Fantastic experience: Since having rotator cuff repair three weeks ago, I have been going to PT x3 a week. The whole staff is so accommodating and nice from the receptionist to the therapists. I LOVE everyone here and know I will continue to make big progress with their help. Thank you everyone!! This was a great choice!!! UPDATE: I have had an amazing recovery due to the expertise of the therapy I received at In Motion. To all the therapists and to the sweet receptionist and assistants: THANK YOU so much for your kindness and willingness to help me achieve motion in my arm. If I EVER need PT IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY HANBURY will be my first choice!! Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: I had two knee replacements, five months apart, and while being pain-free is life-changing, the true highlight of my recovery was Hanbury In Motion, physical therapy. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like I had known them forever – they are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely invested in your progress. Brittany Orasko the owner and my physical therapist is absolutely amazing, her expertise, compassion, and encouragement made all the difference in my healing journey. She’s built a phenomenal team of therapist to share her dedication and warmth. I can’t recommend Hanbury in Motion, highly enough!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful PT center. My son went after having shoulder surgery and we were very impressed. They are very thorough and helped him recover and regain his strength. I am now a patient and all of the therapists are wonderful, especially Emily.

Negative experience: I went to In Motion for a consult after a pretty bad car accident - two cars were totaled, mine sustained quite extensive damage. During the eval, the therapist kept referring to the accident as a “little tap”. I thought that was extremely inconsiderate given how much pain my neck gave me. He attributed my neck pain to bad posture despite being diagnosed by my doctor as having whiplash. I was not impressed. The therapist was nice, but in my eyes did try to downplay everything i said.

Fantastic experience: I go here as a patient and refer my patients here. Front desk & therapists are all amazing & very accommodating with my hectic schedule. Always look forward to my visits.

Fantastic experience: Awesome! The 1st day I called to become a patient there Jennifer answered the phone with the sweetest customer service ever. She was so pleasant and friendly I needed an appointment to start physical therapy and she worked that schedule until she found me an appointment that's What I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And Emily the PT was very careful to take care of my needs. With all that said the office very clean.

Fantastic experience: This is the best PT place around! ALL of the girls here are great!! They're so nice, outgoing, knowledgeable, and helpful! I don't have any complaints of any of the therapists or the tech's...they all work together great and you can see the camaraderie amongst all of them! I even tried a PT place closer to home, for convenience...nope I stopped and came right back here!

Positive experience: 10/18. Update. I did see someone go in even though it looks shut down. Just did a drive by this place looked closed. The was nothing on any of the doors.

Negative experience: If you want to know why health insurance costs have skyrocketed, look no further than here. After waiting two weeks for an appointment, we get there to be told basic physical therapy is $300 for the first session and “we will have to tell you after every other session how much it will be.” They provide the same services with same credentials as Pivot around the corner, but they charge hospital prices because they use coding for a facility rather than an office setting. And that’s why we’re all paying astronomical rates for health insurance. No thanks!

Fantastic experience: My wife has therapy at this location and she is always raving about how wonderful all the therapist are. Thanks for taking such good care of my wife during this time of knee rehab. It has been difficult for her but you guys have put a smile back on her face.
