And I walked away with HOPE for new possibilities in my health. After months of acupuncture, herbal support, supplements and CARE -- I've experienced results that I didn't even dare to hope for. I assumed she might help me with my back pain and energy levels -- instead we ended up addressing inflammation and hormone imbalances that I had been carrying for years. As the result of this care, I shed inflammation and excess weight, gained more energy, cleaned up my diet, and my menstrual cycle symptoms improved dramatically. From tiny aches to overall wellness and energy levels, my life is better with Tamryn's compassionate care. Her entire team is lovely and so supportive between sessions as well!

Experiencia fantástica: I always love going to Artemisia. I originally found it by looking at Google reviews, and I'm beyond happy with it. The entire staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and it's become an integral part of my wellness routine.

Experiencia negativa: I had some really bad experiences with this person a couple of years ago during the pandemic. She couldn't seem to understand why it was important to wear a well fitting mask on her face and it kept falling down. There's no ventilation in the facility and that was a problem. There was nowhere to change your clothes except the one room office suit itself so she would need to leave and wait down the hall while you put your clothes back on. but she would just walk in with my pants down around my ankles instead of knocking. Happened twice. She didn't have a heater like most acupuncture offices and used a heated bed instead which wasn't very comfortable and heating pads for camping which she would stick on my feet which burned me because they weren't meant to be stuck on the skin directly but placed inside of a shoe. Either way you shouldn't walk out being burned or feeling like the person in charge doesn't have their common sense together. I tried it a few times but it was too problematic. It's the sing-song new-agey culty voice. The mention of esalen. Something's not right.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been coming here for years. It's been so exciting to see the practice grow and flourish. Those who work at the front desk are incredible - so helpful when re-scheduling - they make it a breeze. Everything is extremely tidy and clean. And there are 3 very talented acupuncturists to choose from. Can't go wrong with any of them! Also the views of the mountains and city hall from some of the rooms are so beautiful and add to the relaxing atmosphere.

I have had about six pelvic acupuncture and bodywork sessions with Tamryn, and my hip pain has gone from a 10 down to a 2 in just a few sessions. This was pain that I had put up with for over a year, and it's truly amazing to feel more fluidity of movement. I'm also sleeping better than ever and my digestion has improved. Tamryn truly listens and checks in to see where my body is at with each session, and I feel so safe in her hands. She has taught me to listen to my body and has demystified so much for me. She also provides very practical tips for me to incorporate at home and work, and has helped me feel more empowered about taking charge of my health. I feel much more in tune with my pelvic health and have felt so cared for by Tamryn and her staff. Shout out to Darlene!

Experiencia fantástica: I found this place while I was actually on the hunt for a good masseuse. I found out they did acupuncture and had been wanting to explore acupuncture for some time. I had injured my rotator cuff last year I wanted to aid in the long term strengthening and recovery. I've been going to Nirada for acupuncture treatments these last several weeks and I have to say I really think she does stellar work. I leave feeling like I've been touched by an Angel! I love this place and would highly recommend Nirada to anyone wanting to explore acupuncture.

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up one morning out of the blue with my neck completely frozen. I could barely turn my head and it was extremely painful. I tried the usual home remedies like alternating heat and ice, ibuprofen, etc. and nothing helped. Finally I made an appointment with Tamryn and I'm so glad I did. She quickly assessed the situation and knew what was causing my neck to jam up. Tamryn spent an hour treating my neck, shoulders and cranium and immediately after treatment I was able to move my neck again. Over the next 24 hours my neck felt better and better until it was completely normal and pain free. If you are in pain, I DEFINITELY recommend you make an appointment with Tamryn, you will be very glad you did.
