Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Star Med Home Health and their wonderful staff. They provided exceptional care for my grandmother on two separate occasions, first after she broke her arm and then again after she had a heart attack. The caregivers were always kind, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to get to know my grandmother and her needs, and they always went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and well-cared for. I was especially impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns, and they were quick to respond to any changes in my grandmother's condition. I highly recommend Star Med to anyone who is looking for quality home health care for a loved one. They truly made a difference in my grandmother's life, and I am so grateful for their help.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the Starmed staff for providing excellent care to my grandma. She was too weak to leave her house after her hospital stay and was really ill. Dr. Grace made sure my grandma always had someone there to do therapy and get her blood work done twice a week until my grandma was strong enough for us to take her back to quest twice a week. Our family appreciates the genuine care your staff gave to us. God bless you all.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend them and they only have 1 nurse to go to ur home and draw blood she’s not specialized or experienced to draw blood for elders

Fantastic experience: I had a serious surgical wound that wound not heal for 2.5 months. When Dr. Grace visited me at my home, she set up a plan for healing that began that day. At this point my wound is nearly cleared up. I am so thankful to Dr. Grace and all StarMed’s staff, especially Elizabeth who have taken such great care of of me. They are very warm, gracious and professional all at the same time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: At Star Med you are treated like family. From Dr. Grace, Megan & Paula I have the received the best home care my family could ask for. They have exceptional bedside care and extensive medical knowledge of complex diseases. Every medical need has been addressed the same day. The office staff Emma, Jerome & Kevin are extremely kind, always respectful & professional. Thank you Star Med staff!

Fantastic experience: Star Med Home Health Care has been such an important part of my father’s care. My father resides at a senior living facility in Rancho Cucamonga and is not easily transported to doctor appointments and other needed medical services. Dr. Grace and her staff have made our situation much easier with their professionalism and pleasant can do attitudes all the way from making appointments to actual in-home health services. Thanks to all of you for making our experiences positive. We couldn’t do it without you.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to review often, but I have to make an exception for Star Med Hime Health Care. Not long ago I was referred to them from my health insurance provider/PCP due to rehabbing from a surgery; and they have been absolutely phenomenal. Their team (Dr. Grace, nurses Denise, Elizabeth, Roy) have provided excellent care to me and have been essential to me getting better and healthier one day at a time. Their attention and cordial, professional, and caring service have far exceeded my expectations and I am pleased and blessed to have them on my side for my incident. I wouldn't be where I am without them, and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having them taking care of them. My sincere thanks to Star Med.

Fantastic experience: Star Med was with my mom for about a year and a half. Grace and the other nurses did a great job looking after my mom. She had a history of not being the easiest patient to work with, but everyone from Star Med were great with her. They were always kind and patient with my mom.

Fantastic experience: I’m giving 5 stars because of the professionalism, hard working, and gentle care that the nurses provide. When the nurses do visits, they treat my loved one with respect and dignity. I trust them because they make they reassure me. I don’t want to get care from any other company because this one is the best one yet!! Shoutout to Paula, RN for handling my grandfather’s wound. He also enjoys seeing her every week!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this company. The office staff is very kind and unbelievably responsive. I myself have prime care and have been through several service providers but it was not until I found Starmed that I truly felt like someone cared about my health. The nurses that visited my home were professional and yet very personable. They truly care about what they do! My only complaint is that I got better and no longer needed their services.
