Fantastic experience: I have personally known Dr. Lewis for over 40 years, and have gone to her clinic for health services for the past 30 years. She is a great doctor of Chiropractic, Nutritionist, and Healer. She uses many forms of natural healing in her practice, and has a wonderful "bedside" manner to intuit issues that she interprets to help her treat her patients. I highly recommend her services, and her staff is also kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: There is not another doctor out there who has ever cared more for my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Dr Lewis and her staff are the most caring, thorough, gentle and loving people - I wouldn’t trust my spine, mind and health in the hands of anyone else. I have had chronic severe migraines and back/neck pain for over 12 years. I’ve been made to take MANY prescription drugs with no success. I’ve had countless MRI’s, scans and tests done all for other doctors to look at me and say nothing is wrong, I have migraines because I’m a woman and I will have them the rest of my life. When I started seeing Dr Lewis one of the first things she suggested was brain mapping for possible non evasive neuro therapy sessions they do in the office. No other neurologist I had seen has ever even recommended doing something like this. Turns out I had some major brain inflammation, I started the neuro therapy sessions right away and within 10 weeks have seen a FIFTY percent improvement. This has been life changing for me. Dr Lewis and her entire staff are nothing short of God sent. Her chiropractic care is also phenomenal and I leave every visit feeling better than when I got there. The improvement didn’t happen overnight, it took some work, but it has changed my life and my outlook on how I thought my future with severe migraines would be. Truly incredible. Fantastic experience: I had gone to Dr. Lewis for 10 years when I lived in San Antonio for chronic migraines and neck pain. It was the only time in my life that the pain subsided. I am fortunate now to work in San Antonio and thrilled to be going back to the practice. I receive nutritional and supplement counseling, as well as chiropractic and treatments for neck pain. The entire practice is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness… I’ve been going to a chiropractor since I was 14 years old and what I experienced here was amazing… Not only did I get a chiropractic adjustment like I’ve never had before but I also found out that I have allergies just by holding a vial of the suspected allergen in my hand. The treatment was just a tool that goes up and down your back, it was fascinating. At home and at work I was constantly coughing and clearing my throat all day and all night long. It seemed to never stop. UNTIL this treatment!! It’s been about four weeks and I had her test me again for these allergens and they were still holding. It’s so great to feel good again and actually I feel younger. My body feels lighter and therefore feels younger

Fantastic experience: Finally a common sense approach to health and wellness!! Dr. Lewis looks at your symptoms, does the labs to see what might be causing the issues and then comes up with a plan to get you healthy! She treats the patient not the symptoms!! If your tired of just getting more meds added to fix an issue the other med caused, try a different approach and call to make an appointment. Best call I've made this year!! Thank you Dr. Lewis!! Negative experience: Former patient of Dr. Lewis. Went here after I had a car accident that made it difficult to use my dominant arm & made my job difficult to do. She never listened to my concerns, but instead sold me $500 worth of supplements that did absolutely nothing for me. I wasn’t there to get nutritional advice. I sought out a chiropractor because I just needed a proper adjustment. I figured she’s the professional so I went along with it for several months with no improvements. Every time I would bring up my concerns I felt they were falling on deaf ears. She also lays on her personal religious beliefs very heavy & several times would make judgmental comments making me feel uncomfortable. As a professional I would imagine that she would keep her personal opinions to herself. Not all her patients share her viewpoints and she should be more considerate to patients that are coming to her for help. After several months of trying to get some relief from her with no improvement I decided to seek a second opinion. My new chiropractor was surprised when I told him of her treatment methods & even said that it sounded like she just wanted to swindle money out of me. After only two sessions with my new chiropractor I saw a huge improvement that I never got with her. He got my arm mobility fully back & has been treating me ever since. I’ve even been able to reduce my visits because of my improvements. I would never go back here & discourage anyone from doing so.

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Doreen Lewis at a Radiology Conference, she gave a lecture on “Bones from Chiropractic Perspective” I was very impressed with her knowledge on nutrition that I had to schedule a consultation. Fantastic experience: I love this office! They make me feel like family rather than a patient. Whenever I call to make an appointment they always greet me by name. They work with my schedule and seem to fit me in easily. When I arrive I’m greeted by name again and have never had to wait long to get in a room. Both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Brown are amazing and I trust them whole heartedly. They listen to my complaints and adjust me according to the needs of that visit. Every adjustment is unique and varies between visits personalizing them for my body at that moment. They explain things and teach me about my body along the way. I think the thing I love most is that they care for the whole body and not just the spine. I’ve had adjustments where they’ve told me the discomfort was due to things going on in different organs and then proceeded to give me tips to help with that. Dr. Lewis also does an amazing job as a nutritionist. She helped me discover my egg sensitivity which had been causing me pain for a long time. Im very thankful for this office and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I thought my problems were just stiff muscles in my upper back. But her exam & x-rays showed me several spine problems I wasn’t even aware of. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lewis for a month and what a difference. I feel better than I have for a long time. Plus, her care is fixing some long term problems that will allow me better mobility into my later years. Dr. Lewis is awesome. I only wish I had started this years ago. In our 40’s & 50’s, we still have that immortality mindset of our 20’s & 30’s. In our 60’s, our habits start catching up with us. I’d recommend to anyone, even though you think you might be perfectly fine, take the time to visit Dr. Lewis. You’ll be glad you did. Worst case, she tells you you’re fine. Best case, she catches some problems early on when she can really help.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for sometime and drive a long way with a very busy schedule to see her. That says a lot in itself! Yesterday I received an adjustment paired with acupuncture! After several months of suffering with lower back pain I am pain free today!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lewis takes care of the whole person. Highloy recommended. She knows more than the doctors I know about health! The nutrition sonsult was more thorough than any I have ever had anywhere from any medical doctor or dietician, and I've had quite a few, being Diabetic. I drive 5 hours to see her, and when I move to Georgia, I will still be consulting with her when necessary.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis is AMAZING! She treats the whole person, not the disease. Pushing 60 I am healthier than I've ever been in life!--And I've always been athletic. Her knowledge of chiropractic, functional medicine, and nutrition (and we're not just talking food pyramid) is mind blowing. If I ever got cancer again, I'd move back to San Antonio from California and put myself in her hands. I no longer need medication for diabetes or cholesterol. Even from afar, I consider her my primary physician.

Negative experience: Dr. Lewis tries to be nice, but she rushed me through all my appointments. She was not a good listener and talked over me. She also seriously hurt my feelings by saying that I had zits all over my face. She needs to be more tactful and considerate in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lewis is a true physician in every sense. She's very thorough and treats your WHOLE condition. She actually listens to your pain description and how it affects your everyday life which affects your stress levels and emotions. She recognizes where you're hurting and when you just need to sit in a room to vent & drop a few tears. Because of her, I can use my left arm again. She gave me the therapy, prescribed the MRI, etc that now I can use my arm again and my fingers regained feeling.

Fantastic experience: My daughters participate in sports all year round, and with certain physical activities comes injuries and muscle pain and stress. Our chiropractor, Dr. Lewis, has helped my daughters on multiple occasions when their muscles feel stressed or when they feel as if they haven't been walking or running correctly. We go in, and Dr. Lewis gets them back to top condition. She is amazing!

Negative experience: My husband saw this chiropractor 4 times this week. The doctor was great. He paid 30$ (what they said his co pay was) the first 3 visits. Then today he went for his fourth and afterward the clerical staff said whoops, we messed up the billing and misinformed you and now you have to pay us 200$ on top of everything else. Huge error... We would have planned differently had they been honest up front. We won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a patient of Dr. Lewis because of severe neck/back/arm pain. I had very successful chiropractic care in the past and was pleased to find Dr. Lewis also providing beneficial care. She is a concerned, caring professional who considered all possible factors during the treatment of my illness. Because I was not initially responding to the chiropractic care, Dr. Lewis referred me for a MRI which showed I had a bulging disc and pinched nerve. This led her to give me an additional referral to a spinal doctor who specializes in pain medicine. Because of this, Dr. Lewis has shown that her interests are in helping me heal regardless of what doctor is providing the care. Through my treatments with Dr. Lewis and the other professionals she has referred me to, I am seeing results. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Lewis’ comprehensive approach to helping with my medical issue; she definitely puts the patient first.

Negative experience: I have been going to chiropractors for 10+ years to keep my spine in good health. Of all the chiropractors I have seen, I found Dr. Lewis' chiropractic care to be a scam in my opinion. She told me that my choice to use birth control was against God's will in my opinion. I was offended by her approach, given that medically prolonging one's life is not against God's will but preventing conception is! She charged me over $150 as a new patient and didn't even adjust me! She allegedly sold my email address to spammers, in my opinion. Please be careful when selecting chiropractors as this one is out to take all your money and criticize you on the way out, in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: My husband sought out chiropractic care after injuring his back. He got such great relief and care from Dr. Lewis, he made an appointment for myself and our two children for a check up. Dr. Lewis diagnosed me w/a gluten allergy. She suggested I go on a gluten free diet. I have done this for two weeks and feel like a new person. I haven't slept through the night consistently in several years. I'd wake up w/night sweats, hot flashes and itching all over. I thought I was just a little air headed, and she told me that being allergic to gluten can also cause memory loss. I was so relieved I could do something about this. I have so much energy now and I'm feeling great! I highly recommend Dr. Lewis for your whole family.

Fantastic experience: I went in after researching Chiropractors in the San Antonio area who had good reviews. I was having severe lower back pains for over 4 months, Dr. Doreen Lewis was able to diagnose quickly and begin treatment right away. I was a bit hesitate about the practice not knowing much but grew to believe in chiropractic care. Dr. Lewis was very professional and knowledgeable explaining about the diagnosis she found as well as the treatment. It took over two weeks of adjustments but Dr. Lewis was able to relieve back pain I was experiencing for awhile from three pinched nerves. She looks at the body as whole when under her care, she advises how to change eating habits and what to look for, very caring. Her staff is very helpful and kind, her center is clean and very patient friendly. Scheduling and time managing were on top of the list. Fantastic experience: My husband went in for neck pain and called me from the office excited about all that he learned from Dr. Lewis! She answered questions and gave him lots of great suggestions for improved overall health. Not to mention the fact that she helped him with his neck pain!

Fantastic experience: My grandmother referred me for the nutritional support. I have been having medical issues with everything to include digestion to even my emotional state. Dr. Lewis drew blood work and even before the results came back she had 'predetermined' what the results would reflect. Lo and behold not even a week later with my results in hand, it was almost identical to what she predicted. I thank God for allowing me to cross paths with Dr. Lewis.
