Experiencia negativa: I scheduled over a month in advance. The day of my appointment the person I was scheduled with never called she just canceled my appointment to leave work early. They didn't even give me a heads up to be able to scheduled with someone else the same day. They pushed me out from January 29 to March 20th. Horrible service

Experiencia negativa: They have such poorly, rude, and disrespectful staff. They have no patience and “belinda” i think was the name was talking to me super disrespectful when i had ask just a simple question. She did not apologize of how she was talking to me or acknowledge the way she was talking to me.

Experiencia negativa: They never answer. You leave a voice mail and they don't get back to you unless you call and call AND CALL until they answer (and that's if you're lucky). They call earlier than your appointment time and if you don't answer BEFORE your appointment time, they reschedule you. I'm going to find another location no matter how far I have to go because it will be worth the drive rather than have to come to this location.

Experiencia negativa: They do not answer their phone. I have called them multiple times over the past year to schedule appointments and have never received an answer. NOT EVEN ONCE!
