Positive experience: Dr are good but other staff are very slow. Even after multiple followup there is no progress to provide the details to referral. Also have experienced wrong billing which they agreed to correct but still no refund.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I repeat do not! The service we were given was solid at the moment but we were told by the physician that this is a free follow-up. Weeks later a bill comes for $130 for a visit that no treatment was done at all and no abnormalities were found (except a little low on iron which is not what they billed for according to call). The billing department seem to think they are doctors by saying abnormalities were found that constitute it yet we have the test results that agree with doctors finding. I tried to call twice and they say different stuff both times defending the costs. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED FOR VISITS

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elhard was particularly helpful with my scoliosis, as well as my shoulder and back pain. She was super easy to talk to and I felt major improvement every time I went to her!

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment and they couldn’t make it because they were closing soon, told me to call back on Monday. Im not even sure why you would answer the phone if you’re not going to assist someone. I will definitely not be going here, left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here since I moved here in 2019. The quality of care is exceptional and I love the environment here. Any time I have had questions, problems, or concerns, Dawn has always been more than helpful. She is always so sweet and has gone out of her way to help as much as she can. Recently my mom had a medical emergency during an appointment and had to leave her car keys so I could pick up her vehicle and Dawn was more than happy to hold my mom's keys until I could get there that afternoon. Dawn's personality and attitude is always positive and her smiles always make my visits that much better.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr. Hollar and the staff at Clinix. They always took care of my health needs.

Negative experience: They couldn't figure out what office I needed to sign in at as a new patient. Had me walking up and down stairs with a dislocated rib.

Negative experience: I’m no longer seeing Dr. Monheit after some recent visits that left a bad taste in my mouth. My first couple visits were to discuss changes to an existing prescription. Dr. Monheit was not concerned that the increase in dosage was having an adverse effect on me, and a specialist later confirmed that I should be on a different medication instead. My last visit was to discuss ongoing pain, for which Dr. Monheit did labwork but did not bother to provide results for. He prescribed aggressive medication but would not get on the phone to discuss my results or plan of action. Sure enough, another provided recommended against the prescription at a later date. The office suggested I just schedule another appointment, but I’d rather take my money elsewhere.

Negative experience: One of the workers here named Janet comes into my work regularly wearing her work uniform. She is extremely rude and condescending towards our stuff. My mother wanted to use Clinix but I told her not to go there based on my experiences with their staff

Negative experience: Terrible business. Only thing good is doctor. Kind of rude office staff. Doc assistant always filling/ordering wrong stuff or not following up in time. There is no getting someone on phone. Always have to leave a message. And the time frame they mention in their is 1-2 business days. Just call them, you will see what I am talking about. Looking for other fascility Update 3/2/24 If you call, now you get the love agent. There is an app what this facility use, if you use Tustin then you can get hold of doctor or nurse, still a hoop, but improvement

Negative experience: Can't ever call facility, they are always closed for some reason or another. "We're closed for bad weather", "we're closed for training", "we're closed" Why even have phones at all???

Fantastic experience: Clinix has been my savior for many many years. From general practice to chiropractic services, they have always treated me with respect and listen to my needs. I highly recommend Clinix Center for Health.

Negative experience: Unfriendly staff, but most importantly, they will charge you for anything they can, and if you have an insurance deductible, you better double check because you'll end up paying for something you can do yourself... Like, reading your own exam results! That's why this industry is plagued with money thirsty health centers. Stay away from this one!!!

Negative experience: The receptionists are terrible here. They make it impossible to schedule appointments, to get a test results provide information. The physicians assistant and nurses are rude, pushy and rush through like cattle. You would think these healthcare folks would want to help people but they just want to make money and move along without providing real care. It’s sad.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Serena Elhard, is amazing! I’m a disabled veteran and she really helps me with my chronic pain. I visit her every week to get relief, without it I can’t physically work as long as I need to. I highly recommend seeing Serena!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Clinix has always been very positive. The staff is friendly and the clinic is always clean and inviting. Oh, and there is plenty of parking which is nice. So, I usually see Dr. Elhard when I go to Clinix. She has been very instrumental in helping with the recovery of my knees. I am on my feet all day. I have a very physical job and I love to dance in my spare time. The combination of the two really take a toll on my body. Especially, my knees. :( Thanks to her experience as a Foot/Knee Specialist I have definitely felt some relief from the day to day discomfort that I have had to deal with. Oh, and I also receive back adjustments from time to time. I feel that my time and money spent at Clinix is well worth it. :)

Fantastic experience: I just changed primary care physicians after 22 years at the same clinic. A friend and my wife told me about RACHELLE WEBSTER. She is incredible and such a breath of fresh air. She took her time and was very thorough to learn about me and my health. I felt like we were making decisions on medications together rather than just "being told" what I needed to do. This collaboration between patient and physician is so appreciated. If looking for a new physician I would highly recommend Ms. Webster and Clinix. I am confident you will love the experience. She always takes the time to listen to what's going on and has great recommendations. I have both my mental health and physical health on track because of her. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Clinix for several years now as my primary care physician. The level of care and support they provide is world class - they take time to engage with you and talk through any health concerns in detail. I also really appreciate that wait times are minimal - once any paperwork is completed I am usually visiting with my doc within a few minutes. Their online patient portal is better than most and I like being able to use it to request prescription refills etc. Thanks Clinix!

Fantastic experience: This facility offers many medical services. The five star I’m giving is to the chiropractor, Anthony McKee. I’ve seen chiropractors over 30 years and this will be the last when I find. Dr. Mke is by far the best at his practice but he’s also a first class human being. He listens he treats and he makes you better. Five stars is not enough.

Fantastic experience: Cela Kobel is absolutely amazing. She spends time with you and schedules her appointment for at least a half hour, sometimes more, to give you time to talk. She is creative and always goes above and beyond to help. I don't know where I would be without her. THANK YOU CELA!!!

Fantastic experience: I see Rachelle Webster for my medical care and she is wonderful. I have been going to clinex for about 15 years and Rachelle has been my NP during this whole time. I see Dr. McKee for Chiropractic and he is truly the best. I have seen a few different chiropractors and they were all good but Dr. McKee has been instrumental is solving issues that I have had.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Clinix on and off now for 15 years and when Andrea Pleune left, I chose to see Rachelle Webster, nurse practitioner, as my PCP. Four or five years later, I am still happy with this choice. Rachelle is the most kind, genuine, friendly, and above all, competent & professional caregiver I have ever had. She is patient, detailed, and makes well informed recommendations for my health. I credit her with how well I am feeling these days! She also exhibits sincere empathy and compassion for me, as I'm sure she does for all her patients. I also love her nurse, Bella, a real sweetheart...they are a great team! As a real estate professional, I know how important referrals are--they are the life blood of our business, so when someone takes good care of me, I like to share my experience! I take such care in my business to serve my clients and put them and their needs front and center and I feel Rachelle does the same in her profession. I highly recommend her, especially women who need a little "extra" care!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Clinix for 15 years and have received the best care and compassion through minor issues to bilateral Pulmonary Embolisms. I honestly trust them with my life. Now, my adult children, husband and my mom go there too. Rochelle Webster is a P.A. that we all see. Rochelle is smart, a great listener, detailed, compassionate and doesn’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist when needed. Her nurse, Bella, is professional and always follows up with test results or questions. The staff at Clinix is friendly and helpful, especially Dawn & Stacy upstairs. The lab techs are great and it’s a bonus to get your blood drawn on site. I would not hesitate referring Clinix to friends/ family. If you’re looking for quality care, then this is your place.

Fantastic experience: I went to Clinix because I needed a new primary care doctor. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and walked me through a couple questions I had involving insurance. My doctor, Dr.Breen, was very informative and nice. She listened to my concerns and took time to talk through options with me. Checking out and rescheduling my follow up appt. was a breeze. I highly recommend Clinix!

Positive experience: Used to be a great place for alternative understanding from typical Western medicine. A few lost doctors near the top, and the place is slowly going downhill. Lost paperwork, misinterpreted results, not the kind of care I have come to expect.

If you have sustained an injury, have chronic pain, or are suffering from aching or strained muscles, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment to experience the healing hands of massage therapist, Larry Amos. His experience and knowledge of the human body is evident as he talks you through and implements a variety of massage and stretching techniques. Don’t hesitate, go and allow Larry to work with you to restore your body to optimal health. You will be so glad you did!

Teckla always have a smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. My daughter has had asthma all her life but Dr. Scott is the only one to get it under control. She loves coming to clinix to see Teckla cause she always make her feel good and when she gets her shots she doesn't make her cry. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend doctor Scott monheit and his nurse Tekla for your next primary care/nurse team. Doctor monheit saved my life if he would have brushed me off or not paid close attention I would not be here today. His nurse knows how to have compassion and care for her patients. She always has a smile on her face no matter what and always has positive words to say to each and every person that comes in the office. I have also not had problems calling up and making appointments and getting in to see my doctor very nice front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Scott Monheits for over 6 years. I Highly recommend him As a primary care physician he takes the time to listen and to give appropriate treatment. I also must say that behind every good doctor there is a good nurse and that would be Teckla she will work to get you a resolution. I was wary of relocating to Clinix, but I also must say my experience with the front desk staff Has been great also their billing and coding lady Maria she is very kind and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Clinix for almost 10 years now, and I have never had a bad experience. My provider Kelsey Ninow, is amazing. She truly cares about your health and remembers each patient and what is going on in their personal lives. She makes going to the doctor more enjoyable. Each of the MAs I have encountered, Becca and Shelby have been beyond helpful and extremely personable. I would highly recommend Clinix as your primary care office.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to give a shout out and a huge thank you to this office and in particular Dr. McKee. I've been dealing with some really bad back and hip pain for about six months. I've seen other chiropractors, gotten expensive massages, and seemingly tried everything else I could think of with no success. I finally decided to try another chiropractor and go from there. I booked an appointment with Dr. McKee and after my first appointment (which was only supposed to be a 30 minute consultation) I finally felt relief. He took his time (over an hour) to thoroughly check everything out and explain everything. He was actually able to explain what was going on and offer a confident game plan to get me back to feeling good. I just completed my second appointment with him and I'm actually making progress which I can't say for anything else I've tried. The fact that I'm feeling better and staying that way is huge and I could not be more thankful. I didn't have a lot of confidence going into this process but I'm happy that I've been proven wrong. Everyone I've talked to or interacted with has been wonderful and I wholeheartedly reccomend them. Thank you Dr. McKee!

Fantastic experience: I seldom write reviews, but some occasions and experiences are worth sharing. I scheduled a routine medical visit with Dr Miranda this morning and was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of everyone I encountered. Maria at the front desk was pleasant and checked me in quickly, Shelby treated me warmly and showed genuine interest in the reason for my visit (her trainee Maya was equally caring). As for Dr Miranda, she obviously sets the positive and professional tone that permeates her practice. It is clear that she cares for and about her patients and puts their well being as her primary concern. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for healthcare at its best.

She is never in a rush, & she does not ever push unnecessary test or medications on me. Plus she had the most caring & kind bedside manner. I cant say enough about her medical assistant Rebecca. Fantastic experience: I feel Miranda Bellantoni, FNP is AMAZING! Her and her nurse have great attention to detail and when they listen I feel heard and understood. They find solutions to my problems and make the best effort to help me in every way. They’ve educated me so much about my health. Dr. Scott Monheit has an excellent Dr./patient relationship and I trust him. He listens to my concern's,and my research, and gives his expert response. Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful facility to have so many services under one roof. Larry Amos is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I know. He targets the area of your pain, identifies root causes and is able to offer follow up exercises to support the muscles. I have referred him to so many people who have also been very appreciative. Highly recommend. Dr. Cortini is amazing as well for more traditional chiropractic services. She is so knowledgeable about the body. In fact, she diagnosed a gynecology problem I was having instead of my gynecologist! Miranda has such a calm nature and explains complex health issues in such a simple easy to follow way. Anyone looking for a PCP should go see Miranda!

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving chiropractic service from Dr. Anthony McKee for nearly a decade. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and respects his patients time. I first started receiving his services after falling at work. His care along with Clinix Physical Therapy Dept nursed me back to 100% health. The office staff is also highly effectively particularily in the areas of being personable, and extremey professional. I would recommend this office any day!

Negative experience: I have used Clinix for my annual check up and I had a question with my billing as one of the tests was sent to my insurance has 'Medical' and not as 'Preventive Care'. I chat with my insurance and question why I got a bill from Clinix for the test as I'm covered for preventive care. My Insurance responded that one of the test was not sent as "Preventive care' and its been as 'Medical' so my insurance as me to contact Clinix and ask them to correct this. So I have sent 2 emails via my patient portal and 2 email from my personal email service. Finally a member of Clinix contacted be and followed up with their billing manager, so I thought my problem is solved. But today I got a past due bill for the same test...!!! I don't want to take a risk on my credit report and immediately payed that bill despite it is not a bill that I should be paying which should have covered by my insurance if it was billed correctly from Clinix. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaiser is an amazing doctor! He is incredibly patient, appropriately analytical, respectful of all I have going on and supportive. His insights, in addition to the high quality care he provides, are appreciated greatly every time I go in and I am extremely grateful for all that he has helped resolve for me. Dr. Kaiser has seen me through many medical challenges and his understanding, extremely competent, and compassionate approach helps keep me positive through all of it! Shelby, his assistant,is a perfect partner for him as she clearly cares and always is immediately responsive no matter what. Together they are my saving grace!

Positive experience: So I had a terrible Dr. for the first year I went here I was just you lazy to do anything about it. He was rude, condescending, and arrogant. Call the things u want in a Dr., right? Finally I asked if I could see anothta Dr in the practice, and low and behold he's amazinf. Dr Kaiser is kind, understanding, and patient. Way better qualities! So would I reccomrec Clinic as a whole, no. Would I recommend Dr. Kaiser who happens to work at Clinic, absolutely!!

Fantastic experience: I would have stopped going here if it were not for Cela Kobel! Dr Hollar refused to actually listen to me when I was having pains and emotional problems on different occasions. I can't thank Cela enough for taking the time to listen to me and change my life! She loves what she does and it shows!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaiser is great and the front desk staff are always sweet!

Negative experience: I love Cela Kobel but she is the only thing good and pure about this place. I've had so many issues in the past 2 years with scheduling and getting a returned phone call. I called today because I think I have bronchitis and the front desk specialist said she would work me in ASAP today and call me back with an appointment time. I spoke with her at 10:30am and it's now 3:35pm and I've received no calls. This is just one example.

Fantastic experience: Great doc! Very caring, knowledgeable and attentive.

Negative experience: Dishonest billing! I went in for the Obama check up, and agreed to the VIP package for $289 "all inclusive" that is not covered by insurance - I went in to receive my results, and they charged me an additional $116.51 for this visit (where I just received the results from the $289 package. If told that this was $405 extra for the VIP package I would not have spent the money. VERY DECEPTIVE, borderline fraudulent. After going to their offices and complaining, we agreed that I would pay 50% of the 116.51, and I paid on the spot. I just received an invoice for the remainder despite our agreement. After calling, they agreed to remove the remainder of the 50%, but still this was a hassle.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nickel is the best.

Negative experience: When I made my appointment, I was sent paperwork to fill out about my history. While this is standard, the intake process was extremely lengthy. When I arrived (they make you come like 45 mins early), I was given MORE paperwork. I met with the provider and had a an overall positive experience, but I had routine blood work taken and didn't have any follow up after a week. So when I called on my own to follow up, I was told the results were back at the clinic but the provider needed to review them and it might be a couple days. Fast forward 3 more weeks... I just got a follow up call from a medical assistant. I was very disappointed with the disorganization at this clinic especially when they seemed so thorough with the intake. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone.

Negative experience: There office staff is vastly incompetent. I scheduled an appointment & they day before they called and it was at an earlier time. I left work early and drove to the address provided to me and it was wrong. I called the office and the lady gave me the correct address, I put it in my gps and I was 10 minuets away. I was told that this would be too late and that they’d have to reschedule. They don’t schedule new patients on saturdays or in the evening. So after taking a half day off at work, they refused to see me 10 minuets late due to their own mistake. And wouldn’t re schedul me for an appointment where I wouldn’t have to take off work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaiser is terrific. Everyone should do the VIP test to find out more about their health

Fantastic experience: **EDITED** Do yourself a favor and don't go see Dr. Gregory Hollar, he refused to listen to me when I constantly asked him for a colonoscopy and to look into the issues I was having with my Colon. Today, at Clinix after specifically asking them for Dr. Kaiser, I get to my appt to find out I am scheduled with Dr. Hollar. My reaction was unkind to say the least and here is why. If it wasn't for me firing him and getting Dr. Kaiser I would probably be dead right now with cancer because Dr. Hollar was inadequate as a doctor, in my opinion. For my shoulder, he was great. For anything else, he sucked rocks. However, Dr. Kaiser and his medical team are amazing!! I love his team! Shelby and Caroline are the sweetest assistants ever and always show care and concern no matter what. Dr. Kaiser actually cares for his patients and is a sweet and kind doctor. If you want a great doctor see Doctor Kaiser or Rebecca Nickell or Kelsey Ninow. Rebecca or Kelssey are the only OTHER doctors I would dare to go see because they are very good at their job and have pleasant personalities and knows their job and listens to the patients. In the end, Doctor Kaiser is my number one guy and I will continue to refuse to see Dr. Hollar as I do seriously think I would be dead from Colon Cancer if I stayed with him as a patient. Dr. Kaiser caught my Colon Cancer at Stage 3b within TWO WEEKS of me seeing him!! Can you imagine how hard it was for him to tell a brand new patient they have CANCER?? Yet, he did it with style and grace unsurpassed than any doctor I have ever known. Yes, I simply adore Dr. Kaiser because, to me, he saved my life and for that, I will be forever grateful! Thank you, Dr. Kaiser and your team for saving my life, each and every time I see you and being the best team ever!

Fantastic experience: The chiropractic care at Clinix is fantastic. The front desk staff, the billing team, and the medical professionals have always been friendly and able to assist me with anything that I need.
