Experiencia negativa: She gives good information but if you are African American she will give the white client her time during your appointment while rushing you and will bring the white client in the room while you are dressing. She will not reimburse you for services she did complete, like sculpting without the 8 paddles she is suppose to use during the treatments, not measuring you before and after treatment. Not getting your weight. I got full treatment for the $48 initial appt. I got unprofessional and rushed thru without paddles or her attentive service when I paid $266.00-1/3 for a package $800 deal offer.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVED coming to unwind and decompress with this team of ladies. Sandy was very down to earth and I loved how focused she was on getting me results. She was so personable and she truly cares about her clients and supporting them in their journey. Her assistant Yenara was absolutely incredible also! Very attentive to client needs and helpful-always willing to go above and beyond to be of service. Can't wait to go back and enjoy the peaceful, spa-like atmosphere where I feel completely accepted and not judged! I can only leave 5 stars but this team is truly a 10/10!

Experiencia negativa: Choose the place because of good review. bought 6 session of laser like lipo. Finished 4 sessions, did not see any result. Do not want to go for the rest 2 sessions. Waste of time and money. Good: Very cheap compared with other places like doing coolculpting Bad: Everything is in a hurry. Overbooked, the owner herself is the only staff. No time to explain how it works. Sometimes impatient when asking for more details. For example, After few sessions, I even do not know what treatment it actually is. When I googled, it is laser like lipo instead of laser lipo. But was told it is laser lipo. Another thing is other places usually check whether your fat is deep fat or not before treatment to determine whether the treatment will work. She did not even bother to check my abs. Promised to see result immediately after each treatment. 1 -2 inches each treatment. After 4th treatment, I measured at home, no result. I asked her to do a measure. She refused at the beginning, then did it very very quickly, I even did not see the number. Just say 1 inch here, here, here. Works. Sometimes feel not respected. I was late once. Got complaining throughout the session. It is my fault to be late. But the reason why I am late is because in the first consulting appointment, I arrived on time , did not get serviced for about 15 min. Also the consulting session is supposed to be 30 min. The owner only talks with me about 5 min about the treatment and let me go to a doctor selling weight loss plan. So thought maybe the place do not care about time much. Suggestion: just stay away. If you just want to spend some money to motivate you to diet. You can try.

Experiencia fantástica: Sandy is wonderful! I booked six sessions with her directly - she honored the Groupon price so you can just book after your free consultation. Over the six sessions I lost one inch on each upper thigh, and 1-2 inches on different areas of my abdomen. Quick, pain-free, inexpensive and relaxing! Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Having started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, I must say this place helped jumpstart my journey. At my heaviest, I was roughly 255 pounds, and I had decided to purchase the 9 lipolike sessions for my stomach region. Not only did I see results, but it gave me the confidence to start eating better and attending the gym, regularly. Everyone knows how hard it can be to stay on track with exercise, when you don’t see immediate results. In my opinion, the lipotherapy helped me see the more immediate results I needed to make a lifestyle change. Sandi is a licensed nutritionist and she will provide advice, so you can continue on your journey, successfully. Without this treatment, I would not be as far along as I am today, 60 pounds lighter and fully healthy.

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE read this review to the end!! I’m sure you will be happy you did! If you are buying your treatment from Groupon, RUN away!!! Don’t walk away! If you are paying directly to this place, you should know that you are setting your money and maybe even YOURSELF on fire!!! I am an easy going person and I usually don’t write reviews unless my experience has been wonderful or horrible! The owner whose name is Sandy is the owner and the sole operator for this place whatever you can call!! I purchased three sessions of Radio Frequency Skin Tightening treatment for around my eyes from Groupon. The first time I went there she was all by herself answering phone calls and giving “treatments” to at least 4 people at once!! She was running around and putting people on different machines! She clearly couldn’t focus and had her head in her phone all the time! She said her “assistant” was sick that day, but I was there three more times (4 in total cause one of the times she didn’t have time for me and I had to go back) I saw a girl only once who didn’t seem to be even familiar with her surroundings as if it was her first day at the job! The only thing Sandy did when I went in instead of getting some background info from me and asking me some questions to find out how she could help me the best, she said: “Oh!! You got your deal from Groupon?! You know what? They charge $69 for a $350 treatment and they keep exactly half of that! I’m not happy with how much I get for the procedure at all!!” As a note, she was referring to this half an hour session going over your skin with this machine with a heated tip caused by Radio Frequency waves! $350 for that!!! You really have to hear this part: All the time I was there in the room she was either on her phone scheduling, answering phone calls, and texting back and forth with her 28 year old daughter who wanted to be picked up by her cause her car didn’t start on a mall parking lot, she was hungry and didn’t have money on her to eat!! Or not the phone she left the room every few minutes to do something for another client!!! It was TERRIBLE!!! PLEASE keep reading! This is not even half of it!!! I was very patient that day and thought to myself “everyone can get a day like that” But that was not the case!!! Every single time I was there the same chaos was going on, and every single time she complained about the Groupon deal!! She even pulled me into one of the rooms, closed the door (the whole time I was thinking what was going on?!!) she went and grabbed a booklet from a suitcase on the floor and showed it to me (with a rough look on her face) the cost of the treatment being $350, and then she asked me what I wanted to do about it!!!!!!! I stared at her not knowing what the hell was going on and what she was trying to tell me when she finally gave up after asking the question two more times when she saw me looking like a stone!! BUT I think she felt that she hasn’t treated me like sh...... enough and the the last time I was there she didn’t lower the temperature of the machine she was using enough not to burn me when I asked her to, and burned the skin around my eyes as you see me in the picture!!! You are probably asking why I still went back after I saw all that the first time! Well, I had this occasion which I wanted to look good for, already paid for all three sessions, and didn’t have the time to go after refund, finding another place and .... This review is just for the sake of others not to be a subject to this women’s mental illness!! I am going to follow with this matter much further, so that she learns her lesson and gets what she deserves! Doctor confirmed that it was a burn and not as what she calls “a rash!”!! She went more aggressive on one side than the other!

Sandi is the best I literally was skeptical but Sandi eased my fear of trying something new.She got me right in time for my birthday this weekend. I recommend this service if you want to enhance your results. I was totally relaxed and I love the Hawaiian music that she plays it is very soothing. In all i had a great experience and I am definitely coming back.

This is for people that have a few inches here and there they would like to get rid of not if you are overweight. I purchased sessions through groupon and lost a total on 4 inches where I have been having some trouble getting to. Don't drive parking is a mess. Its literally a five minute walk from bart.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best deal in town! I purchased a Groupon for 9 Lipo Treatments. Sandi was very professional. She is also a Certified Nutritionist. Please follow her guidance, AVOID the Carbs, Processed Foods & Alcohol. Cut back on Caffeine. Eat & drink tons of vegetables. Drink plenty of filtered water. It makes the Lipo Treatments more effective. I'm over 50 years old with health issues - migraines, joint issues, impacted bowels, high blood pressure, asthma & constant fatigue. Couldn't exercise. I went in once a week for treatments. The Vibration Machine was very helpful in moving the Lymphatic & Circulation Systems. I felt much healthier after the 1st week of clean eating. Before Lipo Treatments - Weight 165 lbs, Belly 40", Waist 39", After 9 Lipo Treatments - Weight 150 lbs, Belly 37", Waist 36.75" I also lost 1" off my Bust, 1-1/2" off my hips & 1" off each thigh, even though the focus was my belly & waist. For my first visit I had a very comforting consultation along with one-laser lipo session in my stomach area. I came in with 50inches waist and belly and leaving with 49in. Not to mention my lower abs went down 1/2 an inch. I would say got amazing results already! Sandi is a very welcoming specialist with very positive energy , and she keeps you well informed on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
