Fantastic experience: Daisy was amazing ! And very helpful I hope to see her again at the office!

Negative experience: First when I walked in I didn’t even get a hello or a greeting And then when I finally did get helped, you could tell the lady was judging and shaming me because my son has autism and doesn’t act like other kids he also is a little chunky but every kid is different and my son is perfectly healthy So she had asked if I take him to the doctor and if I expressed my concerns Which obviously I do, but I really think that was uncalled for I’m here to pick up a WIC card Not for you to make side comments while doing the interview When she had asked what my nutrition goal was, she had put in the comments will start giving him more water instead of Powerade because I had mentioned that I give him some it was just very unprofessional Very rude And there needs to be better customer service If you’re going to be working with people I thought the whole point of wic was to help not for women to sit there and judge overall, I think there needs better staff

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and hard working group of women that go above and beyond to help you out.

Positive experience: The ladies are and very nice and professional. They always try to get you out in a timeline matter and are always so patient with my kids when it comes to height and weight and those sorts of things. I would recommend this office.
