, I assume to error grossly on the side of never having an unpaid time slot.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent patient care. The physical therapists have a lot of experience and cater to each individual patients. Manual techniques and exercises tailored to each individual. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place and all the people that work there! They actually care about your health and well-being! I highly recommend them for physical therapy, as well as personal training. They took care of my father, my mother, and some dear friends. Come here for PT!

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing! For the 5th time in 2 months, I have no appointment scheduled after being promised this issue will not occur again! I have lost appointments because the front office failed to schedule me for insurance reviews that have to be completed to continue care; I have lost them because no one put my appointments in the system; I have lost them because no one told me my therapist was on vacation during my scheduled appointment time; this goes on and on. I've talked to everyone, including the manager/owner, been promised this will not happen ever again, and still it happens again for the same reasons. This mismanagement is simply ridiculous! So I'm giving them 2 stars and it should be lower, but it'd be 5 stars if it was solely based on the stellar care I've gotten from Santos, who goes above and beyond. This is truly a sad review, no one wins when services like this are mis-managed.
