Experiencia fantástica: Facility is clean and organized. This is the first crossfit gym that I have experienced that has AC plus a conventional side with your regular bodybuilding gym equipment and weightlifting equipment. Staff is friendly and pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Heather is the Absolute BEST!!! Fun, knowledgeable, and experienced; she is everything you want! Heather is the rare personal trainer who you look forward to seeing even though you’ll be sweaty and tired by end of the session! She is energetic, physically fit, and full of positive energy who is also a great role model for mental health as well as physical fitness!! In group classes, Heather always somehow makes time to give you individualized tips and positive motivation to help you hit your peak performance! Highly recommended for kids, beginners, or even advanced athletes who need an extra boost to reach the next level.

The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, super supportive, and they know how to push you without overdoing it. The community here is unreal. Everyone’s got your back, and the energy is always high. The WODs are constantly varied, so you never get bored. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned pro, this place will challenge you and help you get results. Highly recommend it if you want to level up your fitness!

With a background in operating and owning a CrossFit location in the past, I can say the gym is very welcoming. The equipment is top notch, the space is plentiful, and the coaches in the evenings have been great! Heather and Eddie are super welcoming and provide for a no pressure atmosphere and give you the push and insight when you need it. Check it out!

The perfect combination!! The different membership plans give you the option to pick what’s right for you. They also offer additional nutrition and personal training. The only negative of my experience is that I wish I would have joined sooner.

Weather your goals are to grow in muscle/strength, improve technique, become healthier or all of the above, they are there to help and always willing. I came from another gym, in which I developed certain deficiencies, and I am on a good track to eradicating them thanks to the coaches. The location is immaculate, very clean and well rounded with all the equipment you would ever need. The versatility of having fitness classes and a gym is incredible, and super helpful for those days you just want to do your own thing. I find myself making friends almost every day, and it's very easy to partner up for wods if needed. Give 'em a try, you won't regret it!

The Coaches are very knowledgeable and always happy to help everyone get better. The machines are plentiful and in good condition as well as being constantly maintained and updated. The classes really push you to reach your full potential. 24/7 access is another bonus that is incredible. All this for a very reasonable price made this my go to gym. The facility is very clean, great machines and I’ve never felt lost with any exercise because Mike and Eddy are always ready to guide and make sure you have an amazing workout experience. 5 stars is not enough for these guys. MUST GO!

It has all the equipment I could possibly need (all in great conditions), the staff keeps the place spotless, the trainers are all stellar & welcoming in every way, the people I’ve met here are incredibly friendly, AND I can come & go as I please 24/7, even on days when there aren’t classes. Been a member of YMCA, Midtown Athletic Club, YouFit, and LA Fitness so far, and I would pick this location over all of those ***any*** day.

Experiencia fantástica: Modern equipment with lots of free space and free weights. Offers both classes and has an open gym. Great work staff and great location. The gym is always kept very clean and the environment is very welcoming and friendly. The machines are always ready to use because even if there is someone working out it isn’t crowds of people socializing.

Experiencia fantástica: I only pay for the 24/7 membership. Gym is tidy and the staff is super nice. I had some issues at the beginning with the app but not anymore. They keep on adding machines and equipment. It is small but the place is usually not very full depending on the time. This has been a lifesaver for my late workouts and much better than a 24 hour fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: I am really glad to of joined the Freakin Fitness Family and can’t believe it’s been 3 months. I definitely wanted to prove to myself that I can be stronger and build up my endurance. I know all the coaches are there to help everyone do so, in a correct and safe manner. They have modifications to any exercise especially since the beginning, I couldn’t even do a proper ring row. I like to see how much I’ve improved when it gets “too easy” cause now I am working on elevated ring rows.

I never would have thought I would be doing CrossFit but I listened to a friend of mine and joined Freaking Fitness. The gym is very large and very clean. Every single one of the coaches are beyond great, make the experience even better, and will always help you when needed or if you have any questions. I hope next year to be able to compete in the Freakin Gauntlet.

They make sure you have your form correct and that you’re doing the exercises the right way. If you’re are a beginner, like me, they work with you to scale the exercises so that you start to build up your strength. Experiencia fantástica: I came from a box down the street for a drop in class to join my friend and ended up staying to become a permanent member. This gym is like a grown up version of CrossFit playground compared to so many other boxes in town. You don’t have to share pull up bars, rings, wait for treadmills or bikes, fight over bumper plates, etc because there’s enough for each and every one during the workouts. You heard me right, every single member! That’s how many they have because the box is huge. Plus it’s air-conditioned so you’re not also sweating all over everything use and equipments are also very new and clean compared to many other boxes that I have been to. The programming of the workouts are also very well structured and planned accordingly week by week. They do a good warmup, followed by muscle group stretching that you will work for that day then the actual workout. The coaches are amazing, they show every move of the workout, they dedicate their time coaching 1:1 as much as they can during class time and they make sure safety is always number 1. I love that they never once use their phones during their coaching unlike most other boxes where the coaches are busy instagramming! Shoutout to coach Mike and coach Eddie, my evening coaches :) I highly recommend this box if you’re a looking for your next box or just a beginner to Crossfit.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Freakin Fitness in November of last year after leaving my previous box. I will say in the 3 short months the coaches and staff have been welcoming and amazing. Kyle taught me in 3 minutes in one class how to do a rope climb, which is a move I have been struggling to master for over a year. The energy and level of the athletes at the gyms push me to try harder than I thought I could. 10/10 recommend to anyone at any point in their fitness journey.

Coach Mike makes the workouts extremely easy to understand and is very diligent about making sure your form is correct to avoid injury. I really love this gym and highly recommend coming to coach Mike's class.

Estuve por varios años en otro crossfit gym y jamas logré lo que he logrado aquí en 9 meses, las instalaciones son increíbles (weston y pines), todo impecable siempre, equipos en perfectas condiciones y los coaches...... los coaches son lo MÁXIMO, muy profesionales y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo momento. Gracias a Mike y a Heather he logrado cosas que no había podido lograr en años, pero en general todos los coaches son increíbles (eddy, anthony, kody, Orlando, natasha, kyle. Etc) El entrenamiento de competencia es uno de los más completos que he visto en el mercado y sus clases grupales son de otro nivel.... en términos generales FREAKIN es el gimnasio más completo que puedes encontrar . Sin duda alguna recomiendo freakin con los ojos cerrados.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the process of leaving another CrossFit gym and one of my friends convince me to drop in at her gym, which was freakin fitness. The owner, coaches, and the rest of the team run an amazing gym. They also have another branch in pines. When you go there you can be sure that you’ll get the best workout possible because they are constantly motivating and pushing you. The programming is always challenging and fun. The classes are small so that the coaches can help around and assist if needed and their equipment is very nice. They are all about creating a community/family like atmosphere.

I have been to many gyms and have tried many workout and this functional fitness plan is by far my favorite. I have worked out all my life and played sports in high school but I have not felt as fit as I am now- physically and mentally! Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym I have ever been to. The community atmosphere is wonderful and I have made so many friends. The RipFit programming by Coach Mike is incredible. I have seen so many positive changes in my body from consistently coming to his class. As a lifelong athlete, I love that functional fitness allowed me to continue to compete against myself and help me strive for improvement every day. I LITERALLY bought a house in Weston after doing a lot of house hunting in Coral Springs because I could not imagine going to another gym!!!

Experiencia positiva: Positives: Very clean gym. Impressed by their hours of operation. Would’ve loved to be a gym member here. Negatives: Long story short just moved to the area, found this gym went in and decided to do a drop in class in the evening to see how they operate. When I came back in for drop in, the instructor introduced herself but that was it. Nothing after that. Had no clue where to find a male barbell, no clue where to grab a band for warmup or the pvc pipe nothing. I’ve been to CrossFit gyms where they’re so welcoming and helpful. The whole class I had to watch other members to make sure I wasn’t missing something. After the class was over, as being a potential member, I’d think someone out of the 4 workers that were would be interested my thoughts on the class or if I wanted to do a membership with them. Waited by the front desk for 15 min while they talked amongst themselves or other members. After not being acknowledged, I ended up just leaving.. Hopefully it was just an off day for them and they’re more attentive to potential clients/members
