Dr. Lisa Webb has been a practicing clinical psychologist for 15+ years. Through her time working with people who are stressed, anxious, angry, and depressed she has seen first-hand that medication and psychotherapy are often not enough to make true change. What is often missing is body change—one’s body has to change for the mind to integrate other parts of a person’s approach to life and make them part of the person.

Negative experience: Great for testing but I can’t get a call or email back. They never answer the phone. I had an appointment six months ago for paperwork and have yet to receive anything but a bill last week.

Negative experience: Initially, I thought I had found a place to help me with my stress load and be a supportive outlet. I did ADHD testing, which was about four hours. I received my results and noticed right away many conflicting errors which I brought up immediately. At least one of my therapy sessions was spent going over the results in order to correct the errors. I’ve been patiently waiting since October. Not sure what is going on behind the scenes if this is an admin issue, but if this ever gets resolved, I will be surprised.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Keneth Robins is an extremely talented and effective counselor. Counseling can include several additional helps for clients. I have worked on food and exercise issues with him and his staff as well as issues with anxiety and depression. I have really benefited by the wholistic approach. No one else I know in the health field offers so many helpful and life changing tools. Body and Mind Consulting is a true gift to me.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE these people! Although Lisa has an incredible amount of accolades and distinctions, and letters after her name, she is very helpful, logical, caring, and very intelligent about helping to sort things out.

Positive experience: Love her! It can be difficult to get someone to answer the phone or even call back. I'm not sure why that is the case. But so far the benefits of seeing her outweigh the frustration of not being able to contact the office. The best way to handle this is to schedule multiple appointments while you are at the office. UPDATE: Recently I've seen an improvement with regards to the availabilty of the front office in answering calls or returning a call within a reasonable time frame, if you leave a message. And the office has an email address,which also has a reasonably good response time.

Negative experience: Well, the people there are very nice but the process of anything getting done is ridiculous. I can't get my prescription without seeing one doctor first and then I have to see a NP to get the actual prescription filled. She will only prescribe them a few months at a time and then she is NEVER THERE. She works for like 4 hours twice a week so it's impossible to get an appt. When I wanted to request meds for the pharmacy she wouldn't do it without an appt, but nobody is at the front desk to make an appt and she is never there anyway, so the prescription runs out. When I tried to go to another doctor altogether, nobody was at the front desk AT ALL during any of the 2 weeks of holiday to even request them to be faxed over. I am getting increasingly frustrated with this place and do not recommend them.

Positive experience: She is really great! Loved seeing her, but I have been trying to call to make another apppointment and CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY IN THE FRONT OFFICE to make another appointment. I have called 5 times in one week. I am so frustrated. I like her so much but am going to give up and find someone else because I can’t get an appt. that is the reason for the 3 stars. I hope someone reads this review and addresses the issue. If I’m having problems with this, I’m sure others are too. Are the phones loud enough? Do you guys hear them? Do you ignore them? Do you walk away from the desk? I can’t figure it out. I have called at all different hours of the day. Please get a hold system for the phones so that I atleast know that I can wait on hold until he has availability to talk to me.
