Fantastic experience: Dash of Nutrition ladies provided me professional advice to support my transition from GLP-1 drugs to a modified low carb diet. This supported my general health and well being and provided me a healthy alternative to drug therapy. Both nutritionists are gifted with empathy and a strong desire to help all of their patients to achieve ideal weight and health profiles using the latest in nutritional discoveries. I never left a session feeling like I gained nothing or had the uncertainty as to whether I was provided with enough tools to be successful. She has an array of healthy recipes to choose from and is even affiliated with a meal prep program. But honestly the personal guide that she provides you the first day is so thorough.
