Experiencia negativa: I thought I would get a fresh pressed juice cup. I ordered from their wall and the machine ask about tips…I TIPPED and she handed me a pre-made bottle from the fridge. I was so confused….& when I asked if I can have a cup with ice, she said, “You can get that outside from Heirloom’s togo window.” That wasn’t a very “raw” and “earth” experience to me. Two stars because the drink didn’t taste bad. Just like a lot of people said…expensive little bottle and not really friendly service.

I give Raw Earth Juicery a 4/5 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. 1. there was no restroom available. 2. they have no seating, indoor or outdoor. It felt very industrial inside. 3. They juice kale, which is not good. Kale needs to be cooked to release some toxins raw kale has. 4. They did not have a substitute for almond milk, such as coconut milk. I suggest they add coconut milk to their menu to reduce allergens! Something I really loved was that my juice came in a glass bottle. This is still a good place and a quick fix while traveling, but certainly has limitations.

Experiencia fantástica: Love, Love, Love ❣dis place Their Smoothies are absolutely delicious and the juices are scrumptious too I was glad to have stumbled across this shop, its definitely a in the rough ‼️ All juices are always served in glass bottles and can be kept in fridge for 3 days after purchase. They also offer a juicing cleanse package for anyone interested in that, in addition they also serve smoothie bowls and the location by Fresno State serves Hot food as well

The menu items are healthy, and consistently delicious! however, I have noticed more than twice that the front glass door, the grey rubber trash can that sits next to the door, and the floor by that trashcan is very unsanitary! And it’s not from the current days traffic. Makes me wonder if where my food is being prepared is clean…. Also none of the staff wear face mask Your mask protects me and my mask protects you! I know we all have different views about the virus but when dealing with the public we as business owners should ensure everyone is safe and comfortable…it is not a mystery that we can’t see the virus…Suppose one of your staff members contract the virus…of course they can’t help that but are laughing, and talking while taking a customer’s order…Now that customer can potentially becomes infected…or the flip side of that is the Customer can be the carrier and the staff members can become infected! This place has been a blessing to me health wise I’m down 98pounds! I hope you all correct/ consider what I’ve shared…I need you in my life

Experiencia fantástica: I was feeling sick a few weeks ago and decided to doordash a juice. I purchased a green juice (can’t remember the name) and 2 ginger shots. Immediately while drinking the green juice I felt better. The juice was expensive for the size but I’d pay it again because it really did help me feel instantly better. The ginger shots were yummy and highly recommend if you feel a sickness coming on. I’ve never been to the actual store so I can’t comment on that. But overall 5 stars across the board!

Experiencia negativa: Tried this place for the first time today. Just about half of the menu was unavailable. That was forgivable, but the condescending attitude of the gal at the register wasn’t. We almost walked out. The place is a little shabby, too. Didn’t feel the cleanest, yet smelled like it was coated in Fabuloso. Don’t understand the choices in paint, either. The smoothies were good, but nothing to write home about. Safe to say this is a last resort. Weird hours, too.

Experiencia positiva: I got the strawberry smoothie and let me tell you.. it was one of the best if not the best smoothie i’ve ever had. nice and smooth, thick, perfect amount of strawberry and banana, filling. The only problems with it is the price. Its a bit much, I got 2 smalls for $16. I will be coming back!

I hate to write this review but after a few experiences with Alyssa I will no longer be coming here although the smoothies are great, the customer service does not match the quality of the product. This cant be the first time someone has complained about Alyssa or the customer service and it really does need to be addressed. she isnt the best person to represent a small family owned business looking to grow.

Experiencia negativa: The juice I want is always unavailable when I stop by. I’m always told that the juices are not made onsite and they are about a few days old. From what I know, the benefits of consuming a raw juice are higher when consumed within 8-16 hours of when it’s made. Still have not had a chance to try the juice I wanted after stopping at the store 3 times now. I live 20 minutes away so yeah I’m frustrated having to spend 40 minutes round-trip, only to show up to a place that never had what I want. I go to the website and see that there is no updated communication as to what juices are available. I think if this place is going to make juices 3 days before, and be limited to the number of juices they have available onsite, then at least let customers know via website or social media, as to what juices are available or add a disclosure stating there is limited number of premade juices, so first come first serve. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responding to the owner who replied to my review. Hi, 1) You're right, most people use a regular generic juicer but I'm not most people. I actually have a hydraulic cold-press juicer as well. I don't believe in using other juicers that heat up the produce. But even then, I make all my juices fresh and drink them right after I make them. I don't know a raw vegan who drinks or consumes their juice 3 days later. From what I've read and understood, ideal consumption is right after the juice is made. Also, I juice with only organic produce ... not sure if your produce is organic but I haven't seen any signs of that anywhere on the website or in the store. But I could have missed it. 2) I stopped by during the week day and the juice was still unavailable. Perhaps you can't keep up with demand hence the reason for making juices in advance? =( IDK ... you tell me And no your response did not help. Post your inventory if you're going to be limited on juices or refer your customers to another location or something. Estas loco

Experiencia negativa: I really enjoy Raw Earth's cold pressed juices and their almond butter bowls, they tastes great and are presented neatly( I like the fact that the juices are bottled in glass and that the almond milk is homeade). The inside is clean, however I have only been to the cedar and nees location, and I've gone about 5 times, maybe 6 total, and every time the place smells like bleach (of course no one really stays in there to dine so it doesn't really bother me). What did bother me was the extra people I assume they are friends or relatives of the owner or workers hanging out in the lobby and once in the back whispering and snickering like grade school kids for no apparent reason as soon as I walked through the door, very disrespectful and unprofessional, twice the owner even walked in and didn't acknowledge his customers, no hello, nothing. I really wanted to support, but why should I spend my hard earned money where I am not welcomed with kindness; I have had some pleasant experiences there, but I felt after the whispers and laughs like I had to watch the girls make my stuff, because I felt uncomfortable somewhat. Please do not allow a few friends or family members to drive your business away, because of rude behavior! Prices- the items are a little on the pricier side, but I don't mind paying a little more for good quality food items, especially when I enjoy them and service is good. The average wait time is about 10 to 12 minutes, even if you are the only one there, like I said there may be 1 or 2 people behind the juice /prep bar and a few others in the lobby or back just taking up space and talking about the customers, lots of unnecessary people doing nothing, but when I go in here i am usually in no rush.

Experiencia negativa: My friend and I drove 30 minutes to get a smoothie and the woman claimed they closed even though we got there at 3:53. We told her it wasn’t 4:00pm yet but she told us their policy is they stop making smoothies 15 minutes before even though that is not posted anywhere on their website. She provided no customer service or care that we drove 30 minutes to get a smoothie. I do not see myself going back here due to the customer service alone. Very disappointed.

Don't be scared by the prices, it's totally worth every bite. There was a party in my mouth after I finished my big bowl in two rounds.(ordered large size)

Experiencia positiva: I went in to grab 2 drinks for the veterinary clinic nearby and was generally enthused to see this place I'd heard so much about. The menu had something for just about everyone and there were no customers when I placed my order. For a Monday ~10am, it took a looong time to get a carrot based drink and a sweet almond drink. The gal at the register was not friendly (not rude either) and everyone else was busy prepping for the day. The establishment did not look customer ready as can be seen in one picture (taken with permission). My customer service rating would be a 1 but I gave it a 3 rating because the vet staff enjoy the over priced drinks.

It wasn’t blended well so it was pretty chunky and hard to get through the straw. I also got random white plastic string things with every other sip. Not sure what that’s about but overall a poor experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Raw Earth is a fantastic gem for super delicious fresh pressed juices and satisfying smoothies made from organic, high quality ingredients. I love that they offer a cold pressed juice smoothie where you pick any of the juice blends to add into a smoothie of fresh pressed almond milk, strawberries, bananas, dates, kale, and apples. I had mine made with Popeye’s Favorite juice and it was so yummy! The facility was clean and has lots of parking right out front. I’ll definitely be returning here the next time I drive through Fresno, and I highly recommend this shop for fresh pressed juice and smoothie lovers.

She answered all my questions and also gave me the stores phone number in case I had any further questions. Not only did they treat me right but they also took the juices to my car since I had my baby with me.

The Riverpark location is hit or miss depending on who's working and who's having a bad day. There is one main attitude that tends to cloud up the environment. Super friendly customer service, felt very welcomed & they gave me samples of the Organic Cold- Pressed juices so I wouldn't order something I didn't like. My favorite Juices were Red Planet beets, carrots and apple and the Hardcore Greens . Yumm! Great tasting smoothies and bowls freshly made with real frozen fruit. Recommend the Number 7 smoothie with Red Planet and Chocolate Berry bowl try them you'll love it I sure did. The First store on Northeast corner of Cedar and Nees has been open for 2 years making sure everyday, fresh Cold- Pressed juice is on both shelf's. Home made almond milk, Fresh pressed apple juice, Freshly squeezed Orange Juice. You'd never see them opening a carton of anything! Healthy stuff isn't that cheap, but I found them to be reasonably priced.

I have placed phone orders and orders in person and the crew is responsive and knowledgeable about the products. The quality of my smoothie is always great without the grittiness of some other smoothies I have tried in town. What I like the most is that the juice is consistently delicious. Experiencia fantástica: Raw Earth Juicery is my favorite place to get something healthy, quickly. I have long and sporadic days, these guys seriously make my life better. The almond butter bowl with hemp protein is my go-to. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, after the gym, or something to hold me over before school/work. I also enjoy it like a sad girl enjoys a huge tub of ice cream. If I’m not in the mood for something that filling, I love their blue berry smoothie. If I feel nauseous, I love their ginger shots. If I feel like I’m getting sick I’ll grab one or their orange savior juices or the wheat grass shot. I always leave this place in a better mood and I’m so glad they are in Fresno because honestly I don’t know what I would do without them.
