Fantastic experience: I have been working with Joe for about 5 months now and I must say it has changed my life! When I first reached out to Joe I was dealing with Tinnitus and inflammation specifically in my wrist (and as a guitar player this is terrible news) After only one phone conversation with Joe explaining my situation, he put together a Nutrition plan 2 days later that changed everything. I followed the plan religiously and began feeling the benefits after 1 week. During this journey Joe made sure to text/call me every few days to check in with me, and answer ANY questions I had (and I asked alot of questions lol) Now that I'm 5 months in, I can proudly say my Tinnitus is nearly non existent, and the inflammation I was dealing with has completely vanished! Fantastic experience: These people know their stuff. This is not a joke. My A1c was 12. Cholesterol and triglycerides through the roof. 4 months on their plan. A1c 5.1. Cholesterol 163. Fantastic experience: I started taking the Healthy body start oak 2.0 about 6 months ago. I had been feeling so tired and my energy level was really low. Fantastic experience: I have several chronic/congenital illnesses involving Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. I was with a Franchise Gym, before my health circumstances changed yet again. I, found I was searching for something more personal intimate. I'm a Wheelchair user who in non sitting positions measures a height of barely 4'8. 1 or 2 of these things alone would cause frustrations in a "Normal " gym setting. They know what they are talking about and they honestly, really do care about people and even their animals too :) ! When you meet them, you can tell that they just want to help! Her list of credentials takes a bit to share :) They are the ULTIMATE DUO!!! I am referring my mom, who has always had stomach issues for as long as I can remember. Also, my grandma whom is starting to forget little things, my girlfriend whom just had twins and feels like she might have postpartum depression, the list goes on of the number of people I KNOW they can help.
