From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm, cozy, and welcoming....like a little oasis. Mary greeted me with the biggest smile and instantly made me feel at ease. Experiencia negativa: My experience at Avante Aesthetics was utterly unprofessional, disorganized, and felt like a high-pressure scam from start to finish. The initial consultation was bizarre and awkward; the nurse barely examined my skin, focusing instead on a hard sales pitch for expensive proprietary serums (around $170 each), claiming they were mandatory for the procedure. The front desk was completely lost, failing to provide a receipt for my payment. The consultation was $75, which would go towards the procedure however, I pulled out $100 and she said I'll put it all towards your procedure ok. and running back and forth with staff. Pricing was unclear, and after agreeing to a $2,200 procedure, the assistant accepted $100 towards the service but never mentioned the required $500 down payment, and this policy was not on the paperwork that I took pictures of luckily since the front desk also doesn't provide copies of what you sign. Following the consultation, I received frequent, random, and strange text messages from them, which was highly unsettling. Days with names of I assume other clients back to back everyday before my booked appointment, the same assistant called to abruptly cancel, claiming she had made a mistake and missed collecting the $500 deposit. Despite this being their error and my willingness to pay immediately and reschedule, she refused, stating it was "policy" and would not allow me to speak to a manager. When I asked can't I reschedule instead of losing my money? She said let me ask i'll call you back, I never recieved a call. The final communication was a confusing call the night before the "canceled" date. When I expressed feeling scammed and asked about my $100 deposit, the staff member simply said, "Ok you cancel," and offered no resolution or refund. This level of chaos, high-pressure sales, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money here.

Experiencia negativa: Mary at Advante is truly exceptional—her compassion and dedication to her patients are clear and deeply appreciated. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice doesn’t reflect the same level of care. Billing issues are frequent, often involving double charges with the explanation that a payment was ‘declined’ and then reprocessed. Scheduling follow-ups is consistently difficult, and getting prescriptions filled turns into a frustrating process with constant excuses and no accountability. While Mary is outstanding, the ongoing problems with the front desk and administrative staff have ultimately led us to seek care elsewhere. There are too many other options available to justify the stress and extra effort required just to manage basic tasks.

Experiencia negativa: They are not professionals at all. They rescheduled my appointment for the second time and I am here waiting and no one is showing up, they don’t even have the door open. I feel so upset for their unprofessional service!! Update: I waited 40 min to see a way to solve the issue. Unfortunately staff is rude. They told me the treatment I paid for would s not longer available, but I never received any communication from them. Omg! I have been waiting for this service more than 2 weeks… this sucks! They didn’t gave me any solution. This is the worse experience ever!!! Yes… I am at the right location!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Mary at Avante! My first appointment, there was a scheduling mishap. Though Mary was stressed, she didn't rush my appointment at all and still took the time to be thorough and explain things to me. It was my first time getting Botox, and third time getting lip filler. I feel that at my previous med spa, they were unfriendly and not very informative. When I tried to raise concern about my upper lip being off balance from my lower, they brushed me off. Mary listened to my concerns and has given me beautiful, more balanced lips. I'm excited to see what we can do in the future! I will attach photos to show the difference. Thanks for being friendly, informative, and thorough Mary! Update July 2024: MY LIPS LOOK AMAZING!! After another round of filler, my lips are literally perfect. Mary is such a professional, she knows what she's talking about and takes her time. What she's doing isn't medical aesthetics, it's ART! Thank you so much Mary!
