Fantastic experience: I had severe Sciatica pain that made it difficult to sit. Tried Physical Therapy and pain blocking shots that didn't help. Read Dr. Leisa's articles in the Sonoran News and decided to reach out to her for help. Her treatments have allowed me to sit comfortably for long periods of time in the car and planes and get back to golf and tennis! My husband has recently started going to Dr. Leisa for severe back pain that nothing else has been able to fix over the last year. Fantastic experience: I had been having back pain shooting down my left leg for several months. We thought it was probably siatica. My wonderful wife found Dr. Grgula and I made an appointment with her. She is very thorough, explains things in plain English, laid out a treatment plan for the siatica. After just seven treatments the pain is gone, I still have just a small ache in my lower back on and off, but we aren't even 1/4 through the treatment plan. I am very pleased with the results and I'm confident that by the end of the treatment plan the siatica will be nothing more than a distant memory. I recommend Dr. Grgula very highly.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both appreciate the knowledge and care we receive from Dr. Leisa. The Cox technique she uses to help us has been life changing. I have degenerative discs in my cervical spine which, at times, have caused headaches for which I took too many NSAIDS. These over the counter drugs caused stomach ulcers. Fantastic experience: My 17 year old daughter broke her scaphoid bone in her wrist playing volleyball in June of 2023. She had it casted for several months and it didn’t heal, finally had surgery in December of 2023. Still after 3 months the bone showed no healing. Fantastic experience: I had a spinal fusion 25 years ago. After experiencing a new bout of severe back/neck pain in late 2022, I was diagnosed with stenosis of my cervical spine immediately adjacent to my previous fusion. My DO prescribed meds to get the pain under control and discussed the probability of undergoing another spinal fusion to relieve the nerve pain. This motivated me to explore alternative therapies. After reading a few of Dr. Leisa's newspaper articles, I decided to give the Cox chiropractic technique a try. Fantastic experience: I am so glad to be going to Dr. Leisa! I had been struggling with neck and lower back pain for the past two years. My primary care physician would offer three options: pain meds, muscle relaxers or physical therapy. I went the physical therapy route for six months, and received some relief. But insurance refused to cover the traction I needed. The PT group I went to was a comedy of revolving door personnel: I would waste on average an hour and a half of my time waiting for treatment stations and getting different therapists with most visits. Fantastic experience: Where do I start?!? Dr. Leisa has done more for me than I ever thought possible. I came to her with lower back pain after finding out I had 3 herniated disks (not sure if that term is used much anymore) right above my sacrum. She didn't just adjust me and send me home. She coupled different techniques together to help me improve more and more each visit, techniques that only she and one or two more doctors in AZ are qualified to do! If she recommends adding a series of different types of treatments, I highly recommend to YOU that you do it! It works! Fantastic experience: If you get migrains Dr. Leisa's quick adjistment will give you relief in one visit. After plowing thru the day with the onset symptoms of a migraine, I was fortunate to have a visit already scheduled with Dr. Leisa, for my routine care. . I told her what my pain was and she immediately did her magic ! I walked out with no headache! I wish I knew and would have gone earlier! She also knew what adjustment to do for a pulled muscle in the back of my thigh. One treatment, (a painful one! )BUT, AGAIN I walked out with 85% less pain. Negative experience: Dr. Leisa is a one of a kind professional in her field. Competing at the elite level for many many years has, unfortunately, left my body in a tremendous amount of pain. Between a full knee replacement at the age of 41 and multiple areas of spinal damage, I literally felt like twice my age, physically. Dr. Leisa has turned that all around. Between her unique gentle chiropractic approach and dietary advice, I finally feel like my age again. I can't thank her enough for giving me my life back and all without surgery. Thank you! Thank you!! I left this review only 2 weeks after I started receiving treatments from her and unfortunately took a position working for her as well! My opinion after a couple of months had quickly changed as I became very wise to her ways. Hear me out as this is a very thorough review and my intention is to inform others before they drop $1000 on a package and cannot get their $ back. She asked me to immediately leave a Google review as small businesses rely heavily on them and often pushes her patients to do the same before they catch on to her unprofessional, egotistical ways. I've learned a valuable lesson here...do not leave a review until you've had enough experience with a business to see it all. She hired me on a trade basis in an effort to save $ and previous employees' timesheets confirmed this.The law states that you may fire someone without any specific grounds if they are employed for less than 90 days and I was soon approaching that date as well as close to paying off her services with my hours worked. Clearly, it was time to let me go. She ended up firing me via voicemail claiming that I was not professional enough after I had requested a meeting with her the day before. Lol! Who's unprofessional here? I asked for a meeting to review the everchanging office hours and expectations but rather than meet with me, she cancelled and said she would call me that Friday afternoon. That call came in, instead, on Saturday afternoon with a very disturbing v.m. saying to not come back on Monday. I was barely tolerating her and tried not to allow her to get under my skin as it was... she constantly attacked me, my work and anything she could find to evoke a response from me. She appeared agitated that I wouldn't lash back. I was, however, appalled at the way she treated many of her patients and several of them asked me why she treated me with such a condescending tone as well. She has absolutely no respect for others and often told me to call patients and reschedule their appointments according to her everchanging needs.She would often complain about patients being late when they in fact, were accommodating her with the change. It was only her and I that worked in the office and I did my best to support her regardless of her agitated and often frazzled state. I built a wonderful repoire with her clientele but she seemed jealous of that. I had to field complaints about it being either too cold or too hot(she rarely turned on the thermostat in an effort to save $.)One patient's wife actually told her that it was much too warm in the office and her response was, "sorry, there's nothing I can do about it." That gal walked out and sat in her car. Most of her patients end up at her office due to severe pain issues that other chiropractic care has not resolved and she ultimately prays upon these vulnerable people.As a potential client, you should know that she is very convincing, promises the world and treats people according to their tolerance of narcissistic behavior. Stand up for yourself. She cons people into buying expensive packages whether she can help them or not(most are $1000s( DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE OTHER THAN MEDICARE.) By the time you are privy to her ways, you've handed over your hard earned $ and are stuck. She is able to help some patients but isn't trustworth. She confidently told me that although I have all 4 issues she commonly treats, I would be able to avoid surgery which was my goal. I saw little improvement goinh 3x/week 4 3 months. Ask around....do your homework!

Fantastic experience: Over the last 30 years or so I have been to 6 or 7 different Chiropractors and have experienced their different styles and technics. It sometimes makes you wonder how the different styles can all try to accomplish the same thing. I generally go for overall maintenance with occasional bursts of issues that need to be helped. I have been going to Dr. Leisa now for a couple years. She is very passionate about her practice and I do believe that the Cox table and technic makes the most sense when it comes to keeping the spine in alignment. I have also referred my son to her which she has helped with a more srious issue.

Fantastic experience: I had back problems since a diving injury when I was about 11. Finally, 30+ years later, I decided to try chiropractic. I saw Dr Leisa regularly for about 5 months in 2015, until I moved away. We did chiropractic, and I also had 2 acupuncture sessions. I don't wake up in the pain I used to. I don't end up aching after strenuous activities anymore. I can stand longer than I used to. I am thrilled that I no longer walk around saying "Oh, my back" and am overall much, much, much better. I've been to Chiropractors since I was 9yrs old, but had never experienced such gentle and relaxing treatments as the Cox Method. During my last treatments I was introduced to several excerises that I can do at home for the rest of my life! So not only did I receive excellent care while my back was healing but I now have the tools to take care of it so that I will not continue re-injuring it! I am so grateful for the Accurate Pain Care Relief Center!
