Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by how Sydney Elliott explained to me the importance of eating healthy and on how to go about doing it. My visit was more about learning to eat healthy for my condition than about losing weight. I did need to loose about 10 pounds. After a month and a half of eating as she instructed me, I feel like a new person, full of energy, very happy and yes the weight is gone, plus more! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Negative experience: I had my second visit @ MMC WEIGHT LOSS tonight and it was very unpleasant to say the least. From the reception area to the doctor in charge (who treated me like a child when she saw I had gained .6 of a pound) I felt belittled just to ask a questions. Logan, the nutritionist, was the only reason I gave one star. She really seemed to care that I was there and that I had try damn hard to changed my eating habits this week after 25 years of depression, medicine for health problems and other issues. Did they know about these things or treat me like a human being and ask? No, because it seems they are just interested in the numbers and science not human beings. Well, here's something I would have thought you had been taught by now. You are the professionals that your customers are trusting in for advice, understanding and compassion. We are not robots! And you are supposed to be the people we look up to for guidance, though today,sadly, I saw no reason at all to do that.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Each member the team was professional and courteous. I met with a nutritionist that answered questions and took time to explain the process, goals, and expectations. The Nurse Practitioner did a very nice job planning the medical side of the journey I am about to take. I am very encouraged and would highly recommend meeting with them if you are looking to improve your health and wellness!

Negative experience: I have gone to this clinic for months. I had a horrible experience today. I was approximately 10 min late and it was raining very hard. The nurse practicioner that I saw treated me like a child and scolded me for being late. I have waited plenty there in the past. I politely told her she needed to be nice or I wouldn’t come back. She smirked and replied that “I’d be back” I could not believe the way I was treated as a paying customer. The clinic has been beneficial to me, but this was very disappointing. Don’t they realize we have choices! Speaking of choices... when I got online to do this review I noticed many choices with much higher ratings. Maybe I should go elsewhere!

Negative experience: Don’t go here! They do not value your time as a CUSTOMER but require you pay a no show fee if you don’t cancel within 24 hours. They are rude and don’t care about the patient they are supposed to be helping.

Negative experience: Mrs. Griffey here. Found them to be unprofessional and insulting. They seem think if you are fat you must be stupid. The person that I saw on my first visit was bored and uninterested. She did not explain who she was, what the visit was about, or give any support. She ran through a packet of handouts too fast, without even showing them to me or explaining in more detail. When I tried to comment on a point, I was cut off with "that's how the program works". I am a cyclist and ride 65-75 miles a week. I had ridden my bike to the appointment (20 miles round-trip) but was told that was too much exercise and I needed to cut down to 3 days a week for 20 minutes in order to be able to survive on their calorie plan. I assume its a cookie cutter "one size fits all" (pun intended) program then. I was expecting more support and a better introduction to the program. After about 15 min. I walked out confused and a bit hurt.

Fantastic experience: I have lost over 60 pounds in 10 months. My wife has lost even more. If you really want to lose weight, this is the place.
