Experiencia negativa: The orange juice and starburst juice taste good, if pricey. The açaí bowl = 1/2 mushy, overripe banana + frozen blueberries + stale, tasteless granola + stale, musty almond slices + limp coconut slices + cheap honey + tasty frozen açaí smoothie.

Experiencia fantástica: Love nourish! It’s my favorite in town to grab a smoothie or an Açaí bowl. Everything is so fresh, healthy & yummy! It’s a small business and family operated which is cute. They’re always so friendly when I come in. I’ve also noticed that they support other local small businesses with stickers as advertisement and even allowing some to sell their items in their store. Says a lot about the owners and their values.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not coming back here in a while. I stood waiting for the lady to take my order for more than 10 minutes before I decided to leave. The lady was dishwashing but never acknowledged I was standing there waiting for more than 10 minutes. She never approached me to ask for a few minutes while she was cleaning, never stopped to take my order, and she was standing literally in front of me. She just had this serious, non-inviting, and didn’t care when I left either. I went to the business next door which is 100x more welcoming and provides better service than you guys. This is how businesses fail, taking customers for granted. Pure selling will not maintain a business afloat, but returning customers will.

Delicious - and won't leave a bad taste in your mouth or soul. ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Today I purchased a $6 kids smoothie for my daughter, but noticed I was being charged $7.50. When I asked about the difference in price I was told $1.50 was added per a new taxes, fees, and inflation initiative to compensate for the recent removal of the tip option. In other words, customers are being charged for tip and it is being disguised as "tax" when rung up. How is this legal? That's a 25% increase on the base price! Alter the base price of your product versus scamming customers. Noting I was not the first person to complain today, nor do I think I will be the last.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve loved this place since 2019. I came in today and a worker with colorful curly hair took me and my daughter order. They were busy so I waited for them to come to the counter and was quite patient but as we began to tell them what we wanted they were rude and very curt especially after they could accept my Apple Pay due to their WiFi being down. So sad about the quality of the place. Won’t be back

Experiencia negativa: Such an upsetting experience. I have been coming here for a while and always order the ripped monkey. Today I came in and it tasted nothing like how it usually tastes I told the girl who made my smoothie if she could please remake it and she told me she would get in trouble with her manager if she remade it bc it happened to her before…. I said well I just paid $15 for this smoothie and would like for it to taste right… she then said it was a waste of her boss’ money if she remade it and I said what about my money? I asked if she could call her boss then she offered to try and fix the smoothie. It was a completely unprofessional mess. Not how you run a business.

Experiencia negativa: Order at 7pm, acai bowls to go cause I know they close at 8pm. Put the order on the phone after the girl that picked up said that even thought it says that they close at 8 they turn most of the stuff off before so they mean the door. Finally she said yes and when I picked them up and open them at home I realized she didn't add strawberries and also that the acai wss not even 1/3 of the bowl. They are $12 each, I was at least expecting them to be half full. I used to go to their other nourish location, and they used ro pack it on a special bag to prevent melting and were always super nice. The quality of the base it's good but it's definitely not ok to chsrge that much for such a tiny quantity.

Experiencia fantástica: I normally go to a chain smoothie place that must not be named, but I thought I would change it up today and I have no regrets! I got the Ripped Monkey and it hit the spot as a peanut butter fiend. It was the smoothest smoothie I’ve ever had. Not too sweet. Perfect balance of flavors. Will be back soon.

I don’t believe that was really her name. but nevertheless, a very rude person. She didn’t speak when I came into the building so I kind of knew there would be a potential issue. She made me the samba mama, the peanut butter was overpowering the entire smoothie. This was my first time visiting this place so this was my first time having this drink. I came back in and told her there was too much peanut butter and I did not like the way it tasted. I never asked for a refund, I simply wanted another drink to be made. The first thing she said was we cannot do a refund. A refund was never mentioned by me. I just wanted the drink to be remade or a different flavor. She refused to do either or and told me she needed to assist the customers that were standing behind me. She said “I cannot remake a drink just because you don’t like it”. I think that is probably one of the most insane things I’ve heard an employee at a food establishment say. I told her how insane it sounds and she told me she doesn’t care what I think. Wow. I asked her am I supposed to drink something that doesn’t taste right to me and all she did was shrug her shoulders. She told me the only thing she could do was remake another drink if I paid for it. That literally makes zero sense. I already paid for a drink that taste terrible, so you want me to pay for another one I am still not asking for a refund, literally just another drink. At this point I had already been in the building for 20 minutes. The customer behind me decided they would pay for another drink for me. Which I did not need them to do. It’s very ridiculous a customer had to pay for another drink when all I wanted was the first one to be remade. She then told me she was new and the manager is very strict and tells them not to take anything. The thing about it, there was nothing to take. She made a drink that was not good and I wanted it remade. AGAIN I never asked for a refund. I will never return.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, One of the best Açaí bowls I have tasted. A lil bit on the thicker side. The granola was top level IMO. Could have done without the honey. I added Peanut butter on mine and my sister didn’t. I’ll definitely have it again when I visit Houston. Service was okay.

Experiencia negativa: Frustrated. I came at 7 when the store opens to pick up meal prep food I had ordered but…no one was here at 7. A young man rolled up on a scooter a few minutes later for work and he couldn’t get in either as he didn’t have keys. So I had to wait 30 minutes outside until someone with keys showed up so they could open the store…at 7:30 and not at 7 as the hours are posted. Frustrated is an understatement.

Experiencia positiva: 4 stars because I absolutely love this place and dont want them to go out of business, but I think they have been taking some short cuts on their juice cleanse that has left me super disappointed. I have been a long time customer here. I would do a juice cleanse once every few months... 1 month the juices just didn't make me feel the same. Usually on day 3 I have so much. mental clarity and feel so freakin energized... Well, that stopped happening. I called and was told that they dont make juice cleanses fresh anymore. They are using frozen drinks that they thaw out :( At one point in time it was that they made them fresh before you came to pick them up, that is why you had to schedule. I hope they change things back soon. I loved paying for someone to make juices for me instead of having to painstakingly make them myself

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible experience. An employee upgrade is necessary. I ordered a smoothie bowl to-go and opened it to quite a few surprise ingredients. I called to let an employee know surprise ingredients are not acceptable when it says NO where on the menu or online ordering that additional toppings are complimentary. This is such a MAJOR deal because I have Crohn’s Disease, Dysautomia and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I must abide by a very strict medical diet to stay close to remission. When 40% of America struggles with a digestive disorder or dysfunction, surprise ingredients ARE NOT acceptable. Half way through explaining to an employee over the phone why this was not OK, he hung up on me and never tried to call me back. I tried to call back and got sent to voicemail after 2 minutes. There was not even any receipt on my bag How did they or I know I received the right bowl I ordered?….. Terrible service, and 20 dollars wasted as I cannot eat my bowl due to medical reasons. Please DO NOT go to this establishment if you have a special diet due to medical reasons. Shame.

If you’re a vegan or vegetarian or not definitely visit this spot! Now every time we visit the greater Houston area we will make it our pit stop before heading back home !! Great costumer service too and clean! Drinks taste fresh and delicious! I believe clean eating can taste good you just have to find the right spot-Like Nourish Kalos Juice Bar!

Experiencia fantástica: Vibe- This is the perfect spot for anyone that loves coffee, smoothies, and healthy bites! There’s 4 tables outside and 6 tables inside as well as a high bar against the front of the building. I could see this being a perfect spot to come to for work, studying, or just hanging out on a pretty day! :) my favorite part was the beautiful wall full of family portraits of the owners. Customer service- Great! Food/drinks- I got an açaí bowl, a hot chai latte with oatmilk and vanilla syrup, and an iced matcha latte with oatmilk; the chai latte and açaí bowl were both delicious. This is of course not going to change my overall 5 star rating for this spot but I’d honestly give the iced matcha latte a 2/5, it was too something for me :( Parking- There’s about 17 spots right by the building.

Love their defender shots, the meal replacement smoothies, and all of their juices. The staff is always very helpful, friendly, and always willing to lend some alteration suggestions. Cute and comfortable spots to relax and hang out too!

Everytime I come everyone's very knowledgeable about what's other juices and if I have a certain thing I want a Target than they always recommend the right smoothie! The açaí bowl was tasty but it was not as thick as places normally have it. Tasted like the Costco Sambazon packets blended up so it melted quickly.

Experiencia negativa: While there was a note of oats and almond milk, the "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" missed it's namesake entirely as there was zero peanut butter or jelly taste in the Peanut Butter Jelly Time. Not one single hint. One of the blandest and most boring smoothies of my life time. We were out & about and stopped by, this place is now on our DNG list.

I appreciate the young man who took my order, but don't believe the situation was handled the best. Definitely not an establishment that prides itself on customer satisfaction or reconciliation. Experiencia negativa: Disappointed to say the least. My boyfriend and I come in here weekly to get a green juice. I decided to get a kids strawberry banana smoothie. I took one single sip when I got to my car and it tasted awful. It tasted like flavorless frozen ice. My boyfriend took the smoothie inside to ask to please just refund me the smoothie because it was so bad. They “cannot” refund a smoothie that has already been drank from. They “cannot” refund a “custom” “kids” smoothie. I asked what a kids smoothie was and I was told to pick two fruits and a base. How is that custom if that’s how you make kids smoothies? They offered to make me another smoothie but I just wanted my refund because the smoothie was so horrible I no longer wanted to eat there. Clearly every smoothie will taste like ice if their fruit and milk is not good. I worked at a cold pressed organic juice bar for four years. If someone was unhappy with their food you REFUND IT. I literally do not understand the concept of not offering someone a refund if they are unhappy with the product. It wasn’t a personal preference or personal taste issue this was clearly a product issue. Something is wrong with your frozen fruit for it to have no flavor at all. I won’t be retuning here. I will save myself the time and money and make smoothies and juice at home that I can enjoy that do not taste like frozen ice water. It’s really sad that this place has such poor customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I hosted a business meeting at this gem of a juice bar and coffee shop yesterday. It is located very conveniently off of I-10 and has the best atmosphere for meetings, coffee with friends, or even a quick break from work. I had their acai bowl which was AMAZING. All fresh ingredients and I could taste the purity of everything in it. Nothing artificial and all goodness!! I will return there again and again and can't wait to try the coffee next time!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming here for years for their açaí bowl. It used to be creamy and had ice cream texture. But recently it has been 50/50 hit or miss for the past few months. Sometimes it is super liquidy which is very disappointing. Please train all your employees to make your product more consistent.

Experiencia positiva: I usually order açaí bowls and never have a problem. Came in to get a quick bite to eat before a Broadway show and got the Thai chicken wrap. First, it took really long to make it (over ten minutes) being that it was a cold sandwich and not a hot one. Second, the sandwich tasted absolutely awful. It was drenched in a lemon juice and the only thing I could taste was lemon. I could not eat it after the first two bites, the second only to confirm I didn’t get a portion that just had a high lemon concentration. Would not purchase foods from here again and I’ll just stick to the açaí bowls.

I live over by NRG stadium and will sometimes drive the distance to meet friends there or if I’m craving a matcha latte. Theirs is the best. I love that they don’t up charge for an alternative milk request and always ask if I want a different option. Their smoothies, juices prepared foods, and açaí bowls are always consistently good! My kids love their smoothies too! I have had their Thai chicken wrap often, along with their avocado toasts and they are delish and healthy!

Experiencia negativa: Staff are rude and slow. Acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for the correct size of drink I paid for. Slammed it on the table without apologizing afterwards. Took 15 minutes to get 3 smoothies when the place was empty.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is conveniently close to the I-10 for people heading out or coming in. It has ample amount of seating inside as well as outside. The place has plenty health options to choose from. We tried the coffee which was delicious fresh and strong! The decorations are super cute and it's a great spot to come study.

Experiencia positiva: Well…the oatmeal bites were really good. The coffee I ordered was not something to write home about. I’m not a fan of Starbucks but I will say that Starbucks does a better job with their crafty coffee options. I gave them a 4 because I have been here before and the food options are healthy. The parking can get a little complicated. I believe we dropped $20 for two coffees and the oatmeal bites. I guess we can blame that on the good ol’ inflation. If you end up here, give it a go as everyone has their own experience on the daily.

Experiencia positiva: Drove by Nourish on the way back from the grocery and wanted a little pick me up. Rather than going to Starbucks, we wanted to try something local. The drive through took so long it gave us time to read other poor reviews. 15 minutes later we left, and I am in the line at Starbucks writing this review.

Experiencia fantástica: Delicious smoothies! The pink on is The Pink Dragon and is juicy and tart, but not too tart. I keep having force myself to set it down before I get a brain freeze. She ordered the Skinny Honey Boo Boo and expected it to have more umph, but I like it MORE than the Pink Dragon. I’ll be back to check out the Açaí Bowls among the pressed juices.

Experiencia fantástica: A west coast vibe in the middle of Houston. Delicious coffee, shakes, and healthy bites. The portions are not oversized and the quality of food is very high. Tons of vegetarian options and the BLTA is awesome if you like bacon!

Experiencia negativa: ZERO STARS. Juice is okay, but business practices are awful. This establishment hired my teenage daughter and took advantage at her gullibility by offering her less than minimum wage. Upon learning that she was the only person in the store earning pennies, she decided to quit. They never payed her for the hours worked and the management went as far as to deleting/falsifying records as if she never worked there. We learned that there have been many employees that share similar stories. Shameful on the store owners and management.

Experiencia fantástica: Obsessed with this place! I love to swing in here as the location is SUPER convenient, the smoothies are DELICIOUS. They have so many healthy snacks to choose from including wonderful Grab n Go foods from Pat Greer's Kitchen, oh and I love their Acai bowls too! This place will always be a Montrose staple of mine, as they have the friendliest staff and cleanest facility!
