Experiencia fantástica: I’ve tried many diets and weight loss pills in the past and have only lost 5-7 pounds. I’ve been visiting Bright Body for 9 months, Dr.Tara is heaven sent! She gives a thorough consultation and has great advice for any obstacle you may encounter along your new healthy lifestyle journey. Since then I’ve lost well of over 30 pounds, some months (especially Holiday Time) can get much harder but with monthly office visits I do feel it helps lot when you can discuss your struggles and see your progression. The staff there is great, huge Thank you to Monica, she’s very encouraging and welcoming! I meet with Dr. Rochelle recently, she is amazing as well. When I informed her I felt I was eating the same meals and had ran out of ideas, she gave me recipe ideas including recommending some book they have in office. It has helped me a lot in the past month! I’ve tried different diets in the past and nothing more than 5-7 pounds off. I highly recommend giving Bright Body a call today. You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Weight loss has always been a struggle for me. I have lost weight over the years using tracking apps and other methods. I would usually only lose maybe 10 to 20 lbs and eventually just gain it back. With that said, I have been going to a BrightBody for quite a few months now and have lost over 50 lbs somehow to date. it's the most weight I have lost in over 10 years and I'm just shocked at how I was able to do this. The most important thing Dr Tara Stoop would tell me was to change my lifestyle and focus on specific types of foods period, no counting calories or tracking. I eliminated Soda entirely as I used to drink several diet cokes a day, and also any drinks that had artificial sweeteners. For the most part I drink only soda water now and coffee with just a tad bit of cream. Dr Stoop will go into the science of how artificial sweaters and just sugar in general spike your insulin level, so eating foods like nuts and meat are key. I applied all of this and have had incredible results so far. People ask if I have been working out, but the reality is I haven't. The key to losing weight is having a healthier eating lifestyle. I do continue to get the lipolean shots, and you can also be prescribed an appetite suppressant which helped me a lot. I am not sure which of these things specifically (or just a combination of all of them) led to my weight loss, but it's been great. Overall I can't say enough about this place and will recommend it to everyone looking to lose the weight. The plans can seem a bit expensive, but for me it is definitely worth it as I have seen results.

She really cares about her patients and is invested for the right reasons just one meeting with her has opened my mind to my relationship with food for the better. Experiencia fantástica: Greetings Bright body Family / to those who are looking to lose weight the healthy way. I've been a member since 12/21/2021. I've got the vitamin shot B12 once a week along with the apitizer suppressant and Vitamin D shot. I had a conference with the doctor and discussed about each eating plans. I am very happy with my plan as well as my results. I also have (vitiligo) a skin condition that is dealing with my immune system. I've been trying to get my immune system, eating and vitamins on track and understanding what the body needs to flourish and live a healthy life. With BrightBody works plan and determination, I think this has been an excellent choice for me I am very elated. And those who have been struggling with weight loss and those who are struggle... we all know about the crash diet. This is actually a great and more pronounced way to lose weight and gain vitamins. I am very proud with BrightBody, it is a very friendly atmosphere and as you can tell I like to talk and they like to listen, I will keep posting my results to anyone who might have been looking or on the fence about what to do, I would recommend taking the first step and trying this company for at least 1 month. I was able to come in here and for the first time I am loosing weight . The first week I lost 10 pounds following the program and here it’s now my 4th week and I lost 24pounds !! I receive weekly text message's from the doctor about how my week is going. They do a really good job with fitting me in to their schedules. Experiencia fantástica: Where should I start... my husband was in a lot of depression due to his physical disability which kept him away from working and being physically active from daily activities, vacations, and the Gym etc...In addition he had gained over 40lbs which seen impossible to loose, then came across San Franskinny he was a little optimistic about this place but he wanted it give it a chance. It was the BEST decision he could have made. This program REALLY works, I was so amazed with the results and to see my husband feeling happy, more outgoing, and enthusiastic I decided to give it a try. My husband has lost 38 with in 4 months I've lost 11lbs but I just started. We highly recommend it. Staff member make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are very helpful and supportive.
