Post Surgery Update After 2 months: Dr. Benoit is a top notch surgeon. He is very respectful yet down to earth, polite and knowledgable. I will forever be indebted to he and his wonderful team for taking on my surgery when other surgeons would not. I am walking again after struggling for 13 years with an ugly hip. I would recommend Banner Hospital and Doctor Benoit to anyone!

He performed a previous left bunion surgery also and it's been years since, I've had only good results from that surgery. If I had another I would ask him to do that one too.

It was very hard to get in for the first appointment (4 months), but my follow up appointment was in two weeks so I assume once a patient, it is easier. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Was late due to an accident on Grand. I still arrived within the 10 minute grace period. Was checked in, they collected my copay, then the provider called me back. She took me to her office. Turned around looked me up and down and said, "No I am not going to see you because you're late." I tried to explain about the accident she was cold and didn't listen to me at all. I even broke down and cried. They rescheduled me for April. 4 months later. The only reason I went in when I did was to accommodate the provider's vacation schedule which took time away from my visiting relatives. Do not go there... it was awful!Worst provider ever, Elain Marie Rivera!

He was so reassuring, but even better, he explained everything, both before and after, in ways I could completely understand. He even showed me my x- rays to explain something I had a question about. He never made me feel rushed. My surgery was an absolute success and I am thrilled. Excellent surgeon and doctor. If I ever need a hip or knee, I want him!

Experiencia negativa: The Dr quit in February. They sent me a confirmation text and phone call in April. I show for my appointment then they want to reschedule me 2 months out. The second time something similar happened to me at Banner Heath. When I ask why I wasn't informed was told they called me in February and canceled. When asked why I got conformation calls she couldn't answer.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was professional, courteous, kind, empathetic and just did an all around great job! I saw Elaina Rivera, and she was all the things I listed above! I had a great experience with her, and I would highly recommend this office & her services!! I saw her for a bariatric psych eval, which she completed with me as quickly as possible without making me feel rushed & still giving me the time I needed to thoroughly answer her questions with any details needed. I'm certain that she would do an excellent job for any services she provided beyond just a bariatric psych eval.

Doctor is very thorough knowledgeable and answers all of your questions to your satisfaction and takes the time to do it. Also make sure to take advantage of the patient portal to get in touch with your doctor.

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience! They couldn't wait to transfer my father in law out to a rehab, even though he had infections and was sick. Moved him when no family was present and snuck him out, against doctor's orders. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to see Dr. Cody Olson since February 2018 when I fell and broke an elbow. I have fallen since it recently and again went to see him and he is my provider currently. He is both knowledgeable as well as very professional in the care he gives his patience. He takes time to explain things to us in our 70s! He is caring & again, quite knowledgeable! The office personnel are very helpful as well. Kathy is very knowledgeable and helpful and kind and professional! Again, Sara in that front office is kind and patient and very professional as well. Again …great office great stuff!!!

Experiencia negativa: Was seen for a UTI 2 weeks ago and told a culture was sent in but it never was. I did not receive a check back or any further instructions. Finished original prescription but did not cure infection. Note infection has moved to moderate from minor and still no sense of urgency from my Doctors office. I will be shopping for a new one.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sepich performed surgery on my ankle/foot, while I was in the hospital. He did a great job and took care of a bad problem I was having! Then, during a follow up, he made sure I was still getting the care that I needed, by setting up an appointment with a Podiatrist in his office. He is such a nice and pleasant man!! And a very good doctor!!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible incident in not presenting PROPER COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN YOUR TEAM!!! FROM SCHEDULING TO ADMITTING TO MEDICAL BILLING JUST ALL STAFF!!! NO PROPER NUMBERS TOO. how is it possible for your team to take me down for an appointment , one shows up and they say one can't be seen because insurance didn't approve of one procedure ? according to ( ADMITTANCE) . BUT scheduling on the phone , number ending with 7500 says i will.be seen. This is a Tom &Jerry example, and at a hospital setting , not ok. Please take care of your patients !! Back to square one I guess ! Avoid coming here if u have a job or if you really care of your time && money !

Experiencia negativa: Worst place, I have an appointment 2 month in advance and have a lot of pain on my arm, 5 days B4 appointment they call to confirm, 2 days B4 they call again to confirm, I took 3 hours off went to my appointment , She said ( oh your dr is not here today) She didn’t said sorry , ( ok will re schedule You after February 2020, after 3 month. I canceled every thing, never go there again

Experiencia positiva: I was reading the reviews here and I must agree that the office staff isn’t so friendly and it’s a hit or miss with who answers the phone. Most of the time it’s been pleasant. My mom had a total knee replacement with Dr. Sepich and I must say he did an incredible job. His MA and PA were on top of it all and were on us about meeting certain deadlines. My moms recovery has been great and has her whole flexión and extension after 2 weeks of therapy (with the help of physical therapy).

I can not use my phone from 4am to 4pm weekdays because of work (I MADE THIS VERY CLEAR) and when they call me from a 4 or 5 digit number (at least thats what shows up on caller Id) during work hours (which I have been very vocal about not being able to use the phone during work) I have no way to know who called me, or to call them back. The first orthopedic appointment I had taken a day off of work for, the doctor literally was not even in the building and they "called me" to let me know. They did not leave a voicemail or any possible way for me to call back and know my appointment was canceled. Very unprofessional. So then I get rescheduled (for a month and a half later which was today) and take another day off of work. I show up today and apparently the doctor I was scheduled to see "doesn't do auto accident related surgeries"... what ?!?!?! 1st off- why was I scheduled with him at all? Oh... I know the answer, the staff here doesn't know what their doing.. but they did try to "call me" 5 days ago (again when I am not able to use the phone) and from what I was told by staff was a "random back office phone" that nobody really answers. This time it was a number I could call back, but when I attempted to call back the missed number (over 10 times) and nobody ever answered what was I supposed to do? If today was scheduled improperly over a month ago why did it take until last week for them to see that? These appointments are usually scheduled far in advance and thats a massive amount of time to lose when your in pain. I've missed 3 days of work for this PATHETIC excuse of medical staff. And have nothing to show for it, no surgery scheduled, I'm still in pain, and I have to start at square one again... this will take me months to resolve. If you go here be warned, doctors wont be there when you need them, they have botched 100% of my scheduling, the numbers they call from are not returnable or if they are returnable numbers nobody answers, the management is not available to resolve issues on the phone or on site, and the staff is totally ignorant as to what doctors are appropriate for your needs are, they will give you appointments for the wrong doctors and cost you very valuable time. I've never been so disappointed with what's supposed to be a professional medical center in my life. They are absolutely terrible. Would give zero stars if possible

Experiencia negativa: Had an appointment for 8 am. Arrived at 8:50am and went for xray that took 15 minutes. Waiting still to see Dr. now at 9:30. Front desk stated the appt. is for 9 am because they allow 1 hour for xrays. No one told me that when I made the appointment. Would've been nice to know
