Fantastic experience: I had a really wonderful experience! It was my first time at this salon and it will not be my last! I really enjoyed the massage chairs as well as the offer for a bottle of water and some sweet treats. From being greeted at the front desk to the hug I received from Jannine after my treatment, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Jannine was my injector and I felt so comfortable with her. She made sure I didn’t look over done and was able to work with my budget. She had so much knowledge and is detailed in explaining everything. I will be recommending to my friends! If you have hesitations don’t, you are in excellent hands.

Negative experience: The Japanese head spa treatment is not what is advertised! My mom and I scheduled a 90 minute session each. The appointment was at 4 o'clock, we didn't get pulled back into the session room until 4:50!! It's a good thing their waiting room has massage chairs! The treatment itself didn't have any pressure to it, my hairdresser gives me a better head massage than what I received at this apt, my mom said the same thing. We received basically an hour long hair washing session with an added face mask. Mind you we did not get what's advertised on the website as "acupressure massage for your scalp, face, neck, and shoulders". No massage was done to anything below the hairline and face. If you didn't catch the timeline, we booked a 90 minute session and we were in the salon for a blow dry by 5:55, which is only one hour of the actual treatment and I left with slightly damn hair. Also stated on the website description "choice of therapeutic steam or restorative Red Light LED therapy...revealing your revitalized scalp via our camera analysis". None of which happened either! Luckily we used Groupons but if we had paid the listed price on the website I'm afraid we wouldn't have just walked out disappointed, we would have had a talk with management.
Hello, and I am sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to address a few points. The appointment was scheduled for 4:30, not 4:00 p.m. The delay was 20 minutes due to a disabled elderly patient. I know that is not an excuse, but there was a reason for our tardiness, and I do apologize for that. As for the pressure, the therapist should have asked, and if that was not done, that is our fault. Everyone is so different in what they deem soft or hard regarding pressure. I do see images taken of the scalp, so an assessment was done. The tools used during your treatment included red light therapy, which was provided at no additional cost. Depending on the thickness of a patient's hair, the session can end a bit earlier to ensure we have enough time to dry the hair. You are correct, though, and the session should have lasted roughly an additional 10-15 minutes. I will point out, though, that you are fully aware the Groupon special was provided as advertised for that service on Groupon. What was provided to you in your description is attached at the end of this message. In fact, you received a bit more than what was advertised. The Groupon deal is not what is advertised on our website, as that patient experience is a very different cost. I am sorry if you expected what we advertise on our website. When purchasing a Groupon, please ensure that you always read the details and understand what to expect, as businesses often offer something a bit different from the standard treatment to allow individuals to test out a service before committing to the full experience. 2. Tension Melt: Enjoy a deeply relaxing Dry Scalp Massage and targeted Facial Cleanse with a cooling Jelly Mask and Guasha Jade tools to release pressure points and soothe your skin.
3. Deep Purification & Detox: The ultimate cleanse starts with a First Shampoo and Detoxing treatment to meticulously remove product buildup, oils, and environmental pollutants. This is followed by a Second Shampoo with a Tool Massage for maximum circulation.
4. Intensive Nourishment: Your hair and scalp are bathed in a soothing Waterfall Rinse before an enriching Hair Mask or Conditioner is applied.

He gave me a lot of info, allowing me to make an informed decision. The 10-min ESM treatment was definitely something that will work for me.Jannine and Adam also fantastic and knowledgeable, plus friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new spa to get Botox and came across a Groupon for 40 units. Luckily, I was able to book it on my day off. When I walked in, the space was clean, modern, and welcoming—and they even had massage chairs in the waiting area. Honestly, I thought about skipping the appointment just to stay there all day. Then I met Jannine, my injector. She was funny, approachable, and answered all my random questions, including about Botox in the jawline and chin, because I swear my jawline has been training for the Olympics! I used the Groupon and decided to add some treatment in my jaw muscles too. Now I’m just waiting to see if my face thanks me or sends me a bill. Jannine’s personality made the appointment feel easy and fun, and the clinic itself impressed me just as much. Bottom line: this isn’t a one-time Groupon stop. Fantastic experience: Jeff at Clincial Care 365 is absolutely AMAZING! I have been a client of Jeff's since February 2024. Jeff helped me lose weight and be my best (at 73 years old) to run/walk the Marine Corps Half Marathon in Fredericksburg VA in May of 2024 - with my family! Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Peter and team today! Peter took his time and went over my options with injectables in my lips and Botox in my upper face. He is an absolute master at what he does and does a perfect job. There was literally almost no pain and in the past my lips were very painful at prior places. Fantastic experience: I love this place. I'm going there for a mold toxicity detox and it’s wonderful. Just after the first session I was feeling better and had so much color and life brought back to my face. I’m not a big fan of needles at allll! But they made the environment so comfortable, the staff is amazing, answered and asked a lot of questions. They made sure to come and check on me and make sure I was doing alright and still as comfortable as possible. And the best part, they take it a very natural route and don’t pump your body with harmful substances:)

Fantastic experience: The best environment, people, care, and results! I am telling you, whole heartedly, Clinical Care 365 is going to change your life. Whether you are looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen, weight loss support, an IV to feel your best, esthetics, or any one of the other many services they offer, you will be taken care of with the utmost compassion, kindness, and heartfelt support. Personally, I have struggled with my weight since having kids (youngest is 4 years old and both were by cesarean) and I have been unsuccessful with my efforts alone. I have tried eating the least required calories, working my booty off, and all sorts of things. My body and metabolic state simply changed and became less effective after having kids. My goal was to lose 40 to 50 lbs and in only 2.5 months, I am already down 25 lbs! I joke, but my waist and cheekbones are back! See for yourself! I am already feeling like me old self again and I am happier than I ever knew I could be. I am only half way to my goal and see no stopping now! The support and systems put into place for my success have allowed me to still be a wife,mom of 4, succeed in my full time career, run my business, and so much more.
