Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. West and his staff. He truly cares about what is best for your health and not just looking to prescribe the next best pharmaceutical. Dr. West over the last 8 months has helped me thru exercise, diet and natural supplements, correct bad cholesterol levels, bad liver numbers, and an A1C number bordering on pre-diabetic. I'm healthier than I have been in at least 20 years and doing much better than when I first visited him. I highly, highly recommend Dr. West to anyone who asks!

Experiencia fantástica: Matt has been my primary physician for at least 15 years. I have nothing but the highest of praise for him. He listens, he evaluates and he is usually spot on with his diagnosis and treatments. He has provided prolo therapy for my knees; he has assisted in my battle with A-fib, he encourages me to exercise with specific ones to assist my sore back (at my age, almost everything hurts a bit); and he is generally one of the nicest, well grounded people I have ever known. I have referred multitudes of people to him, even though it was with the fear that he would be too busy for me. He is busy, you have to be patient, you have to be reasonable because Matt and his staff are not machines, but they care, they give of themselves and Matt is genuinely a great doctor. I consider him and his staff as my friends. Without qualification, I recommend Matt West to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. West is by far the best provider I have ever seen. I am so grateful and blessed to have FOUND him after I had my son. I was a total hormonal and metabolic mess - and Dr. West truly did the digging to get to the bottom of what ails me. I am living so much of a fuller life now, so much healthier. Experiencia negativa: Total fraud!!! Where to I begin!! First, for the past year I have been playing a game with his office and billing department concerning services render at his location. My insurance every time I call continue to say they have not been billed. The billing company he uses tells me to call his office.... LMAO LMAO LMAO. They don’t return calls concerning billing. I have left more messages in a year for the office manager, NEVER to receive a return phone call. So here the bill sits waiting for his office and employees to assist in trying to resolve it. Total headache. Second issue. I saw a specialist who questioned the “natural” medications which are made and supplied to Mr. West by brothers-in-law (total conflict of interest). Two of the ingredients flush the medications that my specialist have been prescribing for years. The medication switched was difficult and consequently made the medications I was taking while under the guidance of Matt resistant to my body!!! Any true doctor would have looked at the counter actions between medications or pharmacist would have but these medications from West come directly from his staff who are not trained pharmacists with knowledge of counter actions. DONT GO HERE!!! He is a quack and the people he has working for him are not qualified!!!

Experiencia fantástica: BEST DOCTOR EVER!! It's been by far too long since I've had a doctor as great as Dr. West. He is absolutely amazing & I'm so impressed by him & his knowledge & his determination to give me the tools to get better & be healthy again....& believe me, I don't make it easy for him! He really is the best doctor & I highly recommend him whenever the subject comes up. If you have a lousy doc like I did before Dr. West, it's time to take that leap of faith & give Dr. West a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr West is very interested in his pts and their cares. He has an amazing knowledge of the human body and how food ,suppliment and the body interact. He always listens to his pts and is not dismissive. He seems to have an idea of what is wrong when other Dr's dont seem to know. That I why I brought my husban to him and we were both willing to drive from eastern oregon (Ontario) to Salem to see him.
