Fantastic experience: I have struggled for years being able to implement a plan for long term success and lasting results. Thinkwell nutrition helped teach me how to incorporate proper nutrition into my chaotic family,work, and social schedule. I feel well equipped to make the right decisions of what to eat and how to not be deprived from any of the situations in my life when food is involved. The weekly motivation really helped to keep me accountable and I feel ready to tackle the holiday season without fear of my clothes not fitting after! Fantastic experience: Totally transformative in more ways than weight school. I’ve done em all and several of them several times and in 69 years none were successful. For the first time I didn’t feel like I was dieting and 28 pounds has disappeared - effortlessly. Kelly’s approach is like nothing I’ve experienced. I learned how to focus on the nutritional value of the foods I was already eating and working to hit the targets she set for me. Cravings melted away along with the pounds. For the last 40 years, I’ve suffered through severe spring allergies to the point of seriously considered moving. This year, no allergies, no inhalers, no nasal sprays and the only change I made was working with Kelly. I know she can’t claim credit for that, but I give it to her anyway.

Fantastic experience: I am typing this 7 months after having completed my time with Kelly at ThinkWell. I really appreciate everything she taught me. She is very understanding and very thorough with her work. Nearly everything she explained and worked with me on also has corresponding documents that help break everything down and also work as quick reference sheets. Fantastic experience: Fantastic program! I started training and participating in triathlons but had no idea how to eat correctly. My goal was to gain muscle and lose body fat. Fantastic experience: I wasn't on the right track. I was hungry, snacking and gaining weight. Kelly looked at my diet, my allergies, food preferences and helped me get on a plan to transition from eating to fueling. It took a couple weeks, but once my body reacted to the change, WOW! I sleep well, wake up feeling refreshed, I feel nourished, not hungry, and Kelly's expert guidance and reassurance have developed sustainable habits for good health. Paired with Strength Space in the same location, those 25 pounds lost in the first 4 months have stayed lost. Annual physical blood had all the numbers back where they should be. Fantastic experience: It has been an extremely positive, enjoyable and effective experience working with Kelly! I needed to make a change in the way I was approaching food and Kelly was 100 percent the nutritionist I needed. I have always felt a hard resistance to changing my very personal relationship with eating but with health issues encroaching onto my life, I knew I had to make a change. Meeting with Kelly was such a breath of fresh air in that there was NEVER judgement or feeling like anyone was pushing me. Fantastic experience: I started out with a very targeted objective to lose weight six months ago and I recruited ThinkWell coaching to keep me focused and on target. After a few months of nutritional instruction from Kelly, I found myself on this surprising mission of health, mind, and body improvement I didn't expect. It’s not just the weight loss of close to one hundred pounds which takes a great deal of personal effort and commitment but the nutritional guidance that keeps you energized and balanced. Fantastic experience: I attended a class that Kelly does about eating to gain muscle and enjoyed it immensely. She is very knowledgeable, but I love the way she takes all the biological nutrition jargon and buzz words you hear all the time and simplifies it so you can actually absorb it. She also really helped shine a light on some of the gimmicks that are out there (especially in regards to supplements). The classes are purposely kept small enough for everyone to be able to ask questions, which makes for a more comfortable learning environment. Kelly is a very thoughtful, down-to-earth instructor. She brought in healthy food for us to munch on, and even gave us each a sample bag to take home that had decent brands of snacks and single use protein powder that we could try out. She also gave us a folder with all sorts of great resources - such as a goal setting sheet that we took a few minutes to work on in class, an outline of the presentation to take notes and review later, and several of her own recipes that she and her family enjoy. I would recommend ThinkWell Nutrition Coaching to anyone. Kelly knows her stuff, and she and her husband, Bryce, are uniquely situated to be able to help individuals with very different needs set and attain their goals through the knowledge, resources, and equipment they have available at StrengthSpace. In addition to all that, they really are about the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
