Experiencia negativa: Very dysfunctional. Physican referrals don't seem to make it to the physican. Lost several appointments that I waited months for, finally giving up. Also, the Sanitas app doesnt work. Perhaps easier to be sick or risk health issues than risk deal with the frustrations of sanitas.

Very professional, was able to get my blood sample in one shot, and that doesn’t happen often, having small veins is always difficult to get that sample on the first try was awesome. Huge THANKS to the ladies at the counter Alejandra, Kava and Nohelia for making me feel welcome and for all the help and support filling out my paperwork. Did I mention that rest of the staff, doctors and clinic is top notch! Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: Do not go here. Went for a routine checkup, annual physical, they charged me, next thing i know I'm getting four different bills for things that make no sense. I'm getting charged for out of state expenses? Which i cant even comprehend, i asked for an itemized bill and they sent me a bill with one line item that says visit. Still dealing with it, their call center is in India and they cant do anything themselves. Their offices say that i need to call, terrible service and so far no resolution no matter what i have tried.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm usually the first person to avoid the Health System in general, however this place seems to have a very good, patient, aware/knowledgeable staff. Working with Dr. Rocio for my first time was amazing, Dr. Rocio is quick to understand your healthcare needs and provide you with insight outside most Healthcare physicians workscope. Maria is the N.A. who welcomed me in and immediately made me feel more comfortable (For someone who avoids going to doctor, it is rare for me not to feel anxious) My bloodwork was done by the amazing Lab tech Simone. I really enjoyed our short conversation and I didn't even notice my blood was being taken out (Usually flinch and feel pain, some anxiety), however, this time was a breeze thanks to the professional hands I was in. This will be one of the few Doctors offices I will return to for any/all needs available at this location. Thank you everyone on the Sanitas Medical team at 12507 Miramar PKWY, you guys rule!

Experiencia negativa: The office staff, medical assistants and lab were all wonderful and efficient. My score is due to the lack of medical care I was provided. I went in to see my primary care doctor, spoke with her for a total of 5 minutes and she did not even do a physical exam. She ordered lab work sent out referrals, the entire visit she was just typing on her computer and didn’t really seem to want to be there. Wouldn’t recommend doctor M. Torres as a primary care doctor. Quickly changed primary doctors

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for my Sanitas care team. They make me feel comfortable and they really do care. Simone took my blood and I didn’t even feel a lil pinch! She kept me laughing too the whole time. Dr Suao and MA Maria Paula were very kind and helpful. I felt seen and heard. I am neurodivergent and sometimes Dr visits can be overstimulating but they all made it a positive experience. Even the receptionist had great energy.

A Sanitas Miramar, fuy con algo de expectativa por que en casos anteriores en otros centros no he tenido muy buena experiencia, me asombre cua do llegue allí y me atiende una enfermera (María Paula) por cierto muy sorprendida con su amabilidad y atención. decidí poner este review viendo la atención de esta enferma era súper amigable muy atenta a todo lo que le decía un momento muy agradable muy pendiente a todo mil gracias María Paula y nos vemos pronto!! Fue un placer que tú me entendieras me sentí con mucha co fianza y paz pude decirle todo lo que sentía, genial!! Luego me dice te va a ver la Dra, y yo ok el nombre es la Dra . Suao! Cuando llegó la Dra una persona súper agradable me escucho me explicó todo muy bien una maravilla, una gran amabilidad y sobre todo me encantó por qué pude decirle todo lo que sentía y ella muy amable no se incomodó me escuchó atentamente para terminar dándome una excelente atención, Dios la bendiga Dra gracias nos ve os pronto. She compassionately listens to my concerns and clearly expresses next steps in my care so I never leave confused or uncertain. Her medical assistant, MARIA PAULA, is also a super star! She was the face of my experience when I first arrived, she was kind and patient while I navigated my first visit, and took time to get to know me. I can see why this team is so amazing - The Center Manager JAVIER ZOLAICA is an exemplary leader, he is not afraid to pick up the phone and help his team or stop by the lobby and make sure we the patients are enjoying a pleasant visit. I will also like to recognize the front desk team (JOANNE AND IM SORRY I MISSED THE NAME OF THE OTHER MEMBER BUT SHE WAS ALSO WONDERFUL!!) for the warm embrace they offer from arrival to end. Thank you Sanitas Miramar for such a wonderful experience!!!!!!! UPDATE returned now in 2025 for annual stuff, but I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate the lab work team, specifically DANIELA AND SIMONE. You would think my veins committed a crime with how hard they are to find - but they were no match for Daniela and Simone. They worked together to find my vein and made an unpleasant experience extremely positive. Attention to patients remains top tier, I still advocate for my PCP Dra. Suao and her medical assistant Maria Paula as the BEST OF THE BEST!

Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst doctor-patient encounter in my life. I believe that this doctor is the exception to Sanitas but Dr. Magdaline Torres demeaned me, looked down on me and verbally abused me. She has absolutely no bed side manner and should not be seeing patients as she was super rude as well and really did not care about my well being. I'll never be back and I would recommend that nobody ever see Dr. Magdaline Torres no matter what office she works in. She should be fired for the way she treated me.

Experiencia negativa: El 20 de mayo tuve cita con la Dra. Rocio Suao a las 10:00 am el cual según su asistente era la primera cita del día, y la Dra. llegó a las 10:45; me hizo unas cuantas preguntas y en menos de 3 minutos ya estaba afuera. La verdad agradecería que si uno se tiene que ajustar al horario de los médicos, por lo menos lo cumplan y se tomen el tiempo de examinar al paciente.

Experiencia fantástica: Desde el momento en que ingresas la Srta. Noelia te hace sentir bienvenido con una excelente atención. Tengo que decir siendo español mi lengua principal me sentí perfectamente cómoda y segura de poder expresar todas mis inquietudes Eric y el Dr. Alarcon hacen un equipo excelente son super atentos y superaron mis expectativas. El centro clínico está impecable debo decir que mi experiencia fue un 10 de 10.

I am very aprehensive about needles and it took me almost 2 months to finally get the courage to go. Simone was nice and understanding, help me feel relaxed and on top of that I didn't feel a thing.
