Fantastic experience: Theyre very kind and close to bart

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy has been working on me for 2 weeks for a broken shoulder humerus. A friendly staff, a full gym with lots of workout machines for individual needs. It’s difficult to find it’s a half street off Mission st. Gotta find parking if driving or if you take muni the 14,49, 33 will take you right there.

Negative experience: The owner is an oddly combative man and a consistently poor neighbor. While I was requesting information about his parking policy, he accused me of antagonizing him as he raised his voice at me. This was an overall confusing experience. They have refused requests for neighborly help on several occasions in my time living near them.

Negative experience: I came here with a workers comp injury of my shoulder. I had surgery which fixed two partial tear tendons a few weeks before I went to this office. My second visit I was working with the PTA (hardly ever saw the PT) who took me up to massage and stretch my shoulder. Well he put me in an awkward position which basically stretched my shoulder to the point of painful. I told him it wasn’t comfortable, he said it should be a bit painful and proceeded to deep massage the shoulder which caused even more pain. I stuck with it for the next 6-8 weeks all the while telling the PT and PTA I was still having quite a bit of pain. In the mean time I also let my surgeon know who also said I’d be in some pain, I reiterated it was more than some. Finally after 8 weeks the surgeon ordered a MRI and found the two tendons she repaired were now complete tears plus a fractured acromion. I have had two surgeries since and waiting on a reverse replacement surgery. This review is a long time coming, I’ve been so busy, depressed and in pain that I haven’t had time to sit down and write this.

Negative experience: Worst PT experience of my life. Doctor was 20 minutes late, bounced between me and two other patients. The location is messy and dirty. They told me they’d be in-network, turns out they lied. Seriously, this place is the absolute worst.

Positive experience: This place is great! Everyone is very knowledgeable and understanding, was easy to make appointments. I had an ongoing knee/hip/ankle pain, they used massage, estim and strength training to get me back on my feet, very grateful for their help. The only drawback was parking, but you could bike, bus or taxi, a big plus is getting food in the mission when you’re done.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service , their staff is very professional and well trained, they treat you with respect and make you feel better as soon as you walk in.

Positive experience: Nice staff and accommodating facility .. parking can be difficult .

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Wellness for 8 years! I am always treated with the utmost care and respect. I feel part of the family of wellness care givers. Their knowledge is always spot on with my care. I'm grateful for my well being their number one priority.

Fantastic experience: The very finest massage therapy to be found. Compassionate and supportive therapists are well trained by the PhD. owner. Forget hospital facilities that do as little as possible and refuse to lower themselves to giving a Massage for ludicrous reasoning. Other than answering to insurance companies and filling out forms, results are almost non-existent. I have been to several facilities and can only recommend only Orthopedic Physical near Valencia and 17th Street.

Negative experience: So unprofessional , the owner john is disrespectful towards his employees and the whole staff is irresponsible and incompetent

Fantastic experience: Dr. John Soriano PT DPT adjusted the workout plan every week, I am a runner, the doctor has helped me prepare my body and mind very committed and focused. Fernando Suarez CPT who worked with me is very nice and well trained, helped correct my form and make the workout fun. The facility and music is great Great practice, great doctors great equipment
