The atmosphere is always calming, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Every session leaves me feeling so much better than when I came in. Experiencia negativa: my acupuncturist Dianne, was great, but the office and particularly the billing department and owner, Wendy, are not organized or honest. They don't stay on top of billing. They told me one of the massage therapists was in network when they weren't. If you go there, double check every bill you get and ask for them regularly so you don't get slammed with unknown charges at the end of the year.

Patients are not clearly informed if providers are in-network, leading to unexpected and substantial bills. In some cases, these bills are issued years after services were rendered. This business operates in a manner that raises significant concerns about its billing and communication practices. Proceed with caution and ensure you have clear documentation and verification before engaging their services. That's not the issue you meaning YOU have to be up front with whether or not someone is out of network and just tell the truth and also be up front with what someone owes ...never the less SHE persisted even though she wasnt the sharpest knife in the drawer

Experiencia negativa: Start by saying the providers are great. They deserve a 5 star rating. I’ll miss Bryan. Lissy is amazing all around and has great customer service. That being said, the front desk people and billing are headache to deal with. Seems like revolving door up front. If only their administrative staff was as good as their providers. Also, it’s impossible to get anyone to answer a phone call lately. No one ever picks up the phone!

Experiencia negativa: Called to ask for an appointments was put on hold. 30 minutes later I hung up. Filled out there new patient intake form 6 months ago. Called twice to try and check up on that. Got through once. The receptionist was rude. Still never have received any response. Save yourself the time and effort and go somewhere else. These people clearly don’t care.

Experiencia negativa: Let me preface this by saying I have not been to this clinic... So why am I reviewing it? Well, I have tried to get an appointment for over 3 months. I have submitted a request on their website and called and left messages multiple times with no return call. I did happen to reach someone by phone about 5 weeks after my initial appointment request, and she simply told me they were busy (scheduling 6+ weeks out) and that I should wait longer before inquiring. I don't mind they are busy or scheduling far out, but their lack of communication by not returning my multiple inquiries has been enough for me to seek services elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: This was. The 1st in my life ever getting acupuncture. It was surreal to say the least. It stopped the Charley horses that were in my lower back and hips immediately. It eased my pain to a more tolerable level. I wish I could keep going but my insurance will not pay for anymore sessions

I have been going to Earth Moon Acupuncture for years for acupuncture, today I had my first massage and it was as wonderful as all my acupuncture treatments have always been. Lissie is very knowledgeable about all the muscles and gave me some great stretches to do at home to help with all my tight spots. I’m feeling way better than when I went in, I’ll definitely be back! Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: Lissy was great. Very professional and personable. My problem areas were neck and lower back. I'm not going to lie, the healing crisis was intense... more than I expected, but now that I've had a few days I feel fantastic. No more neck tension (which I honestly thought would come back right away) AND... AND... I can put my palms flat on the ground now. I have NEVER EVER been able to do that. Not in my teens or 20s. Enough said.

Experiencia negativa: If you can get an appointment the care isn't horrible. I've received acupuncture and cupping many years ago and tried to get in for some new issues in October of 2023. Called several times and left messages to make a new appointment. Someone called back finally and said they would run my insurance and get back to me to schedule an appointment. In November I gave up and went to a different provider who got me in with an appointment that same week. Flash forward to today, January 19, 2024. They just now called me back this evening to "get me on the schedule." Who expects someone to wait that long, three months, to be seen for pain? I can understand if a business is unable to get a client in and they have to book out. But with absolutely no word for months?

Experiencia fantástica: Acupuncturist Serena gave me excellent treatments. I noticed improvement right away. That was fabulous, but to top it off, Serena has wonderful bedside manner. She is confident in her knowledge, has a positive attitude and is a sincerely caring provider. What else can I say? Serena's the best!!

I started going there during the beginning of my pregnancy and was having such bad nausea that I couldn’t eat and was taking prescription meds daily to help and even ended up in the hospital… all that to say… I came here and they got me in immediately and I left with complete relief!! They are very kind and accommodating and if I ever had any random flare ups and couldn’t wait til my next appointment they would always get me in! Further in the pregnancy I was experiencing excruciating pain in my lower back to the point that I couldn’t walk well. Once again, they have helped me with all of my problems and help my body (physically and mentally) feel so much better! I always feel so well cared for by the way they truly listen to you and make you feel as you are their only patient regardless of whether you are over your appointment time or not. They really care for you and want to help! I 10/10 highly recommend!!

Experiencia negativa: The level of care was unprofessional and practitioner disregarded current injuries, which left me feeling ill and dizzy at the ends of our appointments. Additionally, the practitioner I saw was so late on multiple occasions that I had to leave the appointment without receiving care and then was marked as a no show for my appointment and was treated rudely by staff members when I inquired as to why.

I have been going to Kate for over a year to get acupuncture +cupping treatments for carpal tunnel. When I first started going, I honestly thought I was going to have to have carpal tunnel surgery but after six weeks of regular treatments my hands/arms experienced such a massive improvement I did not even feel any carpal tunnel all symptoms anymore. Now I go once a month for maintenance and absolutely love it every time. It’s like a 45-minute dreamy nap vacation that also has incredibly yummy health benefits.

Experiencia negativa: I visited here several years ago and the group had quack doctors. The gal who saw me said she needed to reposition my kidneys over the next few months because mine were dramatically out of alignment, not where they should be physically in my body, and messing up my system...luckily for me, I happened to have an ultrasound scheduled the next day, specifically for my kidneys and bladder, so I asked the doctor if my kidneys were indeed not where they should be, and unsurprisingly, they were not in the slightest...would not recommend visiting a place that hires people who lie and make up medical conditions to "treat".

I mean the entire consultation was surrounded around this "book". I left didn't go back. I then looked up earth-moon acupuncture, very close to my home when I went in very very comfortable feeling, I have never been pressured into buying anything. every time I go have a treatment then I feel better walking out than I did when I walked in.give this place a try the environment is completely calm and relaxing and peaceful the staff are great the L.A.C.s are awesome

Experiencia fantástica: In a desperate attempt to help pain levels and a sudden onset of Bells Palsy, I made an appointment for acupuncture. I have a good friend who would tell me about the benefits of the needles almost on a weekly basis... Honestly, I was scared of getting all the needles and doubted they would work anyways. So..... I went to the appointment. They showed me to my room which was super clean and had some pretty cool artwork. Then my Acupuncturist comes into the room and of course I'm super nervous... Her name was Mimi and she was a pro! She could tell I was a little rattled. She totally explained everything. It was a great experience! I had 5 or 6 more treatments. I actually had pretty good results on my pain levels... Low Back, Sciatica. Mimi also really explained what she was doing while she was going through the process. She would also supplement the acupuncture with pulses of energy and LASERS! Pretty cool! I highly recommend this business!!!

I have several issues, back, abdomen, digestive, etc, and Mimi takes care of all my aches and pains. It will be 16 days total I will be without, next week watch out!
